So I got home and checked my miners, looking at "best share" and sure enough both S5's had shares larger than the share difficulty. It was strange that both shares came within mins of each other. I also wonder about the "Payout when block found: 0.00869571" ? Right now I have all miners mining with different wallet address. I guess this is what to do? Also wondering if you have 1 or 2 miners here and what equipment you are using? And who is the miner mining 200+ GH what equipment they are running?
mine are:

1D.. is a S5
1K.. is a S5
Payout when block found - that's the node's address and what will be paid when a block is found. When you start up a p2pool node it connects to the local bitcoind. If you do not provide an address on startup, one will be created for you. In this case, the miner with about 1TH/s wallet starting 18G6 is the node owner, and that's the node wallet address - hence why you're seeing that. Miners with different addresses? This is a question that has been debated for quite some time in the p2pool thread. There are pros and cons. For example, with your setup, you can clearly see that your 2 S5s have found shares, but neither of your S3s have yet. The downside is that if a block was found now, you're going to get two small transactions (0.00295419 BTC and 0.00300707 BTC). If your miners were all configured to the same address you'd get a single payment of 0.00596126 BTC. Well I guess I can just redo the wallet to the same for all miners. If I do it now it really will not hurt anything the way I understand it then as if a block is found the payment will still be split on the shares already found but any new shares found will be combined then? Moved my last S3 miner here and am now using the same wallet for all 3 S3 miners. I combined the S3's with one of the S5 |

i just learned something the more Miners we have the faster the time to share is.. when we had them all on it said 1h now that a few disconnected it says 5h cool.. nice to know
That was my two S5 going back to back up pools. Having a hard time figuring out just what they are doing. Let me go bring them back. I also notice someone new |

I just moved both S5's back a little while ago. As far as pay I have not seen anything? You will only see a payment if you had a share on the chain when the block was found. Looking at the stats page, I can see only 1 of the 4 miners on the node that has a share. And I thought Slush's pool payout was confusing! 😜 |

It seems they have no inventory but just drop ship from Bitmain after you order. Its a no lose thing for them then and a longer wait for the buyer. Also they can also keep any coupons I guess? |

Last night I had 2 S5's and the 1 S3 on your pool for a while and it all seemed to work good, but it did take about 20 mins for the second S5 to get up to a normal speed. Now that I moved both S5's off it looks like the pool speed should be @2.5Th as it did before I added those 2 miners but your graph on the top of the page is only showing @1.5TH?

I use a RM850 Corsair to power 2 S3's (768W at the wall). The thing about staying with a larger PSU is when you upgrade in the future (like a S5) this PSU will be able to handle it and stay within its efficiency range, but a smaller PSU that may run one S3 (450-650W) will not.
I also have RM1000 PSU's which gives me even more flexibility when adding miners, I have 1 S5 running off each 1000W PSU and a S3 split between the 2.( each only running one side)
