I do not think that it is pretty hard to understand when it comes to bot. Most of them using their bot or even seuntjie bot which they are supported by. And let the bot do everything while they can enjoying some freebies by make the chat lively. I think it is pretty good to have this convertion on tokens towards the btc. Although it is not like other site ico but still it is good to have the tokens as well. And more over they have quest which is you can get more of it but the chain quest sometime is a little bit hard to get

What do you mean 2*5=10? I always have 2 reward point and weekdays and 5 on weekends so where can you find 10 reward points? Did I miss something here?
2*5=10 means 2 times 5 equals 10. If you normally get 2 reward points and then we run a 5x weekend that means the normal amount is multiplied by 5. We run the reward point weekend in order last weekend was 2x then it will be 3x, 4x and 5x. Please don't pick random posts that I have already answered and give them false information. Usually what I saw is only 2x and 5x, I seldom see 3x and 4x because I do not really make a claim every day or even pay attention to that thing because it is like too small and sometimes it has not update after I claimed it so not going to that thing. They do not need to make a spectacular even to make people come, but regular event is more effective than just few time spectacular events. We have an example already which is Coinroyale. Coinroyale had few times spectacular events with big prizes but when there is no other event then the traffic is so low. That's not an effective way to gain traffic, is it? Regular event like weekly or monthly event will be better for long term purpose IMO. That was the excuse, but it is the same for real users. The real reason was that when BTC crashed from $20,000 to $6000 it because realistically possible to roll your way to 30,000 satoshis again (and of course that minimum does NOT go down as BTC goes up). Now you can't even redeem RPs to increase the minimum unless you invest real money or gamble a ridiculous amount.
You are wrong on this, just because you can't get it fast enough to redeem your reward point, does not mean it is impossible to claim it. And I think the faucet always pay you around 2 RP or may be on weekends it can bit 5 RP and they do not limit on how much you can claim each day, as long as you do not using any third party bot then it is fine. So it is still possible to have all those RP claimed. Just need more time to do it In average you can claim 12 times a day and this will let you earn up to 24 RP so if you want to get apple Iphone X which is around 16mil points then it is impossible but they still have any others prize which is lower than that. The 2FA issue is only a visual one, users must still ensure 2FA is on their account (after all; how would you have a 2FA code to put into the text box if you don't have one set up on your phone?).
