The Waves Platform, a platform that allows any user to send, transfer and exchange custom digital assets (tokens) in a decentralized P2P exchange, has officially announced the launch of its new iOS application, now available on the iTunes Store for free download.
Waves Wallet is a mobile client for the Waves platform. Developers designed an easy-to-use app to quickly access their WAVES and other assets. The wallet is connected to public Waves Nodes so you can recover your transactions and make payments

The following clauses hold true in 50.01% or higher probability (in my opinion), so I can bet 1:1 on anyone (OTC, any amt&currency(or cross-currency)) who does NOT believe (every item is a separate bet in this case);

if you bet (correctly) that:
A) nothing happens, I pay 7:1;

if you bet that
B) at least one does not happen (and they all do, by 31.12.2017), you pay 7:1):

CLAIMS:

1. Bitcoin (BTC) will reach $2000 this year.

2. Monero (XMR) will reach $50 this year.

3. CK will reach $100 million market cap this year.

I am open to favorable early settlements. I need to raise about $10 million to pay my debts.

You are really delusional af. Get a head and start using it, please and stop ripping off the people who trusted you, piece of shit asshole loser scammer.  Roll Eyes

I find it hard to believe we still do not have 2FA lol. It literally is 3 lines of code, pretty unresponsable towards the users to let it slip...over a whole year...despite constantly being asked for.

I agree Sad. Few lines of code, yes, if using google authenticator. Unfortunately i got the impression that they want to do their own 2FA (which would req significantly much more work, time and maintenance). But one thing shouldnt rule out the other imo. If they want to do their own 2FA, then first implement google authenticator (since it will be faster, cheaper and easier) and then work on their own "more secure" 2FA.

For which operations do you want to use authentication? For orders openning?

Not for orders openning, that i dont need. But for login or for transferring founds away from my account.

I'm agree that 2fa & multisig should be a concern soon.
The wallet is missing some security stuff.
885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: May 07, 2017, 03:56:58 PM
remember mt-gox remember cryptsy centralized exchange, just like central banks letting them hold fund leads to total loss with out the ability to ever get back your coins.

cryptsy still has 9.6 of my dash coins no way to get them back they deleted all account files so even if I make a claim I have to prove that I had an account with I have no way of doing

Its a matter of time before bittrex goes the same way as cryptsy.

that's why I am loving the waves dex  this Is the first time in over a year that I feel safe about using an exchange love the project hope to see great things to come.

Is DEX the unique feature of WAVES?  If no, which one else has the similar function?

DEX is not Waves specific. Other DEX exists already, but they are not -instant- like the Waves DEX.
Peoples were not using a lot other DEX because they aren't fast enough, you must wait for the confirmations. With Waves you don't, it's almost as fast as Polo or other centralized exchanges.

I sent WAVES but they were not credited, and now the given Waves address changed.
I sent a message to the support but still no answer.

The influence of waves is so big. The only shortcoming is that the wallet does not have a built-in Chinese translation. This is a huge market.
I think it would be possible for SASHA to ignore this huge market. If you get attention, unlimited potential.

All in due time. The devs have their hands full. remarkable progress. I love it.

Can't say better

I'm more betting on that scenario (don't mind the timestamps):

Down to 40k-41k now.

We entered into the phase 4 buy zone.
However, it could go down a bit more.

If it break below 38-39k, the wave B will be cancelled and we may revisit the 25-30k low.

Phase 5 is ongoing

The resistance is 52-53k. If we pierce it, we will meet new highs.

Hi guys,

A question on leasing waves to mining pool.
Do I need to keep my PC on? Or my wallet running?
I am using Chrome wallet.
Thanks.

Nope, after leasing you can close your wallet, shutdown your computer.
That's the beauty of LPoS: lease and sleep :p
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: May 06, 2017, 10:33:53 AM
Has anyone actually earned any waves through leasing yet? How long does it take to actually generate some waves and how much do u need to lease to be worthwhile? I know theres probably something written further back about it but dont really want to sift through page after page.

thanks

Yes absolutely! I am getting my share every friday.
Leased Waves count about 16 hours after you started and payout is weekly.

You don't get that much overall but in the end it is free money.

Can you give me an idea of how much i could expect to earn? I take it that it scales with how many you have so for instance if a full node of 10k gives 1 wave a day then 5000 would give you half a day?

The more peoples are mining the less you'll earn. The more peoples are using the network (making fees), the more you earn. It's hard to tell how much you can get every day with 10k WAVES.
Still the reward is low. If you want to setup a node for mining, you won't end with a profit, or you have to setup a mining pool, so peoples can lease to your address.

My advice for you, if you don't have enough time for that job, is to lease your coins to a mining pool and just wait for your reward. You can unlease when you want, you won't have to setup anything. Just do few clicks from your wallet, wait and profit Wink

Thanks, Its the leasing route ive gone down anyway since its pretty easy to do. Cant really be bothered setting up a node since i can just do this and leave it running. I was just curious as to how it works and what i could earn. I wasnt even thinking thats its all relative to the amount of miners/users  Huh

It works like any PoS coin. You get more chance to generate a block with an high stack.
It's hard to estimate ... but the maths should be:
[Total daily fees] * [Your mining power %]

With 10k your mining power is extremely low nowadays. Just look at the WavesGo mining pool: http://www.wavesgo.com/account.html?3P2HNUd5VUPLMQkJmctTPEeeHumiPN2GkTb
They are stacking over 8M coins now with all the peoples leasing on them.
On this page you can get the amount of fees generated last 24h: http://www.wavesgo.com/stats.html
I don't know how many coins are stacking on the network now. But with 10k you'll make less than a WAVES per day so far.

