881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach all-time-high before halving. - BitQuant on: September 22, 2023, 07:12:31 AM
-
I am not really hoping high here or just having hopium.
What I am expecting and I am already happy for Bitcoin is just to create a new all-time high before the Bitcoin block halving.
That is what I am expecting because of the history of Bitcoin block halvings that happened before.
If the price of bitcoin can reach an all-time high before the halving, then of course everyone will definitely expect higher prices after the halving. I tend to expect an ATH to happen after the halving, but it wouldn't be a bad thing if it happened sooner than expected. I don't expect it to come so quickly, but I can expect $40k - $50k before the 2024 halving.
if this happens this time , the essence of halving and its effect will surely change and same as the belief of people in the said bitcoin miner events.
for how many times that we managed to see its effect? but this time it well change though I doubt by any chance it will happen.
882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: September 21, 2023, 10:59:04 AM
        -   The only thing I see is the simple logic that Op wants to transmit to us here or to anyone: we should be cautious and sensitive about the casinos we visit, especially if we enter a substantial sum to bet in the casino. We should conduct thorough research first, so that there are no issues when it comes to the point where you win a huge sum of money and cannot remove it.

That's what the author of this topic wants to express, and I don't see anything wrong with it, but it's a good reminder to all the gamblers in this crypto sector.

giving a warning to everyone means no bad a t all, and also this is just an awareness
and we should be thankful to that , not unless they are giving links that has malicious then that will be something that we need to prevent , and lets share those awareness to everyone here.
Diving into the world of online gambling without doing your homework is just asking for trouble. It's like, we all want to trust that these platforms are on the up and up because of those governing bodies and all, but let's be real – always double-check where you're putting your money. And totally with you on setting limits; it's like setting a gaming timer but with higher stakes. Nobody wants to wake up with that "Oh no, what did I do?" feeling. Gambling's cool as a fun side thing, but let's not turn it into a full-blown addiction. Everyone, keep these tips in your back pocket! 👍
if we are lazy to check on our own , then lets ask the community for that.
883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is only Bitcoin and nothing else on: September 21, 2023, 09:40:26 AM

I was going through coinmarketcap today to see some of the cryptocurrencies I was involved in when I started, I was so surprised to see that a lot of them have even been delisted. I was heartbroken seeing that some tokens who raised millions of dollars, had huge community and were trending even in various platforms just died. I wanted to not mention any particular token but I have to mention PumaPay that raised about $8 million yet could not deliver anything and got investors holding a bag of shit.
Never rely in a project that gathered million dollars and yet you  believe there is a future?
just because they collected 8 million dollars it is a legit project because you don't know that the amount just comes from the team to fool people that they earned too much from the investors but the truth is? they are the one who invested on it.
sorry for your losses mate but you should have checked your funds constantly , because some of them may be used as pump  and dump.
so  you can take them out instantly before it dumped back .
holding altcoin is very risky. the safest altcoins that I trust are only ETH, BNB, TRX and FTM. i don't hold altcoin for long term because there is no guarantee that the company behind it will survive. I only buy it because it provide big volatility, sometime the price change is bigger than btc so I gain profit from it in trading but my exit point always in btc or fiat.
are you sure on Binance? maybe better to check the issue now and decide, because you might lose the momentum if the urging happens from the SEC.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please review my inheritance strategy on: September 21, 2023, 08:50:03 AM
Hi everyone,

I'm uncomfortable with doing anything too complicated because outside of our ecosystem anything vaguely complicated is intimidating and I want it to be simple.

So here it is.

1. Write down my 24 word seed phrase sorted alphabetically and give it to my partner or anyone else
2. Put the numerical index of the order of this into a deadman switch which will be sent to them if I fail to respond for my chosen period / times.

I believe this is secure but wanted to get many other opinions to be comfortable before I commence it.

Thoughts...?

Thanks!

