Still waiting for CCEX to respond to us about ICO fund release.
I know that it's hurting looking at the market dip, but we still do not have received the ICO funds from C-cex.
Please patience a bit more.

1)Unsold ICO funds, as specified will be destroyed by C-cex.com staff.
2) ICO funds are not released to us yet.
3) Conditions and terms for a refund/non release of ico fund ARE NOT POSSIBLE NOW. We respected all the conditions for the ICO success and so there are no reason to complain about your investment in Ortho.

thanks for your answers. sorry that there is a bit of stress happening here. i've followed a few threads where a couple of heads seem to manage to kill a coin.. or at least give the devs a nervous wreck. tbh q3. was a bit of a joke  the general performance of ORTHO on c-cex has obviously created some stress for some people and the troll in me couldnt help asking although i am curious as to how you will manage the buy wall. given the dumpage will have effects on the buy wall. both psychologically- ie people will be wanting to get out, and that new investors bought lower than ico price. ====== I for one see no reason to call this a scam.

but seriously it would be good to get a heads up on what is happening.
1) unbought ICO coins. where are they and what is happening ? how many coins were bought ?
- edit : earlier post suggests unbought coins should be now destroyed by c-cex.
2) ICO funds. where is that at, and how do you see the buy wall happening ? what price etc.
3) is this really a scam ? or was it always considered that there would be 3 days of mining/dumping between ICO and buy wall ?
ps.
updating the OP to remove mentions of ICO being live/open would be advantageous.

Is there any C-CEX guys in this thread? If you release the money to DEV, it will harm C-CEX hard, on one will use this exchange again.
that's just stupid. if c-cex enters an agreement then they should live up to it. possibly the only reason this looks so bad is because the funds have not been released. |

Assuming that investors will not dump their own coins below ICO price, and according to the statistics that 60%-80% of pow mined coins will be dumped by miners,
we can guarantee a buy support using around half of the total ICO funds gathered. such strange behaviour from ICO holders. one cannot assume anything from some BTC holders it seems. |

The thing is it's not your code. Bitcoin is open-source and so are all forks based off of it. Just because you make some minor changes doesn't mean you can claim copyright for it. We don't do that. Our copyright only applies to our modifications. Read the COPYING file in it. Thats not blackmail. so you've changed the COPYING file since it's been cloned ? seems legit. i'm wondering whether OPAL has the right to add that amendment to the copied code ? |
