You are right, there should really not have to register to check out the whitepaper. This will put people off straight away having to give away private information just to see what the project is actually about! i can understand it from a marketing point of view, but I agree, you shouldn't have to register to get access to something as simple as the whitepaper. That's still one part of the project that everyone seem not to get yet. Including me too. But I presume they have a good reason for such action. Though I tend to think it's for the sake of email list building since not everyone who reads the white paper that will surely invest but then they already have their details incase of future purpose even though they didn't feel right to invest now. I guess the main reason is that everyone who wants to read the whitepaper have to go through the terms and accept that he is not an US citizen. I highly doubt that because I think US citizens are to not invest in the project. They having just the knowledge of the project from the whitepaper doesn't really affect the project. |

I see it only now, the ICO was again until 29.6. extended? I would have been really happy, if after the 3-day-sale had ended. But now again an extension. I suppose the mining will also start later and not as promised in June?
In the meantime I do not feel very well with all the shifts anymore
I think that the KYC was again a bit of problem so they probably extended it, because of that. They simply need some extra time. There is suppose to be a press release for the public explaining the particular reason for the extension. What I have been seeing for the past days are different presumptions for the extension. |

Wow, thank you for this update! It's really finally released. Just a little notice for everyone who will try it: login and password are in MVP User Guide. And there is the white space symbol " " in the password between "vanig" and "2018". This helps, thanks for the instructions, however I commend Vanig for doing a great job by coming up with the MVP at this time and keeping their words  I was surprised it worked quite well when I tested it there were a few bugs but most of them were related to mobile and they already were aware of the issues which is a good position to be in if you ask me For the first week of it's release I expected more bugs than just some mobile issues . I am very happy with VAnig's work and can't wait to see the next update. Nice work from their own part this is a clear indication that they ate up to the task. From what I can gather I honestly think that vanig will make huge success They have done really well. I visited the site with my mobile phone too and I was impressed with the optimization. With more activities on the website, now need for corrections is likely to be revealed |

Thus when they realize bitfence defence system, they will definitely seek ways to bypass Yeah, there is no two ways about it, they will have to keep updating their software and firmware, I mean I thought people would have understood that, it's just like your anti-virus has to download definitions. They have to be steps ahead of the whole tech world in other to keep this project's value intact. I will even suggest they employ some hackers to intentionally test the network continously to be sure it is not penetrable in any way. Im pretty sure they are already doing that. The stingminer is currently running on a testnet and to my understanding they are testing it on various platforms and OS systems. That's cool I hear then. If that be the case. The hype around the project is really too much for it to fail its users in any way when released into the public market. |

I attended they answered a number of the questions I had sort of been holding onto in the back of my head hopefully this was a good time for the team and the visitors they had a good response maybe they will do this more times as the ico goes on Do you know if they will host another AMA again anytime soon for all of us who missed the opportunity to ask them their questions this time? The time difference did not suit for me I just showed up for a quickie but was too tired to keep up; I had several questions I hope there will be another chance. The team seem to be pretty proactive to community requests, so im sure they'll do another one next week if people ask for it. Although you think that's not a good idea but according to the decision-making team that's best for the future of their project. I wonder the reason I know their were some people bitching that the 3 day sale was odd timing and too short but it’s odd that they changed it without a bigger hullabaloo over the change and explaining it seemsit would have been a good thing to explain to not confuse people Very correct friend. Since they are aware of the fact that the buzz around the sales time all through the pause period was a 3 day sales, they should have come up with a press release or something before the sales Resumption to inform the public of their changed plans. yeah, im honestly growing tired of the ever changing goalposts and extensions. I hope that they keep to the word of each token being 50 years worth of mining. I think this additional 100% bonus is going to hurt the project especially when it lands on exchanges. That maybe be right. It might lead to uncontrollable dumping of the token cause of the huge amount possessed. But then it can also serve as a test time for the project, once it can recover from such attack, it is definitely heading for the moon |

This passport will be accepted by all the services integrated into Cryptocean eco-system. while reading this "crypto-passport" services cryptocean is bringing, an idea jumped on me, ain't it possible to create a kind of crypto-passport that's use by all in the crypto sphere beyond the cryptocean platform?? making KYCing easy It's good. But on another thought, since blockchain is a decentralised platform, Making data sharing easy, cryptocean can actually run it as a form of additional service where it's user can be able to connect their profile cryptoocean to other projects platforms for kyc purposes. |

