881  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto news feed on: August 02, 2023, 04:37:35 PM
I liked the idea, but why do I need to create an account to be able to get any data? Honestly, I closed the browser after I was asked for email code. These are extra steps that are not necessary. You can ask users to create an account after they have access to a certain number of data or when they want to customize the data . What customizations can the user get? Is it related to prices, technical news, or important updates?

You do not need to create an account there but only visit https://alphabase.ai/recent and you will see all the related tweets or news on that page.

I do not know if we can get the choice to filter out the news sources. I haven't made the account on this site so i also do not know what additional benefits we will get once we create an account there.

Also the site interface needs a lot of improvement and it's really requires a revamp to a professional look.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your reasons for adopting cryptocurrency? on: August 01, 2023, 07:10:49 PM
Lately majority of people find theirselves within the crypto space, but many of them do not really understand the actual reasons for adopting crypto currency other than to make profit, what are your own reasons for adopting cryptocurrency?

Do you know that we are being slaves to the governments and those who are in power? We work hard 24/7 to earn the fiat money and these government people get free money (for themselves) by printing the fiat currency. Due to inflation, the money we earn loses its value over time. There is inequality in the distribution of wealth in society and this holds true for every country.

Bitcoin solves all these problems and this is my reason (other than to gain profit) for the widespread of bitcoin and also making it a global currency worldwide.
883  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the effect of having plenty children to the national economy of a country on: August 01, 2023, 05:39:47 PM
Is there an effect both positive or negative to the county's economy when couples have plenty children?

In the past before the current economic era, around the 15th century and the beginning of the French industrial revolution, having many children was seen as fertility and good for both the family work force and country's also. The labour force was majorly manual and those who worked at the plantations were sort after as able bodied men or women.

But at the moment, what is the viability of having many children especially as it could reduce the per capital income.

There are both good and bad sides to this theory of having fewer children or more children and their effect on society.
There were countries which encouraged only one baby per family, but those nations are facing issues in lack of manpower, and they need to import manpower from aboard.
On the other hand, there are still many underdeveloped countries with very high populations. They have fewer resources, and they encourage their countrymen to have one or a maximum of two babies.

So, in general, it depends on country to country and their financial status and whether they are already developed or still in the phase of under developed nation.
884  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Buy-Sell BFG on BetFury | 🔥Fury Pharaoh - New In-house Slot on: August 01, 2023, 05:01:44 PM
But base on the current price of BFG which is at the bottom, It's more likely that the scenario is no sufficient demand on this token anymore since the price don't move while it's still at the bottom. I doubt many holds this token since the price should be higher if many holds the token. Most of the BFG tokens is free floating on exchange and that's the reason why the price is not moving.

The whole crypto market is quite stable these days due to no volatility in bitcoin. Also, investors are accumulating BFG and other tokens before the start of the next bull run. Once we are near the halving, you may see some good gains in BFG.

I check the volume nearly everyday on Vulkania. It's been several months that the volume is around 30000 $.

So what does it matter if the volume of this coin is stable for last many months? Even the price of BFG is also stable and this is no concern at all. This only shows that this is a strong platform (Betfury) and as soon as their platform will grow, the price and volume of BFG will increase automatically.
885  Economy / Economics / Re: Do your work. on: August 01, 2023, 04:32:38 PM
"Making money is action, keeping money is a behavior and growing your money is knowledge." And you cannot make your grow your money as a employee in someone else company.

We all have different occupations some have their own business or some are working and helping the owner to grow their business in professional way. I want to tell something to those people, who don't have any skill yet. According to my experience I have learn one thing in my life, being skilled is most crucial. In my old company where I was working one of my female friend loss her job but Luckily somehow she became skill while working on same company like parkour tanning. When we both loss our job. As a result she start earning with her skill but I remain jobless with zero income.

And this is not being thought in small, but this is true, we can't be rich and have financial freedom if we are going to work thru the rest of our lives. Sooner or later we will have to put a business or become a entrepreneur and hopefully succeed one day.

Of course, we need some education or at least graduate with a college course. But then if we really love to pursue and have a good career, then a individual will have to have a ambition in life and for sure success will come later.
Financial freedom is the goal of the average person and yes it is not an easy thing to build, especially if you are born into an incapable or ordinary family, and only do work as the main source of income, of course it will never get to the point you want. want even if working all his life.

