941  Economy / Economics / Re: It's Simple to understood now cash is king again on: July 20, 2023, 09:58:48 AM
Cash is king again.
The purache power of cash is great again.
Many people talking about gold will go up.
How can the gold go up If markets works on supply and demand system.
What's the biggest demand now ?
cash it's cash not gold not stocks not real estate not Even btc neither Silver.
World have now demand to oil and fiat currency.

Yep cash is king

The same thing the government want you all to believe, because they are the printer of cash.

The same reason why the government hated Bitcoin so much, they lose power with Bitcoin.

Inflation is the plague of cash and Bitcoin and gold isn't.

I myself don't see cash as King OP, I can't even keep in the bank because of inflation, I make no extra money holding my cash, how is this a king in my own world? Maybe cash is the king for you but not everyone of us.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't expect everyone to embrace Bitcoin on: July 20, 2023, 08:27:35 AM
This is true, even some well known people can't be confused about Bitcoin, some know that it's not scam yet they choose not to get involved, I still believe that they choose this path because the government isn't on good terms with Bitcoin, if not, many people will be swimming in the crypto pool right now.

It makes sense that 90% of the world population are still out of Bitcoin, simply because the government doesn't tell them to get involved, I can see how many people believe in the government and its decisions, but we should consider ourselves lucky to be involved this early, it's why I advise the few people that listened to me to keep buying Bitcoin, because one tide can change tomorrow and people start realizing why it's important to have Bitcoin, that's when bitcoin will reach a new all time high we've never dreamt of before.

If many are saying no to Bitcoin it's for the greater good of the early people that believe in the technology and it's future, leave them be, we are still early.
943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: July 20, 2023, 07:33:41 AM
What I encounter with people who really want to get income from gambling are those who are now bankrupt in their efforts or work, even to debt, because the truth of gambling mathematics always obtains victory is a fact mechanism.

Starting the casino itself is the right decision if you want to benefit from gambling, it is calmer and more comfortable as said.
There is no hope of continuous victory if our position is a player.
That's what can happen to people who want to get income from gambling or win. They will not care about what will happen to them after they finish gambling. They just want to get victory and money. So money is finally their goal for gambling, but they should realize that they will not be able to get money from gambling forever.

But starting your own casino requires a lot of money and few people can. The main obstacle for these people is that they don't have the money to build a casino, so they prefer to play gambling in the hope that they can make money. But choosing gambling as the main income is not recommended because we can experience many losses, especially if we don't apply limits to gambling.
Thanks for sharing the fact about gambling, I have seen too many people that gambling destroyed before I even knew about crypto and the only thing close to this that I got involved with was HYIP and Ponzi scheme like MMM, I was able to control myself with gambling because I have seen how it destroyed some people around me, I am not ready to let the same thing happen to me, and I don't see anything that will work except me using some money that I won't mind losing, the only thing that's 90% sure with gambling is losing money, and the remaining 10% is for getting lucky.

The chances are too small, this is why gambling is the last thing you want to rely on or build anything around, it's not a good source of income and it can never be, no matter how much you try, when the wisest chooses to stay away.
944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mistake that prevented your big win. on: July 20, 2023, 06:52:16 AM
As a gambler,I know that we have done so many mistakes in the pass base on our bets and wrong strategy or calculations that we have done which led to losing the game that was suppose to make you win big. I want to use myself as an example,I love sportbet and I bet more on it. Last months I placed my bet on 7 games that was to be played for two days. When the 5th game was played, all matches came out as predicted and I was called by the casino,to offer me a cash out of $200 in my local currency and I refused it because if the other two games was played and the I got the predictions right. I will win $1200,so I turned the offer down. The painful part of it was that the two games were to kick off on the same time, and after the games,my prediction for the two games was wrong. I felt so bad because I allowed greed to control my emotion. For this reason,I having decided that when ever I have an opportunity to cash out again,I will always go for it,instead of thinking that I can win all the money.
So my question is this,as a gambler what mistake have you made when gambling that prevented you from winning big?
Let's discuss.
No game was supposed to make you win big, that's wrong, you are gambling and you should know that it's called gambling for that reason, it's either you win or you lose, there is no amount of strategy that works when are gambling on any online casino, you will still lose anyways, and the only way forward is to keep playing is such a manner that wont hurt you, forget what you think you know, when it comes to gambling, no one knows anything, this is a game of luck, you need to care about yourself first because this shit will keep taking from you, just make sure it takes what isn't killing you softly.

