I admit were all drawn to the specs. but fantasy #'s are just fantasy for a small no name company. The power consumption to hashrate is twice as efficient then any well known company. Explain how this is possible. I do believe in giving cheap/affordable hash power to the consumers are what a small company needs to stand out and beat out the larger competition but more info is needed for us to trust your claims.

So what's the comparison Annual Percentage Rates when you take into account you're renting at PB vs owning at Cex and the fees? Something like 25%? And do you feel Bitcoin will go up that much in the same time?
I watched CEX for quite awhile and read the chat box. Seems they like trading and only are making profits on that rather than actual payouts from mining. It's a sad day when this happens. The fees are stupid crazy. Here I matched what I would mine with my own equipment at Slush's. I'm happy but unless you can take big leaps in buying gh/s it really is like pedaling backwards. It is still earning for you doing nothing which is awesome. This is a Happy Place!

Another happy week yay! Good job PB! Any ideas on what next price per gh/s will be in 2 days?

I was planning on using a old xp box thats just sitting around and mining-proxy. What are the advantages to using the pi?
Thanks

The mining proxy is super easy to use but is limited in the info it gives. You can use either 1 cable with 2 6 pin connectors or 2 cables with 1 6 pin connector for each unit.

meh... let's go ahead and post a countdown clock... yay!
proceed to over-hype and under-deliver or over-price something in 51 days, 11 hours, yawn, yawn
With nothing close to what we will be offering on the market...I'm sure we will meet and overpass expectations The countdown gives us a deadline to produce....something we also hope to explode through! Keep updated on our blog at www.helixminers.com/blog-HELIX TEAM What kind of hardware are you delivering to the market? Will this be another preorder or will you ship from stock? Asics, Scrypt Asics, or both? Home miner or Data center? Sounded like a DataCenter to me. But hey, I like countdowns. It's always good to see new competition, let's hope they are legit and

Power is provided by 2 pci-e connectors from psu. You can also use molex to pci-e adapter. I believe for each cube you would need to run a separate mining proxy. I may be wrong.

Dont try using the wifi built in others have suggested adding a wifi bridge that seem to work. I don't know much about those settings but the lan is easy and these run like champs.

Excited about the future with you and stay invisible. Best wishes for the future. MINE ON PB!

Having trouble viewing website on my phone to check balances. Do you have an api key to view it from an app? Or possibly an app for the future? Just a suggestion.

I bought 5ghs on 22-02-2014 paid about 0.051 btc , and it made me 0.03 btc so far Not so bad. Yes looking at the global payouts it looks they are on par or better than other cloudhashing sites. Good Luck on your ventures and consider reinvesting your profits every difficulty change. Whats the point in reinvesting my profits ? That way i will never make real profit ? This way all i make its profit, i kinda lied , i did not bought 5ghs i got it as a gift . If you invested nothing good. 5ghs last year, good, this year you'll need to reinvest to get anything decent for profit. It's like buying a lottery ticket, I will never brake a $20 bill for a ticket but dont mind using change to buy one. Just saying with a little change you can double that profit until next difficulty.

shhh, keep quiet or the boss might find out
Believe me would have liked to try it myself in one of many empty back offices. Forced to go to cloudhashing or hosting for the future. Heaters being sold for summer.

We won't shut down. We would lose profit that way, and would lose out on years of potential business. There is also a misconception that the customer has some kind of obligation to this 5 year contract. Once you make the purchase, there are no recurring costs. This means the contract only acts in your favor.
Granted and understood. Main concern is investing with more hash upgrades over that time could be a huge cost on our end. Hate to see it just go poof. Thanks again for the quick reply that is reassuring to say the least.

Love that there are other options other than CE#.io. But this is a contract and as a customer we're binded to this for 5 years, no problem, good. But what guarantees do you give that you won't shut down before then? Again a contract is binding on both ends is it not? Maybe at a later time there will be options to sell your shares (ghs) at a pro rated rate or transfer it to another. I'm excited about joining dont get me wrong. You'd have a lot more backers if there was some security for the long term.

I second Botolo86's reply! cex might have the real fancy site and the picture of "their" equipment but that doesn't make them legit! I've been with PBmining for over two weeks, they've been ready to respond to my questions when I had issues and they pay out on time and correctly!!! Love them! If they where to pull out on us it'd really really really hurt me but I have no thoughts that I'll have to worry about that! You ask CEX to take a time stamped picture of their rigs and an employee or two and see what kinda answers you get from them I'm sure it'll be the same!
What I also meant to say is that in this Bitcoin economy, everyone is a small player and companies grow up one day after the other. If I put my money into Bank of America, I know that if anything happens I will have my back covered. If something really bad happens, I will sue Bank of America. If I put my money in CEX, PBMining and any other similar company, if things go belly up see if you can sue them. Most of these companies are not in your same home country and you don't even know their real business name. CEX could tell you tomorrow: "sorry we have been hacked and they stole all of your bitcoins", or they could just shut their website down. Same thing with PBMining. No one company in this business will insure you, it's just their word to get your business. Time will tell. And of late Mt. Gox and CoinEx are great examples of being hacked. Still with CoinEx because they have been honest and open about matters. PBMining by the #'s looks promising and has my business. ( 1 foot in ).

I've been researching this along time and following at C#@.io. There paying close to 19% in fees and who cares we dont know where were mining. Been checking global stats and people are making far more at same gh/s. Ya blocks aren't probably found as quick but payouts are more, win win. I know its a contract but would be cool if they merged it into something where you could sell your contracts. Tell me if this is wrong thinking. I will be buying in soon.