I think we don't have to be focused on the level of education, or college first to seek knowledge, you can easily access a lot of knowledge today both in the world of finance, work, creative industries and others, today it's easy if you only reason to gain knowledge from educational institutions.
We only need to practice our abilities or areas that we like and you become an expert in that field is better, than you have a lot of skills but only half.

To gain financial freedom one needs to work very hard in his youth and should have skills which he could sell and gain money.

Not all people have money and rather most of the people live hand to mouth and they don't have the extra money to invest in things like Bitcoin etc.

In short, there is no one set of rules for every person to become wealthy. Everyone has different circumstances and therefore everyone's lifestyle of earning is different.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if salaries were paid in BTC on: August 01, 2023, 03:43:31 PM
That is true, additionally bitcoin's value goes and up and down and hence is not stable enough as means for salary. A lot of workers will find this inconvenient as many uses their salary to pay for fix bills (like rents and loans) and so they will have a problem with the changes of bitcoin value. As far as possibility, it is far from ever happening.

I agree that Bitcoin volatility may be the reason why people may hesitate to take salaries in BitcoinBTC but if people are clever enough, they would know that Bitcoin prices will always be moving in the upward direction in the long run. So even if they take salaries in bitcoin, they can convert them instantly into fiat money and keep some savings still in bitcoin for the long term.

If you ask me to keep some money saved for the future, I will always prefer Bitcoin over a dollar or any other local currency. The reason for this is that the value of your money in dollars will always decrease due to inflation and the money in bitcoin will always increase due to limited supply.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Certified Bitcoin Professional on: July 31, 2023, 11:59:36 PM
It makes me laugh enough that a company invents a course of study on blockchain and Bitcoin and then wants to issue a certification to say that you are now officially an expert ... in reality you have stolen my money.  I would like to know who gives them the right to say that that certification is authentic, in short Bitcoin is not a product of a company and I don't understand how a company certification can become a standard...lol

Very true, only the company owing Bitcoin can give you the certificate of the product and no one owns Bitcoin.

For example, we see Microsoft gives us the certificate of the product which they develop like Ms Office Certified Engineer or Windows Server Engineering Certificate. Similarly, you can get certificates from Cisco and Oracle products because those companies own that products.

No company should have the right to give the Bitcoin certificate and I think this is another money making opportunity. From my point of view, this certification have no worth.
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC asked Coinbase to halt trading in everything except BITCOIN, CEO says on: July 31, 2023, 05:45:30 PM
Coinbase is a stock market listed company so such kind of steps by SEC is very concerning.

Also, keep in mind that Black Rock has applied for Bitcoin ETF and they have asked Coinbase Custody to be their custodial solution.
The sec statement to halt trading of all altcoins but to keep bitcoin is maybe in connection with the probable approval of the Black Rock bitcoin ETF.

I do hope that SEC does not impose any undue restrictions as the decision of the SEC will play a great part in determining the future of the BTC in the short run. In the long term, even Coinbase Anit-bitcoin acts won't be able to suppress BitcoinBTC.

889  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: A Feature in electrum wallet on: July 31, 2023, 12:01:10 AM
Currently, I am using Electrum 4.3.4, which is not the latest one. But I am okay with it.

First things first, you are worried about the security of your wallet, but at the same time you are ok to use the previous version of the Electrum and not want to upgrade it. Do you know that every new version comes with some sort of security enhancement or at least remove any vulnerabilities found in the previous version.

Yes, if the computer is malware effected, or you share your seed with anyone, you may lose your funds but do the basis first.

Latest Electrum version is Electrum-4.4.5 which was released on June 20, 2023. Download it ASAP if you haven't done already.
890  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Is It Normal For A Site To Ask For Your Wallet Address? on: July 30, 2023, 06:50:14 PM
I want to transfer funds from my Bank of America account into Atomic Wallet.
However, there are 7 different USDCoins.

I would suggest not to use Atomic wallets as it has been compromised in the past and people stopped recommending it now a days. There are much better secure wallets which you may use instead.

