Antminers bought by our comp were purchased at www.bitmain.com( www.bitmaintech.com) and are not only personal mine. They work for my network (clients) who are my friends, business partners, friends of my business partners, people who host miners at our facilities and who’s mining rigs we built. Our team works for hosting miners, building mining rigs and taking care of them. Most of them are located in Ukraine and Mid-Eastern EU countries, including Germany. So......... you're reselling Bitmain hardware and are now making warranty claims for resold hardware, even though the warranty isn't transferable? This sounds like the real reason you're being denied warranty services but haven't disclosed, seeing as you are a big customer and Bitmain loves its big customers. |

Peeps, its a BIG CHINESE WALL of unwillingness to understand (or just doing what it is told by some greedy manager on the top of it all) and abusing customers minds with answers : sorry the hash boards you sent are already out of warranty and you can pay for repair or forget about it.

"They haven't paid me shit" would be the phrase that comes to mind. My help is 1) don't spam, 2) don't spam again while trying to find someone to help you. Its going to be harder now but its possible. |

The disturbing part as that the OP tried to contact them in several ways to figure out how they could make it right and they blew him off.
Well, no he didn't. He spammed them to hell and then added another message onto the top of the spam pile. At that point you've already lost them. One ticket, collect x boxes from y location, order number z, send me out q hashing boards as replacement please. A competitor that can compete on cost and also has customer service will bury them.

It's a bump of their topic. No, I mean their post isn't telling others to say PM their new account or otherwise bypass the ban. The ban is deserved regardless of whether they have a business to run, and they should not be given special treatment because of it.
I think they should and it does. The ban not only affects that user and its business (fine), but the customers of that business (not fine). Their post constitutes the minimum infraction of rules while trying to keep their customers undamaged and informed. |

I actually think that post is perfectly reasonable. It avoids undue worry, it provides communication alternatives that adheres to the terms of the ban and in no way supports the breaking of the terms. Yes it requires one post during ban time to do it but honestly... give the guy a break. |

Latest SEC filing is interesting, just a casual $28m loss in one quarter. Their electricity was as much as their mining revenue and they've stopped mining altogether now and given up the lease. On August 8, 2016, DM discovered that its facility in North Carolina was broken into and certain of its equipment and approximately 165 Bitmain transaction verification servers leased from CSC Leasing Company were stolen. The value of the stolen equipment owned by the Company does not appear to be material. The Company has reported the theft to local authorities as well its insurance company regarding next steps. You can almost close your eyes, select a random paragraph and its an absolute joke yet still showed $350k of salaries+comp over the quarter. They talk about being an e-commerce platform when it generated $5k in 2015 and just $2k in 2016... And they issued nearly 20 BILLION new shares. So you had no luck in court I take it on this doggie? Pretty much. The only winners in a bankruptcy are the management as they've been able to pay themselves for years while the creditors are left with near $0. |

They were forced into bankruptcy for not paying their employees, company is being liquidated, Guy is squatting on company assets and refusing to hand them in. Paid up to $10k for donator status using company money but is illegally holding the account. |

Its pretty much market rates for the top end slots (~$2 CPM) down to $0.20 at the lower bids. That's pretty good for a non network, self administered ad sell for demographics likely to be using VPNs, privacy software / extensions and ad blockers.

If I had to make a guess, I'd imagine it was a misclick. Perhaps he meant to move it to reputation since its about the reputation of hardware manufacturers? The two boards are right next to each other when moving a thread. Its really easy to make that kind of mistake.
I'd move it back for you, but in case I'm wrong, I'll wait a bit to see whats up.