Is anyone holding Iot? Just found a lot of good reviews of it here. I think its not the end of the drop in sales? I think it should go to 0.72 or even 0.60. What do you think? Anyway great project w good technology and partners and developers  I don't hold much of it but i want to see iot flourish in the market they have a good concept about providing security for Iot devices. I hope it gets implemented. Their concept is really solid. Security is one thing everyone loves having. So you're planning to start partnership with all the banks so we can use any ATM or I'm missing the idea? That would be amazing and it will surely attract a lot of investors are there any plans for that happening in this year? or do you plan to get your own ATM's? We have preliminary agreements of plastic cards emission in Russia and EU. We're not considering own ATMs at this stage of the project. I think this is a really good move, especially to start with. People are used to the ATM's/Banks they already know and see everyday, would they get it if a cryoto card atm suddenly popped up? If people can use them on normal banks then it will increase trust and awareness. So this means changes will be made to all atm of banks you partnered with. Maybe blockchain tech will be used on the atms. Or do you guys have your own o.s that will be integrated in all atms Most banks are compatible with ATM machines, they are pretty universal machines, I think they need to have a banking license to use this service, or they may need to partner with a bigger bank that already has a license. I am suspecting that they will partner with a large bank because it gonna cost them a Fortune to establish such service on their own. Never the less I believe they will make it happen. They really need something but doesn’t have to be a huge bank even getting. A credit union or something would be a good start and they could use a nationwide network like allpoint for atms if they needed depends on how they plan it out Really don't know much about all these banks and licensing matters but if this which you just said can work, then why not? They should go for it. It looks cheaper from the looks of things compared to the earlier mentioned big bank partnership |

It is a good effective cheap way of advertisement which certainly helps the community grow. It could be worth looking into depending on how the sales are going. They did airdrop campaign. I think that also helps in growing a community in terms of members too. And it goes a long way in creating a good strong awareness for projects. Airdrop campaign was good because it means the project has more token holders and the airdrop holders might be encouraged to purchase more tokens which helps support the project. Yea. That correct. Everyone loves free stuffs and as such would want to get in the line to receive. And if by chance they see the project's idea as a good one, they will think about participating in the ICO. that's why I do prefer airdrop campaign coming before ICO sales. |

I am following IoTchain since last few weeks. And I liked this project. But when I checked ANN thread I see some information is missing, like whitepaper link, website link etc.

Building a fingerprint of the hacker is a wise move as it moves them away from traditional blocking and more towards something actually useful in preventing future attacks I’m gonna be interested to see how the full fingerprint is built
That's probably the most innovative part of this project, i don't actually know how the technical part of the fingerprint works but one thing is for sure, you can't fake a fingerprint and even if you do, it will take a whole lot of effort than just changing an IP and all that, so it is a right step in the right direction and to me, this is the first of its kind This is the beauty of it, regardless of IP address or where you are in the world. BitFence should be able to identify the same type of attack due to the unique fingerprint allowing a secure efficient system That's why is so difficult to implement any effective security system. I f Bitfence solves this problem that would be a huge step in network security. Every day attackers find different way to hacking system. BitFence need to keep updating their products on regular basis. It will be interesting to see if hackers can hack BitFence device or not. Hackers wont be targetting the BitFence device, it is used as a "honeypot" which will essentially draw the hackers into the device making it vulnerable so Bitfence device can inspect the type of attack and assign it to a unique ID (Fingerprint) which therefore can be used in the future down the line. The fingerprint will be used to identify similar attacks when a hacker tries to use the same fingerprint on a network. And preventing the attack from happening. Hackers are very intelligent, what stops them from finding a way to protect themselves against Bitfence's software? I feel like hackers will keep on evolving and they will always be ahead of the curve. But bitfence can know how the hackers do it and so they can prevent it the next time it happens i think it is amazing also with this information they can look a head too. They indeed can learn about hackers trick from the submitted data for prevention of future occurrence. I believe a further study of each of these data can present or reveal some more details that can prove helpful for further developments later on in the project. |

Why they changed it? And what I seen there 100% bonus ends in 7 days 9 hours? I mean I couldn't understand that how 100% bonus. Anyone have idea about bonus?