Secondly given them the USDC public wallet address is safe because no harm can be done if you give the public address to anyone. Only you need to safe guard your private key and i am sure you are already aware of it.

By the way, i still not get why did you got this email from the Atomic Wallet ? What will they make sure even if you tell them your public address  Huh
891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin expected (implied) volatility below 50: Sign for a bull run? on: July 30, 2023, 05:23:42 PM
Option traders are as confident as never before (since 2019) that the current price is fair. This is in my opinoin a bullish sign or at least a sign that no crash is ahead, but of course external events could always change the picture.

We all know that halving is near and, on every bitcoin move, you will say people saying that this is a bull season start time. They will link every bitcoin pump, dump or no volatility to the sign of the start of the bull season.

If we see the past data, we will see that there is a major bitcoin crash very near to halving, last time it was a covid crash. I am not saying that we will see another major crash before the start of the bull season, but we still cannot say that the bull market is officially started.

Seeing the price action, bitcoin needs a weekly confirmation over 32K and then we may say that we are in a proper bull trend.
892  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Travel to the Caribbean with BTC on: July 30, 2023, 12:32:47 PM
We are hosting our first Roatan Bitcoin Experience tour.  Roatan is an island in the Caribbean and it is located off the coast of Honduras (central america). We have been a mission to make Roatan the Bitcoin Island of the Caribbean and so far it's been amazing. If you would be interested in something like this. Reach out to me. The first one is set to start September 4th and its for 11 days. Bitcoin is widely accepted here on Roatan and we have a big and great Bitcoin community.

It is difficult for me to go on this tour though i would love to go there one day. By the way, can you tell us what are you charging for these 11 days visit and what will be services you are going to offer in the package ( as i think that you are the organization of this tour Roatan bitcoin tour from your post).

Also, if you can share the experience of the first tour somewhere near the end of September will be great for everyone who are thinking to join in the future.

And I guess since it's a Bitcoin tour, you will be charging in bitcoin and not in the local currency. Smiley
893  Economy / Services / Re: I need Pertime online income platform. Perday [$5-20] on: July 30, 2023, 11:42:51 AM
$600 is the maximum you can earn here from just creating posts (but you need to develop your knowledge of Bitcoin)

It's hard to earn through signature campaigns as he is just a Jr Member and it may take many months before he can rank up, and get selected in any campaigns. But again, nothing is impossible, but everything requires hard work and time.

Of course sir, I am very happy to receive a merit given by you. You have inspired me a lot by giving me a merit sir.
You have instilled in me a hope that I can, I will. Really sir I am very happy to get that merit. I have a request to you sir. Looking at the posts for those with small IDs like me to inspire them.

I am really happy sir .
Sir you will be by our side to raise us.

You just become a Jr Member. This is just the beginning; you will get a lot more happy moments on the forum. Also, I will suggest you to check Fivver and see if you can offer any services. If you are a good writer maybe you can start your article writing service. It is you hwo have to develop a skill and then keep on trying on different freelancing platforms and you will get success one day if you are honest to yourself and a hard worker.
894  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: July 30, 2023, 11:20:59 AM
very cool Theymos, Thanks for this piece as I finally know where I belong currently, the next ladders of recognition to climb in this prestigious forum as well as what it takes, and how to get there. There's lots of work to be done. This calls for serious commitment to learning, contributing and advancing in rank in this forum. Being properly informed is a great tool of guidance for my journey to the top in this honorable forum. Thanks once again.

I just saw your post history and you started well as a newbie and try to help and get knowledge from the forum. The forum is a great learning place if you have this intention.

As you move along, the merits will come automatically, and you will rank up slowly and steadily. You do not need to worry about the merits, rather you should be more focused on getting used to the rules of the forum so that your account does not become restricted in case of any violation unintendedly.

895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Way to explain what is the bitcoin on: July 30, 2023, 04:24:00 AM
Btc is cup money is liquid the water and Banks are from the word like a River bank.
So money currency is water and btc IS the cup all assets gold btc and other crypto are the cups where the money the water flowing in.

Those who got cups to collect the water when it's raining those got most of the water so to speak they got most of the money.
If u sell btc early it means you empty your cup ...btc is big cup small coins smaller cups they full faster then biggest cup the bitcoin.

