"boosting their ICO" seems to refer to advertising/promoting their ICO. Also, the only person who profited from the ICO is Dean and perhaps those who were able to arbitrage tokens. With Twitter bounty + 30% pre-ico discount + Byteball + BCH, I'm at -10% ROI if we ignore the value of the altcoins or -25% if we use the value of those alts at the time they were converted to BTC. How does keeping a high amount in your account to remove reCAPTCHA, stop bots from operating? Can the accounts that use bots, not do the same to avoid it or does that increase their risk to lose that amount, if they are flagged? Do these accounts with the bots, re-create new accounts often? Just thinking of ways to slow down the bots, because I doubt if reCAPTCHA would be capable to stop the high quality bots.  Just simple maths. It takes $100 per account to remove captcha so a guy running 100,000 unit botnet would need to deposit $10,000,000 to do it. I reality they would never risk a single cent. Captcha doesn't stop bots but it imposes an extra cost to run them. So you are saying it is still possible for them to use bot in order to abuse the faucet? This user in question was linked by fingerprint to a user who defrauded PD out of a significant sum of money. Given that, their account had a flag on it before they even made a deposit. We asked for ID and the user provided an identity we believed wasn’t theirs. We wanted to have a phone call with them to try and clear this up and after many delays they agreed. It was clear they had found a non-involved girl talk to us who didn’t seem to know anything about primedice or bitcoin. That violated our terms but obviously that isn't why we held the withdrawal, we held it for the reason originally stated.
I'd like to stop this right here and make clear that this is not a matter of money but rather a matter of principle. I'm happy to donate at minimum the funds involved in this claim to a charity of the community's choosing. The trust of this community is not something we take for granted and is why we elected to post here to further explain this unusual situation.

The highest wagerer is currently at 70BTC, that's higher then I'd have expected. I was going to put in 0.1BTC and get a bot running to gamble with 0.001BTC and see how high I could get (with 0.01 odds) but that seems a bit dishonest - though theres still an equal chance to gaining and losing the same amount. I'm not sure if anyone's done this though (there's probably a slim chance you'll get profit from it or your betting will at least last a bit longer on the site).