Forget everything you think you know, keep playing with what you can afford to lose, you will only win when you don't expect, this is not a strategy game, there is a different here and it sucks that many don't understand this.

945  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Mining On 2023 from home on: July 19, 2023, 11:44:07 AM
You can get a online calculator for Bitcoin asic miners, use website called Whattomine you will see the most profitable asic miner on the platform and also how much they made present every 24 hours.

I do have an advice for you, that's about your electricity, see, mining is more fun when your electricity is free or almost free, if your bill on electricity is very affordable then you should have been mining for a long time already, what took you this long?

Electricity bill is the no1 enemy of crypto mining, do not forget this.

The amount of Sats you will make depends on Bitcoin mining difficulty and in USD value that depends on the present value of Bitcoin for that day, I will like if you can start mining this year before the halving, because miners will start making less after the halving in 2024, whatever you mine till then, it's wise to HODL all your Bitcoin till the next ATH, probably in 2025.
946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You must do this if you want to QUIT or NOT on: July 19, 2023, 09:09:24 AM
I trust myself  Grin

I don't spend more than minutes on any online casino, hours? Never.

I don't use more than a few dollars to gamble always, and so far I have lost more dollars, but it's fine because that would have been something regretful if I use a lot of money, I know what gambling is and I was prepared, I saw the losses coming, it's gambling after all.

Expecting anything from gambling? Shit, I know many people that got ruined because of gambling and today they are still struggling to get back on their feet, the day you start having dreams of achieving anything with gambling is the beginning of your down fall.

Zero dream with gambling, fun is my main reason I do this but I have gotten few 100s of dollars from gambling too, it's been fun and I don't plan on increasing what I can afford to lose, I am good with or without gambling.
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Farmer's Bitcoin Investment on: July 19, 2023, 08:34:51 AM
Your uncle must be an educated farmer then, most farmers in my country are illiterates, all they know is how to plant some seed and make a living through agriculture, but technology is never their thing, some of them can't even operate a smartphone, so yea I am impressed that you have a uncle, probable an old man who invest in Bitcoin and make some money out of the investment to buy land.

There is a risk and he understood it, that's why he made it this far, will other farmers be like him even when they witnessed what he did using Bitcoin? The answer is no, because many will not be able to accept the risk.

Your story is impressive but a bit far from the truth, still I wish your uncle and other farmers in the cooperative society all the best.
948  Economy / Gambling / Re: How much time for a Duelbits withdrawal? Been 24h+ on: July 19, 2023, 07:46:38 AM
You deposited 12,000$ and you withdrew 20k? Or $20? Which one exactly because I don't get it.

That's a lot you deposited on an online casino you've never used before, anyways Duelbit is not a small company in this space, and their rep is quite good too.

What is the customer representative saying? Have you get in touch with them before creating this topic? You should have done that first before coming here.

It's sometimes normal when a gambler win a big amount of money and the withdrawal is been delayed, get used to it now because it happens a lot.

Wait for the customer support to respond,  until then, have some patience.
949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling effects on LGBTQ+ People on: July 18, 2023, 12:31:35 PM
Recently research was held by Dr Reece Bush-Evans who told that online gambling could Hide the sexuality of the LGBTQ+ people and most of these people prefer online gambling as compared to physical gambling for obvious reasons.

The more important concern for the LGBTQ+ people is that they are being treated differently in a casino which may come under harassment. Also, the study says that people at the casino, the staff plus the public have shown discriminatory behavior towards these people.

