841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community means everything on: April 03, 2022, 07:52:01 PM
Community means everything in crypto space, there are many people who think that shiba coin won't enter top 10 on coinmarketcap well today we did it, now that we are in bull season I'm sure more surprises is coming, shiba is more than a meme coin do your own research before judging the project, Dogecoin that was loved by the community for few years now got flipped

I would not confuse the community, which helps in the development of the project and just a bunch of speculators who pumped up the price and then lowered it themselves. The community has nothing to do with it. It's only about the hype around this coin. Just like the hype around Dogecoin, which grew not because of the community, but because of Elon Musk's tweets, which provoked a crowd to buy.

Now Shiba is already on the 15th line and it is natural that it dropped out of the top 10, because from the point of view of usefulness this project is nothing. Just an empty shell, which was quite powerfully promoted.
exemplifying the power of the community on the shiba inu is actually not quite right, because I also feel that the price movements that occur in the shiba inu are also caused by the hype in this token. In fact, there is currently no good movement of this coin even though the token is said to have changed its function from a meme coin to a utility coin. even doge like that too. The rapid price movement is due to Elon Musk's encouragement, not purely from the community. it was proven that so far the development of Doge was not good enough until it was pushed by Elon Musk through his Tweets.
however, if you want to illustrate the strength of the community, bitcoin is the most obvious example of it.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to have 5, 12 or even more coins? on: April 03, 2022, 06:34:16 AM
personally I would prefer to hold not too many types of coins. I think this is more optimal than holding too many coins. other than that, i would probably choose 5 coins over 12 coins. it's just that I changed the portfolio to
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Binance
Avalanche (AVAX)
Polygons (MATIC)
I think it's a potential coin, and it's great to just focus on that coin. however, holding too many coins will make it difficult to manage it.
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with a potential like the Ethereum. on: April 01, 2022, 11:47:10 AM
Quote
I think the Altcoin that will have the potential as good as Ethereum is BNB, apart from having a good ranking in coinmarketcap, I think you can also see the growth that BNB is currently experiencing, besides that the platform is also widely used by large companies to support the growth of their projects. that's why I'm more sure Bnb will have potential like ethereum

Yes, binance has the same potential like ethereum in the areas of long term investment. Binance is seriously developing a great future for their customers to enjoy like what ethereum customers are enjoying right now in the crypto market. Binance teams are doing everything within their power to maintain exactly the same potential with ethereum, to attract more customers from the community.  Despite the decreased of many coins in the crypto market few days ago, that made ethereum and binance to remain in good position for investors to make a passive income.

