I can't see any activitiy log in my Xapo app on my mobile since 24/4. But on Xapo's website I can find all activities. Tried to install the app on another mobile, didn't work. Is there anyone having the same issue? Sent 2 support requests to Xapo. No reply. Xapo's support seems worse recently. Hope no finance problem.

Well, my order was declined and no payment was made. The credit card processor told me that they didn not charge my card.
Still I can see that the amount is reserved and not available to me when I log in at spectrocoin.
How long until the the amount is available to me again? The credit card processor told me something of 72 hours, but that time has already passed.

Do you know where this graphic originated from? We'd like to be included with our Bitwala Debit Card.

I've also written some mails to their support because my card is locked since last ATM withdrawal.
Unfortunately, I got no response from them until now. Very very sad... I never had any issue but now...
I'll wait for a response until end of the week and if I'm getting now response, I'll switch to another debit card provider...

what is good about Cryptopay? I have heard of support issues from them.

I ordered a card over two weeks ago with getting a confirmation email stating "Your E-Card status has been updated to SHIPPED." but I've yet to receive it!

Can someone please look into this matter for me?

Not quite. The fee is added. So in your example, to load up the card with €393.71 (= 1 BTC), you will be asked to pay 1.005 BTC = €395.68.

The card issuer is MyChoice. You can see the current exchange rate in the top left corner after you log in.