New Research Explores Effect of Gambling on LGBTQ+ People

Not intending to judge or anything, but isn't it a risk when someone goes against the norms in society to get that thing? like these LGBTQ+ people. They want to melt into society when they understand that most people today do not accept their presence. I'm not someone who is against LGBTQ+,but when they get treatment like that from society, they should understand that most people today don't accept their existence. And rather than protesting, maybe it would be better if they could move to a place that accepts them or maybe they could build their own LGBTQ+ friendly casino platform or circle.
I like how you start your reply but the end sounds too bad to the ear, what do you mean by they could build their own LGBTQ+ friendly casino platform? That's crazy on another level, firstly, which online casinos cares about any gender? I haven't seen any, or maybe you have a name? Even if anyone on this forum right now is LGBTQ+ how will anyone know? They are not aliens, they are people like you and I with some touched of twisted minds, accepted and they should know that the society will find it really hard to accept them, any online gambling platform don't care, they want the money and LGBTQ+ communities also have money, they have job and businesses and they can contribute to the growth of any online casino.

950  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation is making a mess of my savings. on: July 18, 2023, 11:30:06 AM
Inflation is getting on the throat of the poor masses, accepted but what do you think it's the best solution to this? Something that's been happening before I was born, probably even you OP, I am no more focusing on high inflation, because it has become a norm for everyone in the world, I just focus on my source of income, it was how someone was complaining to me the other day about her transport fee down to her store have increased so much, I replied her that she should increase her services fee as well, if she is charging 70$ before and inflation is getting on her throat she should had extra 10$ or 15$, that will solve her transport fee and case closed.

If things are too costly and you are making less money, find a way to increase how much you make per month, if you are selling goods for a price before and inflation hitted so hard, increase your goods price, problem solved, you can't say you are making money and what you will spend the money on is too overpriced because of inflation.
951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my small investment on: July 18, 2023, 10:06:37 AM
I bought a $14.55 bitcoin a few days ago when it was at 22k. Again Bitcoin came to 19k. However, I did not sell bitcoins. I was convinced that the price of Bitcoin would rise again. I buy $50 worth of bitcoins again. Got some profit on this small investment. Looking at Bitcoin 24k today. I will keep it for a long time and will not sell it now. I think at some point bitcoin will pump a lot

Since I can't invest more dollars, I don't have that much money. Still will invest as much as possible.
Why can't you invest more dollar? That should be the goal, but I feel like you don't have much going on in your life, I don't mean to be harsh, I feel like you don't have a job or a business for yourself, investing all you can into Bitcoin is not the problem..

How are you going to survive without a job or a business? What if it takes longer for Bitcoin to reach a new all time high?.

Because if you have a job you will constantly keep buying Bitcoin, and we both know that 14$ and 50$ invested in Bitcoin is very small, what type of gains are you expecting with such little amount of money invested? It's not as if Bitcoin will do a 1000x gain.

It's better you find a source of income and start using some part of your income to invest in Bitcoin, this will set you up for a financial breakthrough journey in the future.
952  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in is no longer a KYC free casino! (New terms) on: July 18, 2023, 08:25:16 AM
Much appreciated for the update, I don't even know until now and I still use my account on the website, I am think they have make it big this time and they have no choice but to comply and regulate the platform, freebitco started as a joke like all other faucets of it's time and now it's growing into a bigger gambling platform, if they are to keep running this business they have to get the necessary papers and of cos start asking for KYC verifications, I am not surprised this happened, it's been a long time coming for them to go this road, they don't have a choice it seems.

TheQuin, KYC can't stop multiple accounting, this days it's easier for people to pass KYC verification with different KYC information and all still belonging to one person.
953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Bull/Bear Market Which Do you Prefer? on: July 17, 2023, 10:11:26 AM
If you understand this crypto market very well, value-wise and cycle wise you will see both the Bull market and Bear market as an opportunity,  everything with crypto and Bitcoin is time wise, keep accumulating throughout the bear market and keep taking profits throughout the Bull market, this is all I can say about this question.

Both sides are beneficial if you know what you are doing, and most importantly everyone just needs to have a lot of patience because Crypto investment takes time to yield, this space is not a invest and get rich quick place, if that's what you seek look into high yield investment platforms, there are many out there or just head to online casinos.

The patience part, years and years of holding, this is what suffocates many along the journey, they at one point get tired, they want quick action, it has happened many times and some failed to learn their lessons and I believe it will happen again.
954  Economy / Economics / Re: Look for what to invest, not what to eat on: July 17, 2023, 09:27:45 AM
An empty stomach is not something you want to mess with, I will only advise you to put yourself in the shoes of those that are hungry, you will understand after then, it's easier to point finger when you are not in the same certain position.