Well, there's no doubt that Binance has the potential of Ethereum. In fact, nowadays we can see that most of the new and old crypto companies are creating networks for BSC. it means, the potential of BSC is very large, even now it is quite dominating. although it can't beat ethereum for now, but its potential is the same as ethereum in the past. well, one could say that BSC is a young ethereum. some other coins that also have these characteristics, but are still behind are Matic, Sol, and avax. It's also been the subject of a lot of discussion. personally, I also feel that the TRX has that potential. but there has been no significant development of TRX.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real life utility question on: April 01, 2022, 08:30:42 AM
Is crypto now more than a speculative asset or just the same old thing based on hypes only because it seems like real life use case is far from crypto, we want it to happen for real but it's really not happening, what is stopping this from happening already.
of course the answer is regulation. Currently, regulations regarding crypto in each country are almost different. You will find real functionality in crypto in countries that legalize crypto as an alternative payment, and you will not find it in countries that do not legalize crypto as a payment alternative. in my own country, crypto is still very rarely used in real life, it is nothing more than an investment tool. So, when you go to some countries, you can only see crypto as an investment tool, and not see its real function. well, it all depends on the regulations of a country. So, when you see that in a country the use of crypto is not optimal as an alternative payment, it is most likely due to regulation.
845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we going to see a new altcoin boom soon on: March 31, 2022, 09:55:26 AM
Altcoin always follow the bitcoin pattern as most of the altcoins always gain when the bitcoin market make a gain and each time there is a rise in the altcoin market it always reflect on the altcoin and each time the bitcoin market crash altcoin will follows same patterns. If you have studied the cryptocurrency markets lately you will come to.the realizations that the fact that altcoin and bitcoin follow the same patterns of price movement altcoin have is own.specific functionality.
Well, but we don't know if it's currently a high price or not. I think the percentage increase in altcoin prices can be more convincing when the bitcoin price reaches the price of $50k. it's just that, for now, I also believe that altcoin prices will go up. however, it will not boom as one thought. Based on some sources, I might have a short bet on the price of popular altcoins like ethereum going to $3.7k, BNB going to $470, XRP going to $0.91. however the potential for a dump is still there, but if the price goes up, the price targets achieved for some popular coins might be like the ones I mentioned.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help a newbie choose a better stable coin on: March 31, 2022, 05:02:57 AM
I'm looking forward to store some stable coin for future investment, maybe probably when a harder bearish market takes place to buy coins for lesser price but I can't seem to figure with stable coin can make me have a good night sleep at night with zero worries, USDT? BUSD?
USDT or BUSD, I think both are currently the same. personally, I use both. however, I might recommend using BUSD more, as I would prefer to do your plan on a major exchange, and binance could be a recommendation for that. BUSD uses the binance network, and I think it's also a product of binance. so holding BUSD on binance in the long term might be safer. seeing the pretty good reputation of CZ in managing their company, I think you can rest easy on that. however, if you're still not comfortable with it, you might be able to use USDT and store it in your hardwallet. it's just that USDT has some bad rumors, but to date, USDT is the most widely used stable coin.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop in 2022 on: March 30, 2022, 08:53:29 AM
Anyone still joins airdrops this day? If Yes which platform are you using to participate in Airdrops? I'm using coinmarketcap but I never get a single payment from projects on the platform.
for now, I rarely participate in airdrops, especially because there are so many scams that make us work, but don't get paid. however, there are some airdrops that might still be worth it out there. well, CMC might be a good source of information for airdrops, I've also tried it a few times, but didn't get that. however, many people claim to have experienced airdrops there.
To find a legit airdrop, try joining a Telegram group, like Binance's Telegram. a few days ago, binance held an NFT airdrop, and it looks like the price is quite worth it. In addition, try to join the Telegram group owned by wapinter, irfanpak, and bounty detective. some of the airdrops they provide have escrow, and the percentage rate in payouts is pretty good. this is the only information i can give. try to find more information.
848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pancake Swap or Sushi Swap ? on: March 30, 2022, 05:20:32 AM
I think, most people will choose pancakeswap over sushiswap. well, even when you do research on this, a lot of new projects prefer to use DEX for their pancakeswap. in the BSC chain, I think pancakeswap is the best. in fact, for people who want to sell their crypto assets, in the BSC chain, I strongly believe, they will look for Pancakeswap first than Sushiswap. other than that, i never use sushiswap, because i feel that pancakeswap is enough for that.
849  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What have been your crypto trading experience on: March 29, 2022, 09:48:05 AM
well, a lot of experience in the world of trading which I consider the most important thing in my life. such as experience in losing and re-learning, getting quite a lot of profit, being patient with holding coins, holding scam coins, and others. it became an important lesson for me and shaped the person I am today. however, it helped me to realize that we have to really do research in order to gain, and we also need to be patient when it comes to losses. success in the world of trading can not be obtained in a short time. I think this applies to other things too.
850  Economy / Economics / Re: One Alternative To High Gas Prices, The Electric Scooter on: March 29, 2022, 05:43:02 AM
Very many people are starting to consider buying a means of transportation that uses solar panels. not only because of high gas prices, but also because of current technological developments. Well, buying one at this time is a solution so that we can save on gas.
it's just that, the drawback of transportation that uses electricity is, the price is quite expensive. Well, not everyone can afford that. In addition, there are still many places that are not too familiar with this technology, so the charging system still has to be done at home, or in certain places. however, for some vehicles it is also not recommended for long trips. however, in terms of its many drawbacks, it's very good to buy one.
I've also seen systems that combine gas and battery. technology is also very good for us so that we can save gas. well, that might be the first step to using this alternative in the long term. Personally, I also intend to buy it when my needs have been met.
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects? on: March 28, 2022, 06:05:40 AM
While you’re still afraid to lose money don’t invest in new projects since the chance the project will get successful is much lower than buying coins that are already in the market and have prove that they can managed to recover their prices even the market is at low. It is safer to trade with projects we know if we’re only trying to first than invest in new projects we don’t know yet how the team can manage to keep their project price when bear season is happening.
yes, especially if there are currently quite a few scams trying to take advantage of the hype to create their new project. if you are afraid of losing money, then you should just choose an existing coin, and enter the big market. it may be less risky than choosing a new project.
however, if you want to choose a new project, you should choose a project that has collaborated with several markets before their launch. you can find out when you do your research. Besides that, also check the coins that will be listed on Binance, it might give you an advantage when the coins are listed there. preferably, also do research on the development they will do. some new projects are still developing their projects, but many people are not interested in it. make sure you choose a project that many people are interested in. Actually, there are a lot of points to note, but you'll probably find them while doing your research.
852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT Tokens a Good Long Term Investments? on: March 27, 2022, 05:21:03 PM
Many NFTs we see now will be completely useless in a few years from now. One of the biggest reasons NFTs are popular even now is that people want to sell them for a higher price after purchasing them.
If you have an NFT that has lost its popularity, even now you have to wait days or weeks until it sells. Therefore, it is quite wrong to invest by buying NFT, your money will be wasted when the hype ends.
Only a few NFTs will remain truly valuable Smiley
well, I think that NFT is starting to lose its popularity. although there are still NFTs which are quite popular nowadays, however, if it is for long term investment, I might prefer bitcoin, or popular altcoins over NFT. well, we don't really know how much NFT really costs. when the popularity of an NFT is gone, I think it will be very difficult to sell the NFT you have. So, think carefully before making that decision.
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming a Bounty Manager on: March 26, 2022, 07:11:53 AM
Hello, I have a few questions regarding bounty managers and becoming.