It's okay if you trust your relatives forever. It is the right strategy. But if trust is a problem and you want to leave a legacy, the safest way is to hire a lawyer. There is no harm in giving your family the seed words and passwords for your Bitcoin inheritance. If you store your assets on online exchanges other than cold wallets (for example, Binance), this is the simplest way to inherit. This is because large exchanges like Binance will transfer your assets to your immediate family for inheritance. However, i think the method you mentioned is the most reliable one. I would never make the bank a third party for my relatives to inherit.
actually as if he has other option but to trust His family , because death is unpredictable and none of us can hide from it.
and also His plans are indeed best because od deadman switch , as I believe there is a certain period of time that he will  let it trigger.
also he is knowledgeable in what he is doing , so what needs to be answer here but GO FOR IT OP.
you have the best option chosen .

886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the drive that makes women go into gambling? on: September 21, 2023, 02:32:28 AM
I think for many women some of the few reasons they go into gambling, is that gambling provides them with the opportunity to be sociable and enjoy time with friends and also use it to escape boredom loneliness or even stress, excitement is also part of the reasons why women goes into gambling the sense of winning creates an additional anticipation of something bigger having the spotlight on you as a winner can make you feel good even for a brief moment. This has eventually turn into frequent trips or long session in gambling.
with all of that you mentioned reasons , then what is the difference from Man mate>? you already put all the reason why people goes in to gambling.

But some of my lady gambler friends reason? they wanted to Win and over power man at least  in gambling table.
so they can prove to themselves that they are at some point dominant than men.
887  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: September 20, 2023, 07:10:00 AM
yes, those golden times of giving away in Games and Round section.

also the Dueling that Duelbits started as a game promo ,  also some several casino that offers other bonus giving games.

but never that I partake in twitter , have you earn enough in the past mate?
As for me, I have never been lucky with those giveaways, especially the ones on their Twitter, and with all of those stuff and promo codes, they're quick to be gone. Some could have been bots waiting for those to be posted and then the rest are just lucky folks. Anyway, speaking of promos, they don't run out of it and someone who just wants to be part of it could just simply visit not just their Twitter account but also the promo page on their website.

I miss those golden times! I got lucky a couple of times and won multiple times 25$ or 50$. I never participate anymore in Twitter or Telegram giveaways as you need to be extremely quick and they are too many cheaters with bots which makes it too hard to win.
same here mate,  actually you are more luckier because making a win multiple times , but me? never but just a few cent from their instagram give away, .
that is sad because I think there are Bot partaking in games .
and so legit players and supporters cannot win anymore in their social media giveaway.
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: September 20, 2023, 06:53:02 AM
I can't just expect that the market seems to prolong the time for accumulation. And to ask if it is the time to collect, indeed, we're still in good time.
Later? People must stop thinking about the bottom price because we never know when. So instead of waiting for the lowest price, why not take the chance this time?  However, we should also be careful in choosing altcoins because not all cheap coins are worth, some are shitcoins. And I would suggest to just take top altcoins and well-established projects.
Yes, I also think about achieving this while there is still a chance. Instead of waiting for a bear market, we should collect altcoins that we think will be expensive in the future because we don't know the bull market is coming. When we doubt, these feelings will keep coming until we finally regret it. It's just that you have the decision to make it, but thinking too long will make you miss the moment.
so what are those coin mate? would you be so kind enough to share us the target coin to by to achieve your dreams because there are so much to choose from adn I know that there would be anything that you may find sharing to us?
I mean are those coins are top ranking? like Ethereum or Binance?
889  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bitcoin market is back on track on: September 20, 2023, 04:52:51 AM
Yes, The Bitcoin market is back on track. Because we all have already heard and seen a lot of information about the prediction of a big bull run in Bitcoin, which could start as early as 2024. Moreover, according to the predictions of many major Bitcoin experts and their research, we understand that the Bitcoin market will start moving again and it will reach all-time highs.

How on earth is Bitcoin market back on track, like are you serious about this?
This thread might look old before the dip but you can't tell me that with all being happening it still looks like the market is back. Bitcoin price is running down drastically in the last 5 days if I'm not mistaken, many have been expecting a bump before the end of August but the reverse is the case.
Can the price ever get back to $30k and above again, like within the week?
sometimes small pumps makes people here over expecting mate and yes they think that
when bitcoin move 10-15% is already a backing track because it may change in a matter of time , so what I do realized over the years? is that not unless the coin goes up 30% , it still not a tracking back for it,
and yes how many times that bitcoin move like that since 2021 and yet ? we are sitting below 30k.
890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When the fun stops on: September 20, 2023, 04:42:53 AM
When it's not that fun anymore based on how you perceive the fun that you'll get through gambling, it's just the best idea to stop.

