There have been talks on a possible exchange deal between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid during the current summer Mercato.
According to the Spanish newspaper, Mundo Deportivo, this summer may witness a swap deal between the two clubs, between Antoine Griezmann and Saul Niguez.
Its pointed out that this deal is still in the early stages, but it will provide many benefits for the two clubs .
Saul the 26 yo desperately wants to leave Atletico and take on a new challenge, but he is faced with the crisis of the lack of a convincing offer for Atletico while Barcelona, on the other hand, is looking for a midfielder after failing to sign Georginio Wijnaldum, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain. Griezmann is one of the big wages in Barcelona, so the latter does not mind his departure to facilitate the renewal of Lionel Messi's contract.

It's going home to Rome!
Wow! What a final. What penalty shootout. Pickford is hero despite loss.
After all, Italy played best football in tournament and deserved to win most.
Now it would be interesting to see what's happening now in pubs and streets of England.
Finaly it's Italy is the one on the throne of Europe taken from the heart of London.
Never ask the Italians what you have done, but ask them what you brought to the house.
The Romans do not believe in reality and only, but they want the tangible and that is what they had. Do not write that Italy has returned to glory. Bad luck for England on this one I would liked to see them when but I knew it's goings to be for Italy this time, and I belleive the best team have won this match.

Novak is the Wimbledon champion no big surprisein that, and twenty grand slams in the balance.
This is the worst scenario that Nadal and Roger expected, which is that Djoko invests in an injury to one of them and at the end of the other.
Djokovic still has a solid mind I think, this man does not as if he was provoked that will negatively affect his opponent. He wakes himself from sleep and break wim even if you are serving the match. A lot did not expect his true strength until he surprised them with reality.
Now he got his eye on the way to get his 21 Grand Slam.

From the very beginning of the tournament, Italy has been playing a great game. There was no stadium advantage as England did. England played their semi-final match at Wembley and is playing the final match at Wembley. This gives them a huge advantage. In the final game, the home advantage makes a big impact.
For this match It's hard to argue that we haven't got the two best teams in the Euro facing each other. It's also very tough to pick a winner picking up England is considereda good choice considering how advantage but you have to feel it'll take a big moment of luck or genius to part these sides over 90 minutes so the reasoned argument would be to say this will be decided in extra-time or even on penalties.
I hope England win it since I'm a big fan of EPL Unfortunately, Im backing Italy after France got knocked out it was my 1st choice as for winner followed by Italy.
I still feel they are the favorites going into this game. Home advantage might benefit England but it wouldn't be enough.

326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CONMEBOL] Copa America 2021 [Argentina The Champions] on: July 11, 2021, 08:57:29 AM
Argentina success was desired and wished for. A real accomplishment considering that Argentina had never beaten Brazil at the Maracanà in a match valid for an international tournament. Both Messi and Neymar did not particularly shine but the Albiceleste was able to win Copa America 28 years after the last time. Leo Messi, finally, manages to win an important trophy with the national team after 4 lost finals (3 in Copa America and 1 at the World Cup). IMHO Argentina deserved its success, driven by the extraordinary quality of Di Maria (scorer) and De Paul, perhaps unexpected, but by far the best player on the field.

Messi was the man of the tournament after becoming the top scorer with 4 goals, most assists with 5, contributing 9 goals out of 12 for his team.
An unforgettable tournament for Messi and Argentina, he certainly did not attend it alone, and everyone helped him, starting with the giant Emiliano Martinez, Angel Di Maria, and other more .
But this title is especially for Messi, because he was very close to glory in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and he made great levels, but lost them thanks to very, very, very small details, either a missed opportunity, a killer goal, a penalty kick, or bad luck. It is a moment that embodies the importance of trying, perseverance and not despair, because whenever you try and fail, and try again, there will certainly come a day and you will reap what you sowed, and this is what happened to Messi at last.
This win got to boost his chances to win the Ballon d'or award since there is no clear candidate to win it.

Almost all European clubs are linked to the news of transfers in terms of purchase, except for RealMadrid, as its news is related to the return of Ceballos, Gareth Bale and Ibrahim Diaz.
The only deal that everyone is talking about is almost impossible this summer that is Mbappe ,firstly because of the lack of liquidity and secondly because the Paris club does not want to sell.
it will be summer Long and difficult for Madrid.
Maybe they are working under the shadows to lure Messi to them as it looks like Barcelona needs to make a lot of sacrifices if they want to get him back but he needs to be willing to join them first.
328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CONMEBOL] Copa America 2021 Discussion Thread on: July 10, 2021, 10:13:45 AM
Historically in the Copa America, Argentina achieved 7 victories against 3 for the Brazilian team and a draw on one occasion.Tomorow in the early morning we will know the champion of this version.
Messi or Neymar and who will achieve the title for his country.
Leo presented an integrated championship of goals, industry, desire and decisiveness and carried with The national team to the final, although the general quality in the team is average.
Brazil team is full of stars they were brilliant despite the presence of good quality elements in all lines, but Brazil did not give the impression that it is the undefeatable team.. will it be Argentina's first title with Messi? Or the first title for Brazil with Neymar?
For me I think it's going to be Brazil this time despite that this maybe tge last chance for Messi to left a trophy with Argentina I still favour the hosts.

