8761  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: November 23, 2016, 01:37:26 AM
We do have a similar service in which you could pay nearly almost every bill available such as utility, power, water bills and whatnot. Also, you could use the said service to recharge your mobile, order online game credits and an online wallet service. As for casual spending, you could get a debit card in which you could load up your bitcoins in there and do payments on a restaurant or a supermarket as if you're just using a regular credit card.

I personally looked up many bitcoin debit cards but did not order one as their fees are too high for someone like me, i'm not a professional bitcoin earner so if i pay 3% everytime spending my bitcoins it would take away all what i might have, i prefer converting them to fiat and spending them then.

yes its a good solution to converting our bitcoin into fiat and spend our money in real world. but for personally, i don't like to spend my bitcoin for just buying product that maybe not really important for me. i am feel better to save it into my wallet and i am waiting for a good price to sell it. i think its what other people do with their bitcoin but maybe the other people will spend their bitcoin with different purpose.
8762  Economy / Economics / Re: possible government regulations? on: November 23, 2016, 01:34:20 AM
I see that the main concern of the governments is to tax bitcoin and try to find a way to get a hold of it or at least get the least bit of authority or control over it. So as I see it, any gains made with bitcoin would be considered as a capital gain, which would then be subject to be taxable. Also, if the government goes batshit crazy, they would ask you to sign up your name at a single bitcoin address so that you won't be able to evade taxes that they impose.

That is what the government always wanted, to take money where they can take it.I am sure, once they figure a way to control bitcoin, they will tax it and take what little earning we get from it.

this is what government will do and we all know that they can do it with easy and with their power. beside that if this is really happen, then i think we should obey them and don't fight with them because they will do what they can do to banned our life. like now, we can read that many country is now start to discuss about bitcoin because they realize that bitcoin is one of the good solution for they economic and in the end, they will start to integrate with bitcoin and maybe they will make regulations for bitcoins and we should pay the tax.

but i hope that they don't make the tax for bitcoin since bitcoin is not control by any source of institute or any else, and i hope the government will not make any bad regulations.
8763  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 23, 2016, 01:27:48 AM
I'm hoping that what I have becomes worth up to 10x what I paid for them. Plus I am doing some trading to add a little extra. I hope to supplement my retirement with what I have invested in bitcoin.

if you do this continuously and you still stay focus with what you believe and what you do, then i am sure that in middle of time, you can get your rewards for you hard work and your smart work. because if we only hard work, then its difficult to reach much of money, we should do smart work too to get what we want but of course still always need a time to make your dream comes true. i am believe it too if i can be rich person because i have a dream to getting rich with bitcoins like other people.
8764  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: November 23, 2016, 01:23:39 AM
Dollar is the main currency, and is used for every transaction, atleast it looks like that way, people does store their currencie into dollar, bitcoin has nothing to replace any other currencie, bitcoin its just an option. Even if bitcoin wanna to replace it would need more value and management, control bitcoin its something no one can make alone otherwise it will kill bitcoin.
I agree with you, I think bitcoin no match for fiat, now all bitcoin users rely on fiat and I think this situation will continue, because the government would always use a fiat to the transaction bitcoin only option for fiat

indeed, unless people don't trust again with their fiat and moving into bitcoin, then fiat will not use by almost people and this is a good chance for bitcoin to replace fiat. but its not be happen in short time and i think it will need more than 5 years before we can see this is happen and maybe some of us will not see the changing of currency from fiat into bitcoin.
8765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is there any software for benchmark? on: November 22, 2016, 10:52:11 AM

yes minergate is good option too but its need a good specification of the computer if we want to get high hashrate and if its just low specification then we can only get low hashrate and it will make our computer work with slow and we can't get profit with this.
8766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: November 22, 2016, 10:50:28 AM
If gambling is your sole purpose of earning money then you would lose in the long run the best possible situation to avoid is go get a real job and do gamble for the fun of it and rather do not take this seriously and you wont lose in the long run .

agreed with this but don't too greedy because its not good for your money and beside that, you will be loss the money too if you just use your money from real job for playing gambling in everyday.
8767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: November 22, 2016, 10:49:01 AM
in real world and in our city, not every people knows about bitcoin, maybe only few people with have often online. they just think what is that? they don't even think that bitcoin can help you to make money by investing your money and maybe they will think that your investing will be scam you in someday. its happen to me too in my city but i don't care, as long as i don't bother them, so i will continue with bitcoin.

and if you have spare time, maybe you can make some quiz or research in your city, and the question is "do you know about bitcoin?" so you can know how much people will know about bitcoin.
8768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much Fees to instant sent a bitcoin transaction? on: November 22, 2016, 10:44:30 AM
Somehow it's kinda annoying when the transaction takes really long

I use blockchain wallet, i put the amount of fee as high as i can, then it lower down to the minimum amount where it will sent within ~10minute.

But still after half and hour, still 0 confirmation.

Just wanted to check out, how does the miner fee work?

I mean everything in blockchain is automated

So if i sent $10, with Fees $1, it will be instant transfer?