The happy gambler is one who forgets and forgives, who does not have any emotional need to count of lost money and the "what if" of their gambling sessions.
True.

That's why for the gamblers that don't have much to think of what they're up to, they're just there to enjoy every moment and cent that they gamble.

No heart feelings but that doesn't mean that they don't have emotion.
and those are the gamblers that we can call responsible gamblers and this is that I can call myself as well. enjoying is the main objective , and winning or luck is just a bonus. try not to ask  for more but to have fun and happiness.
no hard feelings , and no complaining after playing .
how many times that we gamble and play? so its time to realized what we are missing and that is to understand that gambling isnt the place for us to become rich.
891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No KYC vs KYC enabled casinos (Facts you need to know) on: September 20, 2023, 04:11:11 AM

More users will believe no KYC casinos are better which they would prefer using than the ones asking no KYC.  KYC casinos are still the top casinos though.
well yeah , KYC asking casino are the top in the rank now, maybe because gamblers in crypto already understand the advantage and safeties.
because as we remember in the past years, we are keep asking for privacy but nowadays? we learn its favor to every legitimate players.
Quote
Somebodys gotta list the disadvantages for both classification to see how much users dislikes which. In reality, KYC casinos are still the ones we go to because decentralized casinos are no way guaranteeing security.
yes, though there are some respected casino that had been running for many years that still does not ask for KYC but they are fewer than centralized  casinos.
892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage your money on gambling sites. on: September 19, 2023, 10:37:10 AM
I've been following a few gambling channels on Twitter and Telegram, and whenever they share a screenshot of a bet slip or winning ticket, they occasionally also include the balance of their wallet. I've seen this happen several times, which made me wonder why they don't choose to withdraw their winnings instead of storing them in their gambling site wallet. Why do they leave that much in there, or is it simply for show off? A gambling expert should know better than to save their money on casino websites.

I always withdraw all my winnings and only deposit the right amount i want to use to gamble whenever i want to play a game. I’d like to know everyone’s opinion on which way is better and which one do you practice in managing your funds on gambling sites.
You already knew the answer mate , and that is for show off or else they are not stopping playing  day and night so continuously leaving their funds inside so it will be available at any moment?

not sure what are their main reason but for me , it is to empress others because of how much they won and how much money they still have in their account.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: September 19, 2023, 08:55:03 AM
Planning about collection some MORE altcoins and thats why i manage extra money for that. But market situation is still confusing and today Altcoins dump minimum 10% even more. So is it really right to collect altcoins?  Or another dump will be coming before bull run? Should i postponed my invest or not? I post this in speculation sector cause we can only predict!  And I'll go with the most predicted result
There are many altcoins circulating currently, which altcoin do you want to buy?

i like your steps, which are quite careful before investing, i suggest you choose to buy altcoins whose price history is quite dependent on bitcoin price fluctuations, one of which is ethereum or bnb.  avoid buying tokens that can become playthings for speculators; including Ripple, Shiba Inu or Dogecoin.  just pay attention to the movement of the cryptocurrency market, when bitcoin is bullish, usually the altseason arrives late and when bitcoin enters a bearish moment, the altseason usually arrives.

Ethereum and the binance coin have been the coins of preference for those that do not want to invest in bitcoin as they are looking for greater profits, however it is unclear how they will perform during the next bull run, as we know binance is now on the sights of the SEC and this could reduce its performance, something that we saw with ripple as well, and in the case of ethereum this will be the first bull run after it made its transition to a POS coin, and it is not known how will investors react to this new reality in which ETH is in and if they will support it in the same way as when it was a POW coin.
Like what happened in XRP when they are in the case against SEC , surely Binance Coin will experience the same dumping as how ripple had in the days.
but actually the altcoin has so much to explore and bring to their supporters as long as those coins are not in the eye of SEC to be under questioned or the worst is under trial.
Ethereum on the other hand is the best contender and the best option than Bitcoin if we are looking for diversification .
894  Local / Pilipinas / Re: High-Level Resignation sa Binance on: September 19, 2023, 08:50:45 AM

Safety precaution na din siguro na wag mag deposit ng malaki sa Binance at laging wag magiwan ng funds sa exchange! Not your key not your coins mindset lagi!