Maybe we should go for most free kick won , goalkeeper saves, total number of passes, and add the usual most cards and most corner kicks.

In this euro, there is someone who have been impressing but no one is talking about it is Leeds midfielder Phillips. He is a box-to-box midfielder and he occupy the entire space from region to region, and it is a very stressful role, but this boy did his duty.
This role requires you to be close to the attackers in the offensive process, and he used to enter between the lines and was always close to the right-back and close to Harry Kane.
He is also the first to bounce defensively when the ball is lost, and becomes late for defensive support on the right side, so he is The only player obligated to defensive and offensive transitions, leaving matters of coverage to Rice. Phillips is an important player for Southgate squad who gives the addition in the front line and gives support in the back line.

There are some reports talking about Liverpool's interest in signing Saul for 40 million euros. A player who will give Klopp a lot of options, and ideas that create balance.
He may not have been total agreement with Simeone in the last season. But he is a player with the flexibility of big positions and a strong personality who deserves to go to sign him. Some say that Renato Sanchez is closer to Liverpool's style and to compensate for the late Wijnaldum, the smoothness of taking out the ball and maintaining it, this is what Eredes needs. His numbers gone up after impressing in the Euros so who knows.
333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: July 08, 2021, 09:42:55 PM
Sergio Ramos has signed a contract with PSG running until 2023. I think that PSG are a good choice for him. He can achieve many titles still. Ramos has been a very special and great player to me and he will always stay like that. Maybe he was not a home-grown player at Real Madrid but he played at Real for many many years.
Good move for Ramos.PSG is a nice choice for him because its a big club that suits his caliber of person.Talking of Varane leaving Real Madrid also,I think this present coach,Ancelotti, is ready to do without the pair.It is rumoured that Man-u is interested in wrapping up a deal for Varane, and reports says that the player is also keen to join the Red devils. It is yet to be seen what happens in the couple of days to come.
I didn't imagine PSG would be the place he would end up being. PSG is certainly putting all of their chips in one place and I was expecting them to not get Ramos at all, maybe a younger better defender but not him certainly. I was fully ready to see Ramos in some sort of Chinese or Qatar league by now because he is getting to that age by now, he should be focusing on just money and where his talents would still be at a superstar level.

PSG on the other hand? I am not sure if it is a good move by them, I mean sure he was one of the best defenders for a while but right now? He is just a bitter old man who tackles way too hard and just doesn't run as much as he used to, is this a good move? Would this hurt the locker room more than it helps the team? I really don't know, I seriously would have preferred another player that is maybe 10 years younger than him.
No one can question Ramos quality the only problem I see for him is staying out of injuries and he will  certainly will be making a lot of difference for them as we have seen age is just a number for certain players, look at Pepe with Portugal this Euro his surely outperformed his partner Diaz and he is at age of 38 closing on 39 most players at the age of 33-34 retire especially at the National team as he would like to focus on what it left of his career with his club, and i belleive that this Euro is not going to be the last for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2024 he will be there, a guy like him with that level of fitness and no serious injuries in his long career will be still kicking the ball for 4 more years.
Other news considering La Liga Diego Simeone has extended his contract with Atletico Madrid through 2024 after winning the club's 11th in history and second under him.
He has been manager at Atletico since 2011, making him the person who has coached a team for the most consecutive seasons in La Liga.

Brazil to lift the trophy @1.57 vs @2.36 for Argentina.
BTTS @2.15 in Stake which I think is interesting. 1x2 isn't bad either but a bit risky.
From what I understood from odds, the game will most likely end in the original time, Brazil to win and Argentina won't score? Personally I think there will be extra time unless Argentina plays miserably which I doubt will happen in their most awaited trophy with Messi!
the odds are on Brazil side that's no surprise, there but I think Argentina is going to be very difficult to beat this time, Messi is focused on the title while Brazil is performing well but not showing their full strength all the time,
Having Martinez as number one goalkeeper have been very good for them it's his first major tournament with  the national team and he surely have bringed on. Will he stop Brazil from scoring it will be very hard task that is why I'm expecting to see both teams scoring.

According to recent news, Paul Ince says that Pogba should sign a 5-year deal or leave Manchester Utd now. It shouldn't be an easy decision to make for Pogba. He had a really great year here. They ended at the 2nd place and they are going to be in the CL in the next season as well. Juventus also want to sign him. If they don't reach an agreement, maybe Juventus can try something.
In my opinion, speculation about Pogba's future has become commonplace nowadays, because in recent years Pogba has been constantly hit by issues related to his move with a number of clubs such as Juventus and Real Madrid, but none of these clubs seem serious about signing Pogba, and this may be due to the expensive transfer fee of Pogba, but this year it looks like PSG will take advantage of Pogba's condition whose contract is about to expire and PSG are very aware that now Pogba is entering the last year of his contract so the selling price of Pogba will automatically go down, And according RMC sport news it seems that Pogba is more interested in continuing his career at PSG, because  PSG is a big club with big ambitions in Europe.

