941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam on: May 31, 2019, 05:09:17 PM
You're absolutely right about them on does not have any care on people if the IEO could scam them. If they have a reputation to build and protect, they will never just put IEO on the line on their stake. Or if you are a wise investor you should be able to research about the IEO to be launched on that exchange.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than gold and USD? on: May 31, 2019, 04:26:24 PM
There are differences and there are some same characteristics of all of these in the above. USD, gold and bitcoin are all assets. It could be added to your assets and liabilities. The differences are, gold is not that volatile when it comes to price.  Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are pretty much volatile. I can say that bitcoin is better than gold in terms of investment and bitcoin is not better than USD in terms of assets speaking.
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can someone explain to me the motive behind airdrops? on: May 29, 2019, 09:10:46 PM
I'm still wondering why developers will organize airdrops and distribute an amount of tokens which is far lesser than the minimum amount of the tokens that can be deposited on an exchange for trading. If you don't want the users to cash out the money, why do you let them waste their time?
It's a bad marketing strategy in my opinion.

Let's say if they sent 1m token to 50k addresses then maybe almost 50k peoples will know about the project and those 50k peoples will probably look for the price and will also try to learn more about that project.

Maybe some peoples will convert and will do promotional works (bounty) for them to earn more of those tokens. And from promotion, they may get investors to get funded up their project.

They send such low amount because they don't want peoples to dump the tokens when they will list the token in exchange. It's just a marketing startegy imo, and win win thing for them.

It's a good marketing strategy. I once joined an airdrop and it only took 10 days for my airdrop worth reaches 1000 usd JUST FOR FREE. And they only gave some coins to lucky 1000 people and I only waited for 10 days just to have 1000 dollars. Just imagine. Hodlers of a coin makes the coin's price go up.
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Hits $270: $300 Next? on: May 29, 2019, 08:12:56 PM
I think Ethereum will increase if Bitcoin prices rise, because so far I have seen that Altcoin price increases tend to always follow the price of Bitcoin especially Ethereum, so it is very easy to see ETH prices rise if Bitcoin prices rise too.
Whenever Bitcoin is gaining price, altcoins are following also its rise. Like for example the current pump. Bitcoin from 3000 to 8k. Ethereum made its way from 170 to 270 which is the price right now. It's true that it needs bitcoin first to go up before it follows.
945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 29, 2019, 07:42:17 PM
Tomorrow can not get here soon enough and hope the world is ready for the new Champs!

That championship will never come true Smiley. Why? Because Jonas Valanciunas was out of Raptors lol. And he is still in the picture.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: May 29, 2019, 07:27:04 PM
I am not a big investor but I will not invest on either IEO and ICO. It's because all of ICO projects are scams and with IEO is concern many investors are taking the opportunity to IEO especially in binance to sold out very fast. And it's not good for me since, I'm in a third world country given the connection is not that fast.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 28, 2019, 05:26:27 PM
Seeing ICOs existing can be concluded as ICOs are not dead yet. But looking at its respect from the community and to any investors, I think the reputation of ICOs are diminishing day by day because of scams. Most of these are scam.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitTorrent on: May 28, 2019, 04:55:03 PM
Currently, there are some great plans for BitTorrent. Basically speaking the partnership with Tron and the History of BitTorrent make this project pretty reliable. Long-run I'm in
Do you have a backer to this? This is basically is something for investors around the world. TRX is a good coin and BitTorrent is also a good coin in the making. By just judging on its capability in growing up and making a progress on its price and the project itself.
949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MORE TYPES OF BITCOIN SCAMS on: May 28, 2019, 03:38:37 PM
For me the most recent one in bitcoin scam is the forking of coins and it's like stealing the business of ones business. And one far more grievous crime is telling the world that you are Satoshi Nakamoto. Wink
950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 61-year Old Chinese Grandma Convicted For Stealing Electricity To Mine Bitcoin on: May 28, 2019, 01:57:43 PM
Sadly this is good news for me. Somebody has been caught stealing something from the source of power in their country. It's good that she's had been caught by doing that. There's no room in cheaters in this world and she cheated both cryptocurrency and the Chinese government.
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmed! PayPal Joined Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Business on: May 27, 2019, 04:41:34 PM
PayPal going crypto is more exciting than the so called globalcoin Tongue, I know many people agree with me!

And these facebook guys are really jokers if I come to think of it, one minute they were threatening to ban crypto on their platform and before you know it they are spear heading a crypto idea to the world...smh

Zuck and team you can do better than this!
I agree to this. Globalcoin? What is that? More like calling it 2nd Tether lol. It is a stable coin and not for investing like any other coin. I'll certainly invest on other coin than this.

You're right OP this means something to cryptocurrency. It is a good news for the reason that Paypal has a big name and it joins cryptocurrency. Is this the reason why bitcoin is going up? Probably right?
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will NBA teams start paying Bitcoin to their players? on: May 27, 2019, 03:13:00 PM
I'm hoping for this because this could lead us to massive adoption. We could have a massive adoption from this because of the payments for players of the NBA is worth a lot. Imagine paying LeBron James in bitcoin? A $156M in bitcoin would probably be BTC17,760.18 that is converted via coingecko. But that's not it, pay other stars and other players and NBA should have BTC1m in order to pay them all. But by that, the supply might ran out.
953  Economy / Services / Re: Manager need on: May 27, 2019, 02:59:02 PM
It is not a crated as click bait by OP. Look like OP has very difficult time in writing the 2 sentences in English.
I will just advise OP to practice more while OP is looking for job.
It technically is a click bait OP and the OP is not that good in English and I don't think why people should hire a manager that does not speak an international language for a reason.
954  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10000 is just around the corner it seems. on: May 27, 2019, 02:40:16 PM
I think so too that this could be our major breakthrough out of the bear. Even though we are sitting at $8.7k at least we are growing. We stepped above the 8.4k resistance and probably this could be our saving grace within this period.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any Decent Exchanges? on: May 27, 2019, 02:24:07 PM
Stick to binance. Binance is the best exchange for me. Is your funds safe when the hack happened? Did you lose any of it? If you didn't why do you need to change your exchange? Binance is a decentralized exchange with big volumes of coins that could lead to its very big pump. It offers a lot of IEO projects and the platform is still active.

957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does exchanges do differently for IEO? on: May 25, 2019, 09:36:41 PM
Each IEO is being reviewed by team of the exchange and that's what the great thing in here. Exchange got the chance to review it not those shitty review ico like ICObench that was paid by projects to make their ratings go high. And it clearly misleads everyone.
958  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin hit 100k in 2020? on: May 25, 2019, 09:14:00 PM
This type of speculation belongs to speculation board in btc to gather more significant information regarding this. Actually there were a lot of speculation about the 2020 100k. I believe on many speculations that was once came true. Like bitcoin 6k on May and actually a lot of this. I think on 2020 there could be chances of it to come true but come what may.
959  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Cash in options on: May 24, 2019, 06:23:28 PM
For me, coins.ph talaga ang best na cash in option. And ngayon napakadami nang store na pwede kang mag cash in para makapagtrade. Or you can try sending your USD from your bank account to bittrex. I think it's possible but hindi ko pa natatry.
960  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: May 24, 2019, 05:06:56 PM
All professional traders came from newbie and you could be a professional trader in the making! Just study different trades and how to put some sell and buy orders and you will be good. But, studying TA or technical analysis could bring you good since it could help you predict the price.