If you have nothing, the first thing to be fed before anything else is your stomach, that's when you will have time to put your brain at work, reason and think deeply, an empty stomach can't pull this stunt, it won't work.

It's like getting your hands on 1,000$ for the first time in your life and you decide to go and use that to buy land, when hunger sets on you, no one will teach you to sell that land and use that 1000$ to establish something that brings in money first before anything else.

You have to get to a certain place or level in life before you start looking at what to invest your money on, can you feed yourself very well around the clock? Can you take yourself to the hospital when you are sick? And pay your hospital bill? All these are important first and when money keeps flowing in then you can start thinking of buying assets and lands.

It's a shame that many people are still unwise in this today's cruel and harsh world that we are living in, many want to invest and fo things but they are doing it wrong.
955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling effects on LGBTQ+ People on: July 17, 2023, 08:20:39 AM
Online gambling is a godsend not just for LGBTQ+ people, but for poor people, third world country people etc. It will always be superior to offline gambling in certain ways like this particular way.

We are actually lucky to be alive in a time where it's possible to gamble online without worrying about our financial status, race etc.
As if the poor can't find their ways into a nearby casino or betting spot, in my country before online gambling become this popular, many poor people will head into a gambling den nearby and gamble their money away, some will result into crime life where they have to do bad things to get money to pay debt they owe due to losses in gambling, so poor people still gambles before online gambling became reality.

The difference now is poor people can peacefully gamble without anyone knowing that they are into gambling, back in those days, some people find it not cool to visit the gambling den while there are loads of people coming and going in front of the gambling den, once someone you know sees you, they will likely spread the news.

As for LGBTQ+ we are now in a free world where anyone can do as they see fit, even the law is now protecting some big popular pedophiles around the world, they are everywhere, LGBTQ+ should stay where they are, do not come to south Africa or Ghana, I trust my African people, even the Tribes in Africa knows that you can't be a female pretending to be male, it's wrath of God you are seeking for.
956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: July 17, 2023, 07:36:02 AM
Planning is never bad, in fact it is the best thing we can do, but we must be careful with both events, the first and most likely event is that we lose, the core of this is knowing how to control ourselves so as not to bet more because if we bet more we will lose more money and that becomes a cycle that does not stop until we lose a lot, the other case is when we win, if we make a bet where we win a lot but suddenly we have a good profit , what does it do? to follow or not to follow? It is best not to continue, because it is likely that everything will be lost and we will remain as if we had not won Anything.

In summary we should always have a plan and stick to the plan when gambling, if we wanted to stop gambling after the current bet ends we have to stop even when you're feeling more lucky and want to continue playing. If you win or lose you should stick to the plan.

But sometimes we have to continue gambling even though we have won, maybe adding another session for a new limit or the remainder that we will withdraw as profit, and yes sometimes it works and makes your winnings bigger, I often do it even though I don't always get wins again or even given continuous defeat after winning.

But yes, if you can't control yourself well in forming a plan B, if after getting a win, I think you really have to adhere to the initial plan, and the limits that exist in the plan must be made as a solid foundation to stop if you have gone too far.
Continuing the game when you have won is the wrong decision because you have been given luck but choose to be greedy hoping for another win.
Actually this is about greed which cannot control the urge to continue betting even though if you plan with another plan it also does not provide guarantees and for me the most effective way is just to stop gambling after getting a win.

As far as gambling fixed days go, I usually play Slots 20 rounds, and I recall a month ago when I was supposed to gamble for my twenty rolls, and I hit a win on my fifth roll. That was a magical day for me, so I took the profit and quit. I knew I would lose all that money if I kept playing. In my opinion, once you win or make a good hit, it's over, you should stop gambling for that day.

The only way you can escape any bad decision you make is if you have discipline in everything you do, because you will be able to easily get out of every bad decision. I have had a bad experience in gambling many times in the past, and things start to get better when I change all my strategies. My gambling budget is very specific and no matter whether I win or lose, I never go back to play the same game the next day.
957  Economy / Economics / Re: Can your passion lead to an increase in your net worth? on: July 16, 2023, 05:33:37 PM
Not everyone that follows their passion will become wealthy in life, because people's passion can be build on different reasons, you can love to be sitting at home useless and poor, since it's what you love to do, it's also a passion...

