[...]Hope you hid enough to retire[...]

Why would you hope that Charles?

You sir have a good point!!

82  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Experience on: September 28, 2014, 04:57:35 PM
Ya'll just go on believing your fantasies. Heh.  It's a shame you won't admit when you're wrong and you'll just continue to move your conspiracy goal posts as each one is knocked down and moved past.  This is why you are jokes and I don't take your seriously.  You have done this all along, you continue to do it now, and you will continue to do it going forward, of this I have no doubt.

Put your big boy pants on and let's chat in 36 hours. Then we will see what you take seriously.

By that time the judge will have signed the papers putting BFL into permanent receivership and starting the slow methodical process of dismantling all of it, dollar by dollar, BTC by BTC. An entire community of people standing ready to show them every dollar that was moved and where it currently resides.

The liquidation auctions, the refunds, the bank accounts being sucked dry for every dollar. Refunding people who bought 65nm gear! It's going to drive you absolutely ape shit isn't it? To watch everything that you screwed people so hard to get being taken back.

Then the fun part, the forensic accounting, closing the EMC pool, auctioning your house. Oh yes the house has to go because you were wrongfully enriched Joshie poo. The first house bought by bitcoin and the first one auctioned.

We are all going to be watching, applauding and ultimately it will not be a last laugh, it will be hundreds, thousands of laughs, all at your expense.

Hope you hid enough to retire, because no more work for you that does not end with "Would you like fries with that?"

89  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I no longer work for Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 26, 2014, 01:25:09 AM
Speaking of Bruce, remember when I told you guys that Josh is Bi? Well, so is Bruce. You can put two and two together so I don't have to.

Explains so much.
90  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I no longer work for Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 26, 2014, 01:21:31 AM
I'm an American manufacturer but please don't be scared to buy our stuff. I like to think that how BFL does business is not representative of American business in general (though, realistically...) I look to my uncle's die casting company for inspiration - he and half a dozen other guys left a crappy outfit because the management weren't allowing them to make their products better, so they started their own business and within a few years were doing more work (and better) because they actually put focus on doing the job right and taking care of the customer. That's what American business is supposed to do. Thanks for crapping the rest of us, BFL.

Sidehack products rule.

I have a box of them!
91  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I no longer work for Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 26, 2014, 01:18:09 AM
Maybe that is why other companies went the route of dozens to hundreds of chips instead of just two.

Because that is what works and because BFL couldn't get it right on the first try EVER
92  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I no longer work for Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 25, 2014, 04:39:52 AM
Small correction, 150A through 0.1mOhm is 2.25W because P=R*I^2 but I'm guessing that was a typo.

So what you're saying is, you've been working for at least two months (or ten, somewhere in there) to design a VRM that isn't as good, to push power through traces that aren't as good. When did y'all find out you needed to be able to source 180A at 0.6V? Because that would have been a pretty good time to design the PCB with heavier traces.

Deja Vu BFL, Did the same f*ck up you did with the 65nm line. I looked up "Stupid" and there was BFL.

93  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: WARNING: KNC no longer honoring refund policy on: June 24, 2014, 11:54:36 PM
Just tried to get a refund for a couple of 2nd batch Neptunes, looks like KNC is continuing to screw their customers:

On their product page it stated:
Quote
"All refunds will be refunded in dollars and you can refund up to shipment".

Today their response to my refund request was:

Unfortunately, refunds are no longer given on any Neptune orders I am afraid. Your Neptune order is due to be created and shipped very soon.

No changes can be made at this late stage.

I am as pissed at KNC as the next guy, but they are shipping so why would you wait until they are shipping (when they said once they ship no more refunds) to ask for a refund?

Joe it is great text to read.
and the facts are :
You did not send signed msg with refund request so you was not in the refund list for the escrow.
month later you begin to scream in the forums. After number of requests you gave me address for delivery and refused to pay for transport.
So I send the chips with regular mail. end of story.
You can troll as much as you want.

Best Martin

Important to note that during all those events above you could have just given me my money back, but you only gave me the choice of the now worthless chips (that you never shipped) so you kept my money and the chips.

You are a thief and if anyone has any questions regarding how you do business (like the 6 or so people who have sent me PMs) I will be happy to send them somewhere else more reputable.

Well at least you responded, like you said, questionable whether you will be believed.

Goat is next to Phin, the OP never worked for BFL, BFL did not sell any 28nm chips, nice try.  Next.
SLoK, Goat is next to Josh, I am next to Phin.

No one cares.

How long has BFL been shipping the Monarch to its secret customer base?

You dodged it three times so we now know its true, now we want to know how long?

Hereafter going forward, anyone shilling or defending a company that is not worthy of being defending with be known as:

                       BCPing for a company.

In common usage:

"Dude can you believe he is defending that company after how they have been treating their customers?"

"Dude he has been BCPing for that company for the last year!"