Those who got cups when its raining they collect the most of the money more water more cups needed to collect water.

For a moment think that the other person do not know anything about Bitcoin and giving such examples will further confuse him.

To start with, you should tell that Bitcoin is digital money and try to compare it with paper money. This way the person may understand quickly and may not remain in the puzzle. After giving some introduction of Bitcoin, you can give him some basic Bitcoin videos or article links and if he/she will be keen to know more about it, they will definitely study about it.
896  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for newbies on: July 29, 2023, 08:28:22 PM
Learning to trade in crypto is not as easy as imagined by beginners who are just starting to enter crypto trading. There are many things that must be studied seriously and because even in analyzing there are also many factors and indicators that we must learn and master.

There is a misperception that trading is an easy job, and anyone can do it even without learning. That is the reason why most people usually lose in trading and very few make good money through crypto trading.

If you want to become a doctor, Engineer or IT professional, you spend a lot of time getting the skills and on education. But why is it that we come to trade the world financial markets and think we can succeed without having any knowledge or experience?

As per my experience, even if you got complete knowledge, you are still a newbie in the financial field until you have some good experience to compete with the guru's of the market.
897  Economy / Reputation / Re: Give your ratings on: July 29, 2023, 07:35:25 PM
I don't really wanna bug anyone for review to merits my post but is just a simple truth I need to know that you are increasing that is to say "Yes you are gradually changing for good" or "Put more efforts while making post in this section of the board" but however, if you feels they are worth the effort being put on those posts then you can spare some merits to it and give back your ratings in this thread then I would know where to make my adjustment.

I just saw your posts in the first couple of pages of your profile and it seems that you are doing a good job. Also, the merits you received, and you spent in the last 120 days indicate that you are a good contributor to the forum.

Please I don't mean any insult and I wouldn't want anyone to start attacking me, I just need this to make me happy tonight as I already had a very bad day today, so needed someone to rate me and cheer me up.
Love you all

Whatever the reason for the bad day on the other day, I wish you keep happy all the time. Well, i found it an interesting way on how you choose to change your mood Smiley

And again I made this topic self moderated as I won't take any hate words from anyone just as I had explained earlier any hate speech leads to immediately deletion.

Even if it was not moderated one, I don't think there is anything wrong with your posting, that anyone can point fingers. Instead, you are much better than many of the posters of the forum.
Also when you know you are good, then you're good. No need to get confirmations.
898  Other / Meta / Re: how do mod get selected? do they get paid? on: July 29, 2023, 07:04:10 PM
You can ask questions to know about forum, but you have to maintain a limit, it is not polite to look into other people's pockets. There is no need to ask questions like how much money mods earn. No one will stop you if you ask questions, but you should have the thought to ask yourself what questions I am really asking. Your other question is fine anyone can ask this question out of interest, and you already have the appropriate answers from the community.

I remember a famous saying that "Do NOT ask a Man his Pay and Women her Age" and i think OP should respect that.  Smiley

This question has been in my mind for, like, more than 1 or 2 months, just after I joined this platform. And I never tried to find answers because I thought it was none of my business, but I was still excited to know about it. And today I have at least some of my answers. That are Yeah, Moderators do get paid (I thought they might have volunteered for the job for free; yeah, I know these are some childish thoughts). But your provided links also enhanced my knowledge, which I had never thought about before.

Well, it is obvious that moderators get pays as it is a full time job and who has time to do such work without any incentive? Also, there is a difference between doing the job voluntarily without getting paid as you can get relax a bit and doing the same thing with pay as then it becomes a responsibility.
899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Casino Slot Streamers on: July 29, 2023, 12:06:41 PM
Here I found a list of Top 10 Casino Slot Streamers which includes Corinna Kopf ,Tyler Faraz Niknamm, Flávio Fernandes and many others.

Do you guys follow the casino streamers and are they fun to watch? Or do you think that playing casino slots yourself is more fun?

While these streamers may earn a good amount of money through streaming, they sometimes may become inspirational to the gamblers which may lead the normal gamblers to gamble more or become addicted too in some cases.

Thoughts Huh
