Cloudbet simply cannot offer the best odds because they have a very simple strategy. They trade out ALL bets on Pinnacle. So Cloudbet consistently offers odds lower than the Pinnacle lines and makes a profit regardless of the outcome of any game. In some occasions, they offer very low limits on other games which they don't trade out, but I would say that 80% of their turnover is traded out instantly on Pinnacle.
Which makes it even weirder that they can't process withdrawals instantly (or at least within a normal timeframe), because they make a profit on every customer anyway.

I think you missed another important rule to read. In FJ site if you want to withdraw then you have to wager at least 2X times of your deposited amount. That means - if you deposit $500 then you must wager at least $1000 before you can withdraw even your deposited amount. I have done betting bots for Roulette in the past. My strategy was the classic martingale but switch the color after win. For example, if i start with 1 dollar on red and lose, then place $2, if lose then place $4, and if that four win, i take my $1 profit and start again but now from black.
This is not a always win method and to get some nice profit you have to spend lot of time making the risk of a bad streak bigger. But the logic is easy to code.

It is indeed good idea to increase your bankroll but it wont be easy thing to do because people will be more interested to invest in trusted website. For what I know, investors sure believe them because of what they did on the past. Can anyone help me out please? I had 0.155 btc and i put 0.14 btc to roll on below 79.95 and the page got stuck cause it wasnt rolling and then I changed the bet to 0 and clicked on roll again and it rolled a 20 something which means if the bet went through i would have won but now i have 0.015 btc left. I do not know how but it seems that my ip pop out to the VPN so I do not think that it counts that I am using VPN, but in the end they just do not have any solution with it, so I am done with their site. Its good that you limit bet size not to increase risk of solvency issues unlike most new sites. Most new sites they basically have no money but the max bet is very large. So its fine until some medium type of whale decides to gamble and ends up clearing everybody out. Since your site was opperation for a while and you have earnt some trust, you can try and get funding from some of the larger investors. Since your site is provably fair there shouldn't be much issues if you give them back some percentage. The only issue with your site that I can see is if the bitcoin transaction fees go back up again in the future during some FOMO rally or some BCH attack spam. Then nobody will be spending $10 to send a transaction to gamble on your site. Yes, if only they can cover a little bit for the tx fee, may there will be more players here. Players do not really like fee actually but somehow they need to spend it somehow. So lower it might be the better result of this improvement.