Are bounty managers still in high demand? Is it difficult to become a bounty manager now and is it worth it to try to become one? Is it true that only reputable bounty managers get paid in BTC, while others get paid in tokens they are managing for?

Thank you for your help.
Very hard to become a successful bounty manager. Now most of hunters joining only Top Bounty managers Bounty while other recieve very low engagement.
New users can get paid in Usdt or Btc but should proved to be a loyal and honest to bounty project team.
because today there are so many professional bounty managers, all you need to do to become a bounty manager is to find trust. without trust, it is very difficult to become a bounty manager, and at worst you can become a scam suspect. besides, many skills you have. I agree with the statement that bounty managers don't just calculate, and manage spreadsheets. However, the bounty manager also needs to have the ability to screen quality projects that he will present later. To compete on this, you may need to find a project that does bounty advertising and uses escrow. it will increase the quality of your trust a lot. Well, initially to become a bounty manager, you need the trust of many parties.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Elon Musk notices the existence of "Baby Doge Coin" on: March 25, 2022, 05:45:09 AM
I see that post was long ago, which is mid 2021. Anyway, I don't think it matters now. people have realized that it's not always what he Tweets that he buys or endorses. other than that, I think Elon Musk is currently only focused on bitcoin, ethereum, and doge, although I feel that he really wants to make Doge pump again after his drop from ATH.
855  Economy / Economics / Re: The economy is important for a family! on: March 25, 2022, 03:26:38 AM
if you leave cryptocurrency to your child, then it is necessary. even if not, you need to teach it to your child for educational purposes. however we never know how the potential of a child can take advantage of current technological developments.

if he was old enough to understand this kind of thing, it wouldn't hurt to teach it. many benefits for him and his development. those assets may also be able to help him in the next few years. In addition, some news that I have received have reported that many children have learned to do mining, and have income. Well, I think his parents are an important support in this regard. however, if he is still too young, maybe your wife can be the target of further education, it can make him teach your child one day.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TIPS how to manage from losing when investing new projects. on: March 24, 2022, 12:02:46 PM
Those are some tips to pay attention to, especially when doing research, and don't rely on hype. sometimes, people don't know how the coin works, and why the price has gone up. they sometimes invest because they follow the hype. well, they also sometimes compare prices with other coins, such as "this coin has as much potential as bitcoin, and the price is still very cheap". people who don't do research will be tempted by it, and most likely invest. I know a lot of people like that.

however, for extras, choose a coin once you know how it works and progresses. In addition, knowing who is working for the project, and who is the partnership of the project can be an added value. also see what CEX checks they work with. sometimes, when a new project works with a popular CEX, it can be a great start.
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: March 24, 2022, 05:18:25 AM
Well, it's no wonder they sometimes promise something that sometimes seems exaggerated because some of them are paid for it, and others are for content purposes. however, it's okay to look for explanations, or research on youtube, but youtube is not the main source for doing in-depth research on a coin. if you are doing research and looking for information on the development of a coin, try to look live on their telegram, on discord, and where people are talking about the project. Besides, we shouldn't choose coins based on what they describe, because we don't know what kind of research they do, moreover you are taking all the risk. a lot of people pretend to understand something to make them look cooler, or things they make other people talk about. well, this is just a suggestion, but it's best to do your own research, and don't pick a coin because of someone else.
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you spend crypto? If yes, for what? on: March 23, 2022, 08:22:40 AM
for now, I don't use crypto very often as a transaction tool. i just converted it to fiat, and bought most of the things i needed. So far, I may only buy hosting and domain using crypto, some things also like other digital equipment or services I do with crypto because it's easier. The one I use the most is USDT, because I feel that it is a versatile coin, and is widely accepted on the sites I use. for physical goods, I've never done it because it's still illegal to make payment transactions in my country.
859  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect Bullrun this year again! on: March 23, 2022, 06:17:52 AM
I like optimistic people, and bullish people. however, I also feel that $350k to $450k is not a realistic number. in fact, I feel that for 2023, when the bitcoin price could hit $100k or more, that would be a very good move. anyway, it's not wrong if he's optimistic like that, anyway, he's free to speculate, but we don't have to believe that, but maybe we can hope.

Personally, I don't have high hopes for this. however, I try to prepare my assets when this moment comes. What I mean is, it's time for us to re-assemble the assets of our choice, especially in the top 3 crypto coins, namely bitcoin, ethereum, and binance coins. if a bull market occurs, the price of the three coins will have a high price, and if the belief is correct, it will be a big profit for us.
860  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to know which bounty campaign to join ?? on: March 22, 2022, 10:05:24 AM
To avoid a bounty scam, you need to find a bounty that has escrow for payment. other than that it would be very good if you choose one of the bounty projects managed by one of the trusted managers.

For now, I can only give examples such as the bounty of seasonal tokens. This bounty is managed by Cryptobrainbross, one of the trusted members here who always presents potential bounties. In addition, this bounty also does escrow by them, so the payment is guaranteed by their team. besides that they also open up opportunities for jr members to legendary to support their projects through signature campaigns.

Well, that's how I look for good, potential, and actually paying bounties.