Source: https://newsway.com.ng/binance-faces-significant-leadership-shake-up-with-multiple-high-level-resignations/
Never naman talaga ako nag iwan ng pera sa loob ng binance unless sometimes there are times na kakailanganin ko ipitin saglit baka sakaling lumago para mas mabilis ko din mailabas pero maliliit na halaga lang.
kahit kelan never ako nagtiwala sa exchange and wallets na hindi ko hawalk ang Private key ko,
sa ganon eh alam kong safe ako 95%.

896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach all-time-high before halving. - BitQuant on: September 19, 2023, 01:31:35 AM
No, #Bitcoin is not going to top before the halving.
Yes, it's going to reach a new all-time high before the halving.
No, #BTC is not going to $160K because the magnitude of every pullback is large. This means it will peak after the halving, in 2024. And yes, the target price is around $250K.

What BitQuant is saying is that before the next halving, bitcoin will reach all-time-high but it will not be the all-time-high before a massive bear market will begin again. That bitcoin will later still increase up to $250000 after halving, which would be the all-time-high.

I know some of you people will agree that bitcoin may reach $250000. What about bitcoin to reach all-time-high before halving? As for me, I do not think so and the all-time-high I am predicting is $170000.
never that I come to think of Bitcoin will ever reach All Time High before Halving
as this will be not what we have use to believe and  understand.
for how many times now that Halving is the Indicator when to or what to increase in time high?
and now there is thsi (whom I dont know ) telling us in pure prediction with million Luck in his mind?
it will not mate, sorry for all of those who wanted this to happen.
Pero hindi ba kapag too good to be true dapat kana magduda?

898  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Cryptocurrency Casino in 2023? Share Your Experience! on: September 16, 2023, 06:16:34 AM
Hello fellow crypto enthusiasts,

I've been exploring the world of cryptocurrency casinos lately and am keen to gather some personal experiences and recommendations from the community.

1. Which cryptocurrency casino do you think stands out in 2023, and why?
2. What specific features or attributes make it your preferred choice?
3. Are there any safety or security concerns you've faced or are aware of regarding any particular platform?

Your feedback is not only for me but could greatly help others who are diving into the world of crypto casinos. Let's share our experiences and ensure we all have a safe and enjoyable time!

Thanks in advance for your insights!
What made me wonder is the reason you put this question here , but did not online after your post 3 weeks ago  so what's the sense for you? aside from for the benefits of everyone but isn't best if you will participate and also give your best casino?

1. Duelbits.com (not because I am wearing its signature but because they are serving gamblers inbest they could bring)

2. Safety , and trustworthy..

3. Nothing that bad ..
899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a gambler do you have a potential winning amount limit? on: September 16, 2023, 12:54:11 AM
I have heard and read about people gambling because they had no source of income,  a job or they wanted to add gambling as part of their streams of income. Whatever your category the bottom line is that we all gamble to make money though some group claim it's mainly for fun. But who would want to be losing money all in the idea of catching fun!

There are gamblers that don't place their bet not until they have gotten a certain amount as their potential win. Some do this based on their financial challenge with the anticipation that just one win they may get on such amount is a life changer for them.

My main focus on this thread is in this question: as a gambler do you place your bet according to the weight of your financial need or you're always okay with whatever amount that comes out as potential win no matter how small amount?

as you can see, putting weight in your bet depending in your financial need is something that proves you being a gambling dependent .and that means your type is what we can see a regular user and turns addicted.
don't gamble depend on your need mate, instead gamble because you can feel your luck and you are ready to lose if not.
that is the mentality we must have before dealing in gambling.
