This is one of the criteria that I am already using to filter some of the projects that I get to participate in, most of these projects with huge rewards are just scam projects, they only use that to entice the investors to bring their money, because in this era where we have lots of investors that are only seeing the project not for what they stand for , but for the profit that they get to gain from them.

These developers should know already that 50 percent reward are some of the rewards that will crash the market and I think they don’t care, because this is one of the easiest ways to exit the market. If a project fails as a result of dumping, everyone would just blame it on dumping without knowing that it is actually a tactic from the developer to exit the market finally.

Here are few thoughts about improving and to speed up your hiring process:
1. Include your stand for escrow (at least for initial short period). This will make people feel risk-free.
2. Preferred skill set. Now a days, for example, voice process requires MS-Excel kind of basic things.
3. Approximate duration of this job's life time. Longer it will last, more it will be attractive.

I am not sure that bitcoin will ever collapse, because it is now that it is just taking the real shape, and I am not surprised as to how bitcoin is actually operating now, because to me, that is how it ought to be. Bitcoin value is not supposed to climb up with speed as it did in 2017, and that speed was just typically a manipulation which has made people get use to the mentality that bitcoin is a money dubbler.

As adoption rate grows, so as bitcoin is meant to grow gradually and getting adoption is not just a stone throw, it will take years, so it is not that we are gradually having the real adoption, all these drop in price are probably some of these whales leaving the market, and it is better they leave the market so that we can have a stable and steady growth of bitcoin even if it is slow.

You might be able to do anonymous transfer within the exchange like you rightly said, but that is only not visible to the public, it is still very visible to the exchange itself, so the government can still get details of a transaction from an exchange if they force them to do so through court, but with cheap mixer, even the exchange itself will not be able to trace the transaction, like the way binance was not able to trace the transaction when the hacker stole that huge amount of money from their client’s wallet.

You can see that they tried everything possible but to no avail, which they later found out that the hacker used cheap mixer to actually take out the fund through their exchange. So I don’t think using exchange directly will be able to provide the full anonymity as you think.

What does he really expect to come out of it when everyone already knows him for the kind of liar he is, and all those hype then was just because of this establishment, and if he has been manipulating people which people know, what assurance does he have that those things had not registered on many crypto users’ brain which will make them never to trust his dex, and I really doubt if Mcaffee would really come up with a full Decentralized exchange. 

Besides that anyway I really don’t think that his dex will function well because he would have a very low turnover, for now, I think that the hype of binance is still very much more than that of McAfee, and binance had opened its dex long time which till date, not many people have successfully been using it which is more like a failed project to me, so better he does not waste time on that.

It us every surprising to me also that with the negative talks that has been around on ICO and developers, there are still lots of projects that are being released on daily basis. I just read a post from another op not quite long where he made claim that most ICO don’t even generate more than $100 again and I wonder if he really knows what is going on.

Projects here are still generating lots of money, and especially most of the ones that runs through the IEO platform, even the shitty projects when they are established still raise close to $500k, so the ICO market is still booming, although many of them don't really meet up again, but I know that before it gets to the level predicted that ICO market will die, we would have had lots of regulation that will get some of the bad projects that are spoiling the ICO off the market.

I honestly believe in the future of telegram project more than Libra coin, the good thing that telegram did was to come down to the level of everyone, by starting the way that all other projects started and believe me, if they gradually grow their project, the sky will be their limit and that is why people are very much anticipated to see the telegram coin release unlike Libra coin that was meat with hatreds when it has not yet released because they came like they were coming to displace bitcoin off its position with their centralized system that I do not trust.

I am eagerly waiting for this project to be released to the public which I believe strongly will be the best of coins when it is eventually released and now that they will have relationship with Ethereum, this might be another boost for Ethereum.

The bulls never announce when they will enter the market, let the bears keep having fun, it is their time now, and with this fun they are having, they are only giving us the chance to keep accumulating more coin's of those projects that are recognized as tops in the market, when the bull is ready to enter the market, it would come without announcing.

We can see sample of such case in April this year when the price of bitcoin suddenly started rising unexpectedly and nobody really knows exactly where it came from or how it happened, but the bull eventually succeeded in pushing the price up from where it was during that time till what it is now and I think at this level of bitcoin, the price is still fair. Barriers will definitely be broken In near future which I believe maybe very soon.

I would not go with one option when I know that I can have both, both comes with different benefits and rewards at various times, there are time that short term investment would pay and there are times it would not pay, so sometimes when one does not really benefit, at least one can substitute for the other, although all still depends on the capital that the investors has to use.

For people who feel that they don’t have all the money to actually pour into the market, I think that short term investment would actually be the best, but for short term investment, they have to still apply normal strategies like the way they trade, unlike long term trading where you could just leave your investment for a very long time without much anticipation since it is tied to a very long time.

Scalping is good, with this method you're just taking the little opportunities in the market to make some earnings. Scalpers always make sure that they don't hold a position for a long time and they also make sure to close a day's position and not carry it over to the next day. For me it is the best method to use during the bear market, So there is no need to ask if it's the best, though I know that there are people who makes use of a different trade strategy, but if you try to make use of a strategy you don't understand, you will just end up with loss. It would be best for you to keep making use of the scalping strategy if that is what you understand better.

