Hi guys! Let me go through your comments: I have a question about fastslots.
Is it possible to type in a specific amount to bet or you can only move the slider for the standard betting amount?
you cant, the only thing you can do to adjust your bet amount is to use the slider below which already has the bet amount configuration and also fastslot need to fix that 6-8e thingie, played with the free balance just now and that error still show up here @shanem, as arallmuus has correctly pointed out you can only use the slider. The slider lets you select an amount between circa 1% and 20% of your deposit. @arallmuus, we will, promised. Trust me I hate that 6-8e thingie just as much as you do. You'd think that there is an easy way to do that but apparently there is not: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1685680/how-to-avoid-scientific-notation-for-large-numbers-in-javascript. Still we'll look into it very soon. too bad, you could be the current #2 if you play the game with the minimum requirement of 0.00001 and have the chance to win 0.04 at the end of this contest @janggernaut, yap, that would have most likely gotten you into the money, but as arallmuus pointed out your bet size is too small. Basically you need to deposit to be eligible for this competition. @arallmuus: 100% correct :-) @somuchee, WOW you hit some long streaks! I will fix that real quick. Sorry to get your hopes up :-( but thanks a lot for reporting the error so quickly :-) That error should be fixed now. The script checked that the bet size is larger than 0.00001, but I forgot that we use satoshi internally. Basically that notification would show up to users that bet more than 0.00001 satoshi, which is obviously everybody. Thanks a lot to janggernaut for reporting that bug so quickly, please send me your FastSlots username and I'll put a small bonus into your account :-) |

How about this competition. Person who loses the MOST gets refunded completely for however much they lost. Therefore you make lots of money from people losing and only the BIGGEST loser gets paid... What do you think  Great idea! I guess that would have to be opt in though bc people might not be happy to be labelled the biggest loser publicly :-) |

That's a great idea, darn would have been much better that way around. I do not want to change the rules of a running competition around too much, so I'll leave it as it is for this one. However, we will have many more competitions to come, and I'd like to use your idea for future ones if you don't mind :-) If you get an agreement from the current top 3 I think you can change the rules now. They would be the only ones affected currently and I think they would be fine with it since there aren't any of the same numbers I think. Of course you can use my ideas lol I want to try both variants to be able to see which one is more fun, so I won't change it this time. I'm starting to realize that these competitions are just games in and of itself. Damn I love games :-). Thanks for the awesome input funtotry... Usually it is the early guy who wins, in almost all similar competitions (unless the prize is shared) I prefer it as it is.  Hey ndnhc and funtotry! So given your comments I think there are basically three different models: - The first guy that hits something wins (that's the model we are using here, and the one that ndnhc likes)
- The last guy that hits something wins (that's the model that funtotry likes)
- All players that hit the same thing share the price (mentioned by ndnhc)
In the first model the best strategy is to try to hit early, in the second model it's best to be late, and in the third model the timing does not matter at all. Not sure right now which version is most fun, will be trying different versions in the future. If someone has a preference, just let me know. :-) Noooo sharing. That one should be ruled out, but try being last next round. Sharing the prize would be boring and not many people would be open to do that. Ok, note taken :-) I you have any propositions for competitions you'd like to have, just let me know. |

How does this make sense, if I hit it as soon as possible it is just a score to beat and is as valid as a bet made at the end of the competition. If I hit 9 now I will be in the lead but if I hit 9 at the end of it I will also be in the lead then. The game only counts the top 3 as its over so being in top 3 right now doesn't really guarantee anything except having your name out in public  The point is that if two people hit a streak of length 9, and no one hits a longer streak, then the first one to hit that streak is no 1 and the second one is number 2. So you really want to be the first bc the prize for no 1 is 2x higher than the prize for no 2. |

No I wasn't aware of the giveaway thread. Forgot to hit screenshot when I hit a streak of 3, if that would qualify me for any giveaway then I guess I missed that one.
Right now you have to hit a streak of length at least 6 to make it into the top three. Just as a quick reminder, the current top three are: #1 BumbleBeeTC with a streak of length 8 #2 BumbleBeeTC with a streak of length 7 #3 Jaaawsh with a streak of length 5 Here is a tip: The best strategy to get into the top three is to bet the minimum qualifying amount which is 0.00001btc. That gives you more time to hit a long streak. The second tip is to try to hit a streak as soon as possible. Imagine you'd hit a streak of length 7 now. That would get you into pos 3 bc BumbleBeeTC hit a length-7 streak yesterday. Had you hit that same streak before BumbleBeeTC did, then you would be pos 2 now, not him. (no offence BumbleBeeTC, these tips apply to everybody) |

Thats cool. I really like the design you use with all the pictures (I see the red/rainbow type of style). Is the double or nothing automatic or on screenshot submitted.
Thanks funtotry, hope the rainbow brings luck to people. To take part in the double or nothing competition you'd have to submit a screenshot. I will add a feature that reminds people to take a screenshot when they have hit a long streek, but that will most likely not happen before tonight.