Yeah, actually you've made a good point. PSG are a more serious team compared to Juventus in European tournaments. And they have a stronger squad also. If I were Pogba, I'd definitely prefer PSG to Juventus. It'd be really delightful for him to play beside Mbappe there.
Pogba is a big part of Manchester United's squad, and so I don't think they will let Pogba leave. He is entering into the final phase of his contract at Man-u,but it seems they will tie him down to another contract despite interest from other big clubs like PSG and Juventus.Except Pogba want to move to another club, but I don't think Pogba will want to leave England now.
I think PSG needs to free up some space for them if they want to get Pogba, as they have a good number of players in midfield and this summer they added some more players it was mostly as a free agents but their salaries were sky rocket Pogba also have a big salary in United and if they waited for him to run out his contract next year surely he will demand better salary then the one he is having now,
Manchester United still have the power to persuade him to renew it will all depend on how happy he is at United next 6 months will determine how he is going do with his future.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 08, 2021, 02:31:28 PM
Until this moment, Barcelona is suffering from both problems.
No new summer deals have been registered with the first team, and of course everyone knows that Messi's contract is currently suspended.the reason is financial only.the salary scale must be reduced, which is something that Laporta has not succeeded in so far.
But how will he succeed with all the disasters of  Bartomeu?
There is a lot of news about the departure of Coutinho, Griezmann and Dembele, but it is just news, and even if the news turns into reality, it may not be enough. Players who did not benefit from Barca. Their salaries are higher than the team pillars
Umtiti: 12 million euros annually
Sergio Roberto: 10 million Euros annually
Coutinho: 9 million euros annually
Pjanic: 8.5 million euros annually
Ter Stegen: 8.5 million euros
Jordi Alba: 8.5 million euros .
Of course, there is no need to talk about the salaries of Pique Busquets and the rest. The current team to renew Messi’s contract and prove the contracts of the new players, and this is certainly at the expense of many centers of quality and the depth of the squad..

England continues to write history with persuasion first major tournamentfinal since 1966.
Despite the distinguished start of Denmark, but the quality difference was clear in all lines, despite Schmeichel's superstitious saves.
It was easy to say that they are going to the finals since they knocked Germany out, Denmark have put a good fight for it but the most Valuable team in the Euro had the final say about it.
The final will be in front of their fans in Wembley also against Italy which it surely is one of the best performers for this tournament it's going to be a close one for sure to know the winner.

First half is up and the score is 1-1 and it is clear that Denmark has something to say in this match.
The first half was a fair tie there will be more for us to await us in the second half, no surprise that England conceded a goal in this match it time have came and what a shot it was, Pickford never had a chance to save it.

Can't wait for the eng-den game.  Think I'm going to throw a punt on Denmark to win.  Would love to see them go into the finals against Italy would be a fun game to watch.

LOL.. it amazes me that there still exists people who even think that there is a possibility of Danish win. Odds look very attractive for Denmark, and actually in such cases I would have made a bet in favor of them. But I can't see even a 1% chance for such an outcome. There would have been still a chance, if the match was taking place at some stadium other than The Wembley. And trust me, odds are not high enough to take such a huge risk. The sportsbooks I have checked have given +450 for Denmark. Simply not enough.

You are right, only a "crazy" bettor (and I'm not among them today lol) will go for the win of the Danish team, especially on Webley. We have witnessed though unexpected results, so if you get such an odd like +450, I will say to put some dust there. Just for "fun"... Grin
Congrats to Italy for reaching the final, they will have a great game ahead. Cheers!

England will be playing in their home country and this could give them more pressure in this semi-final. +450 odd is too much and i will put some money on it, if this odd is still valid  Roll Eyes
However, besides all the odds, England should win this match within the allocated time.
This might not be looking as the Semi Final that most people predicted to see at the early stages of the Euro.
Denmark have made a strong comeback against all the odds and now stand on their way to be making new history for their team. But doing that they  need to get past England team who will also feel this is their destiny. Winning a major international tournament on home turf. 55 years after it was last achieved by an English team. It's going to be a fascinating game and dare we forget that when these two last met just 9 months ago at this venue in the UEFA Nations League it was Denmark who won 1-0 in Wembley.
so we could possibly see England winning while both teams scores
340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CONMEBOL] Copa America 2021 Discussion Thread on: July 07, 2021, 03:00:26 PM
One of the many reasons of Argentina biggest improvement is having Martinez as a goalkeeper its been the weakest link in Argentina for years and now after last season biggest discovery he is still delivering as he saved three penalty kicks out of five and takes Argentina to the Copa America final to meet Brazil, thus fulfilling Neymar's wish to choose his opponent.
Martínez he gets praise even from Lionel, this wall we talked about previously that he has a superstitious reaction and that Arsenal lost a very great goalkeeper.
Big confidence even in his stance, he can make you doubt, and he provoked Yari Mina before he took the kick.
He told him you are nervous right!
And indeed Mina missed his kick and got him into his mind.
This is the goalkeeper who is half of the team, and who pushes you forward when everything stops with you.