It's not even everyone that can make use of this strategy because some people don't even know how to read the chart. Short term strategies should only be for those that have learnt everything about it. A noon will find it difficult to do. Long term strategy is the best for those that have no experience.

Lol, I think it will get to a point where altcoins will drop to and will never go lower than that again, just like we have some altcoins presently, even when bitcoin is down, they are at the deepest bottomed, so till altcoin bull run starts before they can start picking again.

If bitcoin drops so low to that $5000, it may affect some altcoins, but it will be temporary because the value will cause fomo as many people who had been looking for opportunity to buy cheaper will start rushing it at that price, which will definitely make the market to spike beyond the previous price, and that will still have positive effect on altcoins too because as bitcoin increases, altcoins will also increase along with bitcoin too, so the crash may still be of favor to so many altcoins.

This is just a temporary factor, I mean the halving of Bitcoin, I totally agree with you that it will have some effects on bitcoin, but It will be a short term effect and this is not what I am really after in the cryptocurrency market, we need a factor that will make Bitcoin value to continue to grow even if it is low so that it can get to that stage where it can be reliable as store of Value, people still prefer to hold gold as store of value because of the volatility of Bitcoin.

Moreover, bitcoin is meant to digitalize everything, both currency and also means of store of value, halving will only make the price pump a little which will be eventually dump, but need people to use it as currency which is the main thing that will make the value of Bitcoin to become less volatile.

I think this really shows that the Chinese are very strong cryptocurrency users, I heard of this their holiday too because I do import from china and I think their holiday went for almost 1 week. Let us see what will really happen again now that they are back from holiday and I think that many people can now see that the population of Chinese people in the bitcoin community can really not be over looked and we really need this country’s support for bitcoin to really continue to make it.

I have been wondering what effect of holiday could be on bitcoin price, and now, I can see that we should not really be relying on some of these great holidays that has celebrations in them, which means Christmas could be actually worst for the crypto market as people may be removing funds for celebration.

Most strong exchanges that I have seen been hacked either close down like cryptopia which till date, they have not refund one single cent to their users, or such exchange would just ignore, it is only binance that I have seen make full refund of the funds back to their users after they were hacked of $41 million dollars the last time, and I think that this is the reason why binance will always be the number trusted exchange with their safu fund.

There is no exchange that is actually safe from attack, because these hacker too are well trained to know the weakness of every exchanges which they really cannot do without when it comes to application development, but at least they should always have safu fund like binance, but now that government has given power for them to be sued, I am sure they will always consider safu funds now.

Mate, it is easier to predict what will happen to a coin in future than to even predict what will happen to them in an hour, speculating coins hourly will involve the use of technical analysis, but for long term, you could easily watch out for fundamentals that would point you to the direction of bitcoin in future.
 
Prediction cannot be accurate actually because we have so many people that are very silly in predicting and they just talk without fact, but we really have some people that will study the market thoroughly to really know what the future hold for a particular coin. If price prediction where not working, there is even no way that people would be trading and making money and not everyone you see in trading does a guessing work.

If I was still into investment, I think that the most popular coin that I have heard of this year is still Harmony of binance IEO and chain link, I think these projects really made wave, and when I read their whitepaper, and I saw that their team is good, I wanted to make investment in them, but because of the lack of extra cash that I don’t have, I could not make much investment in them again.

This year, I have concentrated more on bitcoin and I have been investing in every dip that we see on bitcoin this year till I got exhausted of my investment money, but if we really are to talk of the very popular coins that I have seen this year, I think that harmony  and chain-link still leads and will advise anyone to make investment in them if they want.

How do you mean by them providing low quality of work? Majority of the hunters that you see participate more in Facebook and twitter campaign, aside the few ones that just go into signature campaign, and when it comes to working on twitter and Facebook, most hunters are just simply to share what the project developer or management team have on their page so that it can reach the world out there, and this does not have anything to do with appraisal again as it is a simple task.

Except maybe you are talking of those that are into signature campaign that is mandated to write some topics on behalf of the project on a particular period of time. The only thing I just have to say on that is that hunters are no longer respected, so they just have to look beyond just hunting alone, but much more opportunities.

I think he would even have no choice right now than to keep accumulating his coin because of his age and exchanging the coin on exchanges, I am not sure of this, but I think i read someone where they say people of his age may not be allowed to transact on any of these exchanges except he transfer the coin to someone’s wallet which is quite risky to do.

He might eventually watch the price of bitcoin grow to $50000 in future which I am sure that before he is even up to age, bitcoin might have even grown to $100k or $150k. Lucky him to have accumulated this coin at that stage right now, it is a good decision that he has made and I hope that like you rightly advise him, he is able to keep his coin in a safe place for future purpose.

This is good for them, I think they left things that they are meant to have tackled to avoid this, and was busy going against cryptocurrency which if they had adopted, I am sure would not have given rise to such thing, and at least, it would have saved 50 percent of lost fund. Right now, my money is divided into 50:50, one is saved in fiat in the bank and one is in my cryptocurrency wallet, both bitcoin and usdt.

Imagine that I was an Indian citizen, and among those that lost bank money, would I not have been able with something now through my cryptocurrency wallet, which there is even tendency that I could get the lost one back after bitcoin pumps to the last all-time high, but I wonder how they really reason, and they just want to keep the whole system to themselves when they know that they really cannot protect it.
