I want to said that last night I got my balance from OP after sending email but the problem is that I can't playing any game with it. We have our own system for bitcoin deposits, but there can be a huge problem if you do it with 5-10+ altcoins (since the price against ethereum can go up and down, and we only allow to withdraw ETH.)
Why you will face problem to deposit coin to your site if others site has no problem to deposit coin on their site. You should use same format for deposit and withdraw. Yap it is a bit strange, as most gambling sites has no problem with their deposit and withdrawal system even though they are accepting many coins. If they have their own system for bitcoin deposit, logically it wont be hard to have the same system for other coins deposit. Adding withdrawal for bitcoin will be good because there are some gamblers do not like to deposit bitcoin but withdraw it in ETH. But as OP stated that it is an ETHcrash games and everything here is going to be on ETH so the withdrawal must be using an ETH as well. I believe every coins that you deposit should be converted in eth as well unless there is on their list then it will be no covertion at all Anyway, players should already know that they are playing on ETH based so I also think that they already know the risk as well to have ETH withdrawal as well, there is only small possibility that OP going to make a BTC withdrawal system |

Casinos do require a lot of capital, it doesn't mean that they are a scam at all if they are asking for bankroll help. It is great on both ends for them, if the casino loses money from a big whale winning a huge amount it doesn't really hurt their bankroll since people are covering for it and they are also not keeping any capital at making sure casino has enough money.

Yeah, that is like that in many places that plays this system, just like bustabit and all that as well. But I do not think that any bot will give the same result though because it still depends on your luck whether you use such a good bot as seuntjie's bot or not. But if there is some bug on his bot when you are using it, I would like to know since they might be happens on other site as well. Just take some precaution before anything bad happens because I played a lot using his bot and never found anything bad until now. The game is like on bustabit, but with original design of a rocket flying up. It is weird that the game was bought by someone as big as wet-suit who as far as I know also owns freebitco.in which is one of the biggest websites in crypto space. Just from advertisement they are making a huge bank and considering they have a high house edge dice as well and a ticket lottery system etc etc they are really huge.
When someone like wet-suit usually buys websites like this you would expect a big change and improvement to the website but apparently they did not care about it at all. They probably needed the source code of something and outright bought the website and took the code they need and left the website to die.
I hope everyone will get their money out of the website, I would also like to point out do not think your problems with this website will transition to freebitco.in because it won't and they are really good on that website.
I do not think it is weird enough since there is some risk too when it comes to business. This gambling market has much risker thing because it will get up and down trend really quick just in a couple of years, so if you think that wetsuit is wrong when they buying this site, I can say you are wrong here because we never know the future of anything before we try it. I got super excited about the referral contest because I have a bunch of referrals that keep on both wagering and also using the faucet (usually not the same people) and I was feeling like I hit the super lucky button this time around. then I checked the contest and saw that the referrals are like 60 bitcoins at the 10th spot and growing.