So if i sent like $5000, i will need very big fees for the process to be faster? Or there's a fix amount of fees for instant process

Thanks!

of course it will be transfer but all transaction can not be instant, it needs to be confirmation first and then it could be transferred into destination wallet. the point is no matter how much you send, if the traffic is busy or overload, then the confirmation will be slow.
8769  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which Bitcoin Exchange do you use and why ? on: November 22, 2016, 10:41:15 AM
i use poloniex for daily trading, beside that i use yobit and cex.io if poloniex is got slow movements. poloniex have many altcoins that have good prospect to jump and i see it with my eyes. on yobit, i only check if there is any altcoins with price in under 30 satoshi that can be up in short time but its need time to see this.
8770  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 21, 2016, 09:24:30 AM
now gold is quite promising, moreover, it is accepted throughout society and is particularly suitable for long-term investment. but this time choose bitcoin I guess is a good thing, because it looks like bitcoin prices are rising, so it is nice if the investment in the current bitcoin

Yes, bitcoin is rising faster than gold, so its wise to invest in bitcoins, if you are faced with a choice. I personally also prefer bitcoins. The bitcoin is rising pretty steadily, who knows, what the future holds for bitcoin users?

The bitcoin is a currency, you can use that to buy things directly and easily. The gold is mainly an investment.
We never know what happens in the future, wiser if we divide our investment, although it is currently very favourable, but we should still be on alert if bitcoin prices will plummeting. Gold investing is also very nice because everyone likes gold and can be sold quickly or even we can pledge. Let us wise to choose investment.

for people which don't have much of money, then bitcoin is a good option to invest and they can use it for trading, saving in their wallet. but for people that have much of money, then they can use bitcoin and gold for investment so they can make double profit from two type of product and i am sure that they can make big profits.
8771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: November 21, 2016, 09:22:02 AM
Currently I am using multibit wallet, i tried electrum but it seems there is some problem in my part, i can't seem to connect to their server so I gave up the idea,  Then I stumbled on armory lightwallet and I tried and was happy using it.  I use this kind of wallet because I have a control of the private key and i don't need to download the whole blockchain and at the same time I am able to use it asap.

multibit is a good option too for me, its really work properly and i don't have any bad experience while i use this wallet. beside that, i use the market exchange wallet to keep my bitcoin and to trading. but i am curious about jaxx, maybe later i will try to use jaxx and see the different from multibit.
8772  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: November 21, 2016, 09:19:36 AM
Currently the best investment in trade Bitcoins, just buy and hold for some time because you have some advantages then sell and buy again either. rather than investing in the investment program and ponzi fraud is not safe to invest.
I think your oppinion just great for the long term, if we have big capital maybe hold bitcoin are right. But if I only have a small capital, I have to divide a long term investment and short term. Hold bitcoin for the long term is good, but the some game or gambling to get the instant bitcoin I think is also worth to try.

and this is why i hold for quarter or half of my bitcoin and the rest i use it for trading because with using quarter or half of my bitcoin, i think i can make profit although i know the profit is not big as the other trader but i am sure it will be a good profit for me. and for the other bitcoin, i will save it in my wallet and never use it for a short time.
8773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how can i safe from scamer members.. on: November 21, 2016, 09:16:59 AM
I think you can manage the situation of transactions that can save you from becoming fraud.

- Do not ever try to do business with people who are not trusted and are not known in the trade industry.

- Try to dig their account history: trust, posting history and what the user has done.

- You should always use escrow for each transaction.

good point for this and i should remember this for my own self. better we do trading with ourself rather to work with other person that we don't know. beside that escrow is a must thing that we should thinking before we make any transaction with every person so at least we can avoid the bad thing that will happen.
8774  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBox going out of business! on: November 21, 2016, 09:14:51 AM

8775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Whats the most you have made from a casino investment? on: November 21, 2016, 09:10:22 AM
You really think that online casinos are not the fraud?

the online casinos for some country is not fraud and its legal, but for the people with the illegal country still using casino to testing their luck and hoping they can get win the games.

and for me, i think i am not make any casino investment yet because its really big money for me to make investment on that place and maybe later if i have more money then i will do make some investment on online gambling site.
8776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ups and Downs ! on: November 21, 2016, 09:07:47 AM
What do you think about the ups and downs of the currency Bitcoin ?
Whether it's an advantage or a disadvantage?

that is where you make money in trading. If the price is constant there will be no money in trading. The price will always go up and down, it is your job as a trader to predict when it will happen by reading the news or analyzing the charts.

exactly for this, we should make a good prediction with watching the chart movement, make analysis with this, make decision in how much price we want to buy. its good when we see that there is ups and downs in the price and we can join in the market to buy and sell and take a profit. but be careful for the correction price because its not always shown in front of us.
8777  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest your bitcoins. on: November 21, 2016, 09:05:27 AM
Maybe we can apply the saying, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." in here. Invest some of your bitcoins in the hot altcoins and then keep an eye on the market of that coin. I don't recommend investing in cloud mining sites for obvious reasons but if you really do want to do mining, then I suggest that you buy your own mining rig. You can also invest in new gambling sites and startup projects.

its a good suggestion for all of us and we should remember this as we have our bitcoin and we want its grow more than before so i think we should responsible with our bitcoin. and if trading is our choice, we should learn many thing so we can earn more from trading. and like Xenophoto said, don't make investing in cloud mining sites because for now its not recommended, better you stay in trading while you can learn trading analysis.
8778  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: November 21, 2016, 09:02:38 AM
in my opinion, the total of people on earth that own bitcoin by 2020 is about 30% because many things will be happen in next 3 years from now and we hope its the best time for bitcoin to be adopt by more people and more country so bitcoin will be more growth.
8779  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: November 21, 2016, 09:00:30 AM
i think bitcoin can replace fiat and make united all currency in the world because we that every people in this world when they using bitcoin, they can do with the same amount and with the bitcoin, the different is the fee, time to send and receive, and the wallet for user use. and i think that thread is make people confusing about this. its not be happen in short time, i am sure for that, but it needs time to replace fiat.
