You guys have a 20,415.77 BTC ~ $12,146,925.00 selling wall on C-Cex alone. That does not help. Take that wall down people.

Bittrex here we come make room for California Coin I'm re-tweeting all day long if they add us we'd easily hit 20 satoshi in an instant! ... and stay for a split second. We have to build support on smaller exchanges first.

Downloaded new wallet. Now it will not sync. stuck at 112995. It keeps changing between 141 and 84xx blocks behind but still says same block number.
I just synced a clean wallet with no problems, you may just want to restart it or let it sit a while and it should sync up. mine sync'ed right up from start to finish without a hiccup had to do a "repairwallet" in the debug console to get a few coins back but it worked so it's all good No problem for me neither on a fresh install.

Stop dumping people and put in some buy support. If you can't hold at 1 sat how are you going to 30 sat?

Multiple forks starts to take its toll on a community. I know there is an urgency to resolve the block time to try to make it easier to keep pools online... But, is there anything else that should be incorporated in this fork?
I like some of the newer wallet design, but that's not part of the fork. Is there a list that you have in mind? I can't even think of one right now beside the anon feature, but that's not that important.

So as I've learned so far, we need to keep the mix POW/POS to keep the network moving per MrData. I'm taking down the poll, sorry for the extra vote guys. I have a couple suggestions:
1. Change WSX to 60 second block 2. Rename the data directory to WeAreSatoshiX (can that be incorporated into the executable as a rename while upgrading the wallet?)
I don't think that will require a fork but MrData should let us know soon. Thanks,
Changing the block time will fork. I can rename the data folder if people are worried about it, I don't know if anyone would care about that though??? I think we need to get the fork going. We keep on loosing pools and it's easy to notice a few pools and 3 exchanges now. MrData, please let us know when you can work on it. Renaming the data directory is up to you, but it will be nice though I can do it whenever you are ready, just need to know when you want it to kick in (block number or date/time). I guess the other thing would be if you want to change the PoW reward structure since the block time is going to change. What do you think? The reward will just take longer to achieve so I think it's fine. Can we plan to do at block 125000. Is that about 3-4 days out?

nodes? can't sync!
stop 113216 blocks
I've noticed with POS wallets you will have to unlock for minting to get latest blocks.

I didnt get which exact version of WeAreSatoshi is tradind on C-Cex ?
It is the version in this thread, WeAreSatoshi v2. Then they have to change its index there. It is very confusing... We just changed the ticker this morning. We will contact all the exchanges to update their ticker. Thanks,

MrData, would you mind weighing in on hybrid PoW / PoS vs just PoS? It's a highly technical question / decision involving network security and stability, and I don't know that I fully understand the pro's & con's on both sides.
Is one method more secure than the other? If switched to 100% PoS, in your opinion would that pose a risk or potential problems?
I like keeping both active just because it makes coins more reliable; you don't have to have wallets open all the time and there are no periods of slowness when there are periods of less weight on the network. When we reach 1 coin per block, how many coin will be mined in a year? Do I need addnodes in the latest wallet? It doesn't sync on a new PC. If you keep the current 30 second block time 1,051,200 WSX would be minted per year. No addnodes are needed, it has the seednodes built-in. From a blank install it will connect to them within about 30-45 seconds. ACN mentioned earlier that it will help fixing forks if we go up to to 60 or 90 second block. What do you think about that and that means the total coin minted per year will reduce to 525600 or 350400 per year? It's a good idea and should definitely help the pools, etc. Yep, it would reduce to 525600/350400 per year. If the coin goes to pure POS will WSX add a multipool? A pool that uses hash power of its miners to create various alt coins, the more algo's the better that way anyone can mine it, and pay out in WSX select the most profitable altcoins using a smart algorithm and buy WSX with smartpool funds. That way the coins are always in demand because the multi pool will always have to buy WSX to pay miners with. That is the natural way to go if we're going POS. The only issue that's been going on with Mint/Asia/Zeit, etc is that they have a bunch of competing multipools and not very many want to get paid out in a lesser value coin which I hope not the case for WSX down the road. I've noticed that we have some Chinese friends mining on SuperNova. Welcome!!! What if? LOL WSX made it's own multi pool kind of like MMXIV. WSX foundation for humanity pool. and a small percentage went to the WSX foundation fund so the fund is always increasing and making WSX more rare, yet still providing the charity piece of the pie so no one yells scam. Also make the foundation extremely transparent, showing where the funds go as to give miners a double warm fuzzy, profit and charity... I like that idea. WSX Foundation Let's finish the coin specs and we will go from there.
