The market on coinexchange is not liquid enough for these comparisons. Just because one person sold that many doesn't mean anyone else will. That is definitely not the 'last trade' there, either They also get the 1000 in addition to all the stake (which will be much more than if you stake it yourself since I have everything set up to stake at perfect efficiency).
