Scammer like to take advantage of the fragmentation nature of modern society. Many thought they can get away with scamming people and not having to face consequences. Seller who got scammed by them not only lose money, they have to deal with legal issue of the fall out and explain to payment processor and bank the whole situation.

Based on the way he constructs sentences, pattern on how he "talk", I suspect he is one of the guy who scammed me in the past.