Big announcement on Coinomat coming soon ....

Hello sasha35625. How are you today?  Smiley

I am good, very busy with Coinomat plans today, very sorry to all the patient Coinomat investors and holders of my many of NXT assets. It has been such a long time since I provided any news, but you know how things have been (I had ICO for waves and became millionaire lol).

Don't worry, I have not forgotten all my loyal Coinomat platform investors, BIG coinomat news coming soon!

About time Sasha!

Good to see you finally addressing the Coinomat situation and the outstanding NXT asset issue, looking forward to seeing the details.

Any eta on the migration?

Did Sasha make the big Coinomat announcement yet?

This guy isn't the real sasha, double check the name.

withdrew 0.06 bitcoin off of dex to bittrex 48hrs now and no confirms the trans id show up but that's all.. also what is going on with the gateway it is soposed to be decentralized I do not see that ween they are holding the keys to bitcoin though the gateway
did your transaction ever go through?
I am attempting the same thing with no luck.

Anyone from Waves can chime in to say that this process works,  or why it does not?  Makes DEX almost irrelevant if it does not

Did you sent WBTC from your WavesWallet to Bittrex ?
I don't think Bittrex support WBTC currently.

I hit withdraw under my bitcoin balance in the liteclient and it asked for a bitcoin address (which I entered and it accepted),  didn't say it was WBTC.  is that the way to get real BTC out of Waves liteclient,  or is there no way to do it?

It should work then ! You did it well.
Do you have a Tx ID ?

how long does it take to send BTC from liteclient Waves to?  I mean,  how long from when you hit the button until it is broadcast to the BTC network?

WBTC tx are fast as WAVES transaction. It require only a few minutes.

edit: misunderstood the question.
The BTC blockchain still require 6 confirmations.

looks like you were spot on!! on phase 5 now. Smiley

edit:maybe i spoke 2 soon LOL

The phase 4 is still going, the market is testing the 39-40k bottom. If it don't break, the phase 5 will be.
At the moment the bottom didn't break, and the 1d chart we can see that the market is bouncing up everytime the bottom is reached.
For those who had buy orders @39k, it's already profitable.
898  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Emmanuel macron is the next President of France. on: April 27, 2017, 01:30:41 PM
His wife's son is older than him. Isn't that a bit weird to you guys? Or is that a common situation in France?

I don't see any difference between Macron and Lepen anyway. Both are rightist faschists. Lepen is just a bit more hardcore. I guess you can't expect anything else from them, we are talking about France in the end.  Grin

You're goddamn right.
I can't stand our media saying that "right wing lost the election"... Right is already at power! There is nothing but liberals and rightist as candidates now, all the socialists and marxists haven't gone further than first turn Cry

But still there is a slight hope. "France Insoumise" had nearly 20% of votes this time. That's still too low but we might manage to finally make a democratic revolution next time.
Maybe
I hope ^^

There are 20% of melanchon and 20% of Lepen, and large % of non voters or people who are not convinced by macron either Wink

Not sure how this is going to end but clearly most people seem fed up with current politics lol

Yeah it was like 20% of people who didn't vote?
That sure makes quite lot of people.

I don't see how people could be anything but fed up. We're being enslaved every day a bit more by international companies. They got control over pretty much everything and they're just using corrupted assholes like Lepen to make us believe that the "real danger is Islam and immigration"

Sure, what's more dangerous? Free international companies or Islamic terrorism? If you answered terrorism please look at the number of deaths due to working conditions and the amount of deaths due to terrorist attacks in developped countries.
They want to make us believe the real problem are people "abusing social system". If you believe that just look at the cost of those abuses (a few dozens millions) and the cost of fiscal evasion (a few billions) and think again

Always the same shit...

The count of non voting is always obfuscated between white vote, null vote, and non voters, and it's always kept a bit obscure anyway, but they are expecting very high amount close to 40% for 2nd round Smiley

Islamic terrorist is just the ugly hidden face of capitalist economy Wink All terrorists group are created by cia and the network are actually very close to let say gw bush, or all the buisness connection with Islamic regimes either in usa or France. . And in the end terrorism is the monster they created in their cold war plot.

Macron want to rise minimum social help to 750e no ? He seem to be ok with social help and minimum, it's hard to see how he will manage to concile everything but maybe he has a plan lol
When politicians go to the polls they always promise more than you can do. Only after they come to power, they realize that their promises are not feasible. Politicians such as Le pen initially promising something that will not do. Their goal is power and nothing more.

If he does increase the minimum social help, we will see -again- more and more peoples abusing of the system. Some peoples gain only 950€ per month for working 151h, why would they sacrifice all that time for just 200€ ?
The entire social system should be revisited to rework the gap between the workers and no-workers.
But Macron don't really care, he is not for the peoples, he is for the banks & big companies.