Your passion might not earn you a crazy amount per month like the examples you have on your topic, but there are people making a lot more going something they don't find easy to do, they don't entirely love what they do but they apply discipline to it.

Before you get confused, think about body builders, to have a good shape you need to keep doing the same thing every morning, even when you don't feel like, but if doing something you love is in play here, you won't want to build your day on some days, that's the different.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky reportedly arrested on: July 16, 2023, 04:09:06 PM
So what? Have you ever seen an ethical billionaire? Caring about other people's wealth? You seriously think they exist?
---
unless he takes your money and runs he is not a criminal.
So you agree that CZ doesn't care about BTC, or his customers, but only about how he can make money for himself, but here you are defending him with all you've got. It is obvious that cz is as shady as fuck, and is as guilty as those whose platforms have collapse because of misappropriation of customers' money. The message is this, Binance may not bite the dust now, but they are not too big to fail and it is possible that they will someday, so the people who believe so much in him to use his platform for storing their funds should be prepared.

In this case it looks like everyone is corrupt when it comes to money, I don't expect anything from centralized exchanges than this though, but I will like to know why you said CZ is shady as fuck, if this is true do you have any prove you can show us? CZ was the one that let the cat out of the bag when FTX was doing lots of shit, CZ and FTX we're once close and when the secret got out he wanted to take over FTX to save the space but on preparing to sign the deal they noticed that the damage is beyond repair, I say I big thanks to him, though I am not keeping any money on the exchange.

Binance is not too big to fail, nothing is too big to fail in this world but I wouldn't dare wish for a company to fail because they might be shady or something, I would rather face my own journey and want the best for myself, I will never wish any one to go down unless I caught them in the act of doing illegal things or cheating the innocents to make money.
959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This is not Practical on: July 16, 2023, 11:30:30 AM
I have heard the advice that you should only use money you can afford to lose for gambling. I say that this is more theoretical than practical. Literally no one has money that they can afford to lose. I feel that money for gambling is a matter of opportunity cost. You either use the money for gambling or use it to meet a need. If using money one can afford to lose were practical there will be no need for articles on having a gambling budget or bank roll management. Hey gamblers my question is to you now is, the money you currently plan to use for gambling is it money that you can afford to lose?
How painful can 1$ on gambling be when you make 100$ in a month? Everyone has money that they can afford to lose, what you lack is simple math, how much are you making? What could go wrong if you lose the little fraction of what you making?

If I am making 100$ per week for example, I can decide to play five times in a week with 1$ and that's 5$ on gambling per week, brother I still have my 95$ left, do some math brother, if you don't have money you can afford to lose, it's because you are using a high amount that you aren't ready to lose.

What can 5$ do for me? Transport, buy a beers, eat some cookies, many buy monthly data, I can afford this, and if I lost 5$ what would that do to me? Nothing, so use the amount that wont do a thing to you if you lose it in gambling.

The thing is many people want to earn a lot in gambling, they higher the money the better the reward, I don't play in such ways, because we all know that the chance of losing all money is high in gambling, I always go my minimal to avoid stories that touch.
960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Appropriate percentage of income for gambling on: July 16, 2023, 09:06:37 AM
The highest amount I can spend or used to spend on gambling is 40$ and that's once in a while, most times I use less amounts like 20-30$ because this money comes from a different side of hustle, it has nothing to do with my main business offline and I am happy with it, I don't gamble every time too because that amount don't use to come every week, some times it takes two weeks for me to have spare 30$ left on me doing nothing, everyone has their target and responsibility offline, do not let gambling take that away from you, doing this secure your mental health and also your future too.

The lack of these is why we have gambling addicts that destroy their lives because they failed to do some calculations on their income and they use every month that comes their way to gamble.

No extra income, there should be no investment, No extra income? There should be no gambling for you, fix your jobless state first and get a life before coming near gambling, because gambling is not a secure way to make money.
