Kalau sistem audit seperti ini justru menimbulkan kecemasan dari pihak investor karena tidak ada jaminan satu koin bisa bertahan sampai satu atau dua tahun ke depan setelah proses audit pertama kali dan sukses listing di market. Sebenarnya sistem audit tidak berkaitan dengan pihak manapun karena mereka melakukan audit sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan segala hal yang menyangkut dengan investor merupakan tanggung jawab pribadi karena mereka sudah analisis dan riset sendiri terhadap investasinya. Kalau menurut saya, justru sebaliknya karena sistem audit menjadi pertimbangan bagi investor untuk meninjau kembali kelayakan investasi pada koin pilihan mereka, jika misalnya hasil audit ada koin yang di delete dari daftar bappebti maka investor yang sudah mempunyai koin tersebut harus mempertimbangkan keputusan untuk hold jangka panjang sebelum mengalami kerugian yang lebih tinggi. Sangat sulit untuk Bappeti memasuki pilihan atau gagasan yang agan utarakan, apalagi dengan sistem koin model hype saat ini hanya bertahan satu atau dua bulan setelah listing langsung drop dan jumlah volume transaksi juga semakin berkurang. Mungkin Bappeti lebih meberatkan pada saat awal audit bagaimana progress atau perkembangan koin tersebut hingga dua atau tiga tahun ke depan dengan meninjau road map dari koin yang bersangkutan. Apakah sebagian koin yang berhasil diaudit memiliki roadmap hingga 4 atau 5 tahun ke depan? kalau memang progress roadmpad koin tidak jelas lebih baik ditolak proses auditnya dan tidak listing di market.
Dalam peraturan dasar penetapan daftar aset kripto harus ada beberapa poin tambahan untuk memastikan daftar aset koin tersebut berpotensi bertahan jangka panjang, misalnya lebih selektif memilih koin yang sudah berkembang 2-3 tahun dari sejak listing pada exchange besar. Disisi lain, saya berharap mereka dapat meninjau setiap koin seperti bagaimana proses listing koin pada Binance karena binance tidak terburu-buru melisting koin tanpa melakukan review yang ketat meskipun tidak dapat mencegah adanya delisting beberapa koin akibat tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan dari exchange. Kesimpulannya menurut saya, jika syarat pada poin dasar penetepan daftar aset kripto yang dapat diperdagangkan diperketat maka kemungkinan daftar koin tersebut akan bertahan dalam jangka panjang meskipun dilakukan audit pertriwulan atau bahkan setiap setahun sekali. |

Kalau menurut saya sih bagus kalau Pihak berwenang melakukan penilaian dalam jangka waktu tertentu, Misal kayak coin XRP, Pihak Berwenang melakukan penilaian dan audit per-triwulan, jika ditemukan tidak layak dan perlu diblacklist, Bappebti/OJK berhak untuk mendelist coin tersebut dari daftar coin yang legal diperdagangkan.
Pendapat agan selaras dengan opini saya sebelumnya yang mengharapkan proses peninjauan atau penilaian suatu koin yang telah terdaftar pada Bappebti dilakukan audit sekurang-kurang per-triwulan, proses audit sekali dalam setahun dinilai tidak efektif karena sudah beberapa koin yang telah saya tinjau sudah bisa dikatakan "tidak layak" untuk berada di daftar tersebut karena volume trading sudah merosot, nilai kapitalisasi marketcap sudah di peringkat +1000, progress perkembangan proyek lamban, dan hal lainnya. Proyek itu masih "bangga" memposting di sosmed kalau koin mereka masih eksis dalam daftar 501 aset koin Bappebti padahal volume trading harian yang tercatat pada exchange hanya 1,6 jt IDR. Namun ya memang perlu dan butuh SDM ekstra untuk menjalankannya, karena selama ini yang menjadi persoalan itu adalah minimnya sumber daya untuk meng-audit tiap jangka waktu tersebut.
Belum lagi tidak transparan-nya besaran honor, dan lembur jika harus meng-audit satu-satu, karena disamping tidak ada pengawasam Ad Hoc, juga tidak adanya pengawasan dari pihak swasta, forum-forum crypto asal Indonesia tidak jalan, cuma bisa mengomentari, padahal sudah dilantik ketua MPR [1].
Perihal SDM sudah selayaknya diprioritaskan oleh pihak terkait untuk memaksimalkan proses audit setiap koin yang telah resmi ditetapkan sebagai aset komiditi berjangka, apalagi cryptocurrency sudah ada regulasi resmi dari pihak pemerintah jadi pihak terkait bisa mengusulkan pengawasan Ad Hoc kalau memang dibutuhkan SDM ektra, jadi jangan kesan di kalangan masyarakat kalau regulasi tersebut untuk "menguntip" pajak dari pihak exchange yang berbasis di indonesia, bayangkan saja pajak kripto selama desember 2022 lalu tercatat 200 miliar lebih menurut sumber yang saya baca, jadi dengan jumlah pajak yang fantastis dari cryptocurrency maka tidak ada alasan untuk tidak memprioritaskan pengawasan aset kripto untuk lebih diperhatikan lagi. |

Kalau berkaitan dengan trading ATG tentunya berbeda dengan robot trading yang berkaitan dengan kripto karena sejauh yang saya ketahui dari robot trading ATG mereka khusus trading pada aplikasi tertentu dan rasio keuntungan dari aktivitas trading hampir 90%, maka untuk apa pengetahuan dan ketrampilan analisis pasar jika robot saja sudah dapat membuat keuntungan 90%, tapi pada akhirnya semua itu hanyalah penipuan dan pengguna tidak bisa menarik saldo mereka, kabar terakhir pemiliknya sudah di tangkap tapi tidak ada tindakan lanjut untuk pendataan kerugian yang sudah dialami banyak orang. Melihat dari banyaknya orang yang tertipi dari robot trading adalah memang pada dasarnya mereka bahkan tidak mengerti tentang sistem perdagangan tetapi masih mengharapkan keuntungan disana dan justru inilah yang membuat mereka dirugikan pada akhirnya.
Pengaruh dari tawaran keuntungan tinggi ternyata bisa mengelabui siapa saja termasuk orang-orang dengan latar belakang pendidikan tinggi bahkan sampai pendidikan magister juga tertipu dengan penipuan semacam ini, apapun yang berkaitan dengan uang bisa meluluhkan siapa saja tanpa merasa ragu untuk mempertimbangkan resiko sebelum mereka bergabung pada robot trading. Dari banyak kasus penipuan robot trading maka sudah saatnya mawas diri untuk menjaga keuangan kita untuk tidak mempercayai penipuan semacam itu, kalaupun ingin terjun ke aktivitas trading kripto maka lakukan trading secara mandiri dengan memperdalam pengetahuan tentang analisis fundamental pasar kripto dan lakukan riset untuk penunjang memilih koin yang tepat yang potensial keuntungan tinggi dalam jangka panjang. |
