I think that United will only try to sign Sancho this year if only they take advantage of him not performing well this season and they will try to cut off his transfer volume. I expect from them in the to step away from Sancho and persuade his team mate Haalaand as neither Rashford or Martial have settled well enough in the number 9 role. Well, they are trying to get Pogba  I have heard the rumor. I hope it really happens because Juventus needs a midfielder like Pogba. If we look at the chance, it is quite open as Pogba has ever a nice story in Juventus as a shining boy before he moved to Man United. Now, it depends on Pogba, how interested him to go back again to Juventus in the next transfer window. These rumor has been running right after Pogba went out from Juventus and I think its just fueled by fans wanting back the former Juve star, I have heard this rumor from the last 2 transfer windows but all I have seen are just news but in reality nothing is happening. I don't think that United will have an easy win against Villa it's true that they do not have that many qualities in their squad and last season they barely escaped relegation but this season they are doing three points behind Everton and Leicester City with one game in their hands also they only lost one game on the road this season in EPL so this game will be far from easy to United. Looks like not only Bitstamp is halting the trade on XRP Coinbase has also just announced on Twitter that they will be suspending XRP trade on 19 of January so it's going to be a bad news for the holders and this will spark more dumping on XRP that will lead to a dip in their prices and maybe the rise of other cryptos like Bitcoin Ethereum and Litecoin.

Ripple is worth billions right now even after courting negative publicity surrounding the legal action taken by the SEC. Like you said, if they go after Ripple now and succeed then which crypto will be next? If a legal precedent is set against one then maybe that will be used against others so it is in the interest of everything within the crypto sphere for Ripple to hire the best legal defence to defend itself. I am not sure if I agree with you about Ripple settling out of court because even if they escape a lengthy court battle not all crypto will be able to raise the finances to do so. @JollyGood. Ripple's investors similar to Andreessen Horowitz and CME Ventures might also have the political connections to help them avoid an unfavorable verdict or there might only be a settlement on the case without a trial.
Also, I reckon we should hope that Ripple settles or avoids the charge because the case might become a legal precedent to use against everything else in the cryptospace.
