841  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitcorp Mining Company - BTCMC 60+ GH/s, clear ASIC upgrade path. on: October 06, 2012, 02:23:06 PM
What plans have you made to carry this forward now that GLBSE appears to be closed for good according to Theymos & have you contacted Nefario as yet to get a list of asset holders?

Pretty unfortunate situation.

I am waiting to see what Nefario's plans are, then acting accordingly.

Is there anyway to get multiple workers enabled soon?

I have been able to work around this shortcoming thus far by using GPUmax to point my individual workers to Coinlab.  Now that GPUmax is going down in 4 days, it will be impossible for me to monitor the individual workers.

Use cgminer. Use one of the many tools that access the api to give you stats. Use BAMT.

You have lots of choices.

Easier for me to have multiple workers.

Is anyone else getting a REALLY low estimated hash-rate?

I am pointing at least 40 GH/s at Coinlab, but the website estimates my average at 30 GH/s.  I can understand some variance, but this seems excessive......

I have 51.2Gh/s pointed at CoinLab and the dashboard says i'm pointed 28.2Gh/s.

I suppose this confirms my suspicion.  Thanks Giga.

Do you have any of the singles in hand? Or are they on order?

+1

I am ready to make an offer if you have the singles in hand.

Hey guys,

I have a pretty large problem at the moment......

I requested a payout of 69 BTC this morning, and nothing showed up.  It shows as paid on my account page, and my balance was reduced, but no BTC has made it to me wallet.  As a test, I did a payout of .25 BTC and it showed up immediately like usual.

Can I get some help on this?  Should I limit the size of my withdrawal requests to avoid this in the future?

There is no limits on BTC withdrawals. It was a temporary error, your transaction done. Sorry for the delay. Please, contact our support from your account it will speed up troubleshooting.

Thanks buddy.  Much appreciated!

Hey all,

Here are the preliminary numbers for September:

Production (in BTC)    +649.82
Sale of equip.             -
Expenses                   -200.00
Dividends paid            -150.00
Net income                  299.82

The difficulty is really starting to take a toll on us.  I cannot increase mining capacity fast enough to keep up.

The plan is to continue running the GPU farm indefinitely, until the time comes that expense = revenue.  At that point the GPU's will be liquidated.

It is uncertain if we will be able to execute an ASIC upgrade, as the liquidity is not present to float more shares and acquire the necessary capital to purchase the equipment.  We will continue to work toward something on that front, but at this point we are up in the air.

Happy dividend day, Yochdog!

Dividends are going to be a day late this month, as yours truly has been travelling, and just now got back into town!

I will process the dividends at work tomorrow.

Thanks all!

I would love to know what they are running.

I have dealt with EpiSking several times in the past, and he is a very reliable trader.

Straight-up guy that you will not regret doing business with.

FWIW.

If you do end up coming Yochdog, I swear to god if you don't have a beard like your avatar has, you might as well get back on the plane as soon as you step off.

Sounds like we are coming to terms..... Cool

Yeah, whoever ends up coming should bring their own Kill-A-Watt or similar at the very least.

If selected for the visit, I will gladly bring the following:

-Kill-A-Watt meter
-HD video camera
-Rebel T2i DSLR
-Laptop for independent testing of ASIC veracity

Oh FFS, really?  See, this is the kind of shit that makes me not want to even bother at all.

There is, literally, no pleasing people.  In the future, when someone asks "Why doesn't BFL provide YYYY information/pictures/stats/specs/etc?", point them back to this thread.  No matter what we provide or do, tinfoil hat people will try to drag it down.  There's still people that don't believe the FPGAs exist, I guess it should come as no surprise that no amount of proof will ever be sufficient for some people.

Josh,

Don't let Reeses ruin this for the other 99.7% of the forumers that have an open mind, and simply desire information regarding BFL ASICs.

There is a hunger for a "peak behind the curtain", so to speak, and your idea to have a couple trusted members evaluate the product and BFL operations is a sound idea despite Reeses objections.
