He can initiate a second transaction with a higher fee. This has made the retail usage of Bitcoin hard for users buying small shops. I will encourage everyone who is in business to allow Bitcoin as mode of payment. Just like what Tesla did. They are now accepting Bitcoin as payment. Its good to accept Bitcoin now as payment as this is a good investment. Price do increase over time.
