I think there is no changing in the management of BVC, if there was a change then we should have heard official announcement unless they keep it as a secret. You do see three cards on the screen but you do not have 1 in 3 card chance, the game mechanics work as in you get %50 chance of winning (so you have 1.5 cards in 3 cards chance to make it clear) and whatever you choose is a flip toss so if what you select comes than you win and the graphics of the game is just for show, not for real results.
