Still i haven’t faced any problem and their service is quite good IMO. As far as i know due to country restriction issue they block their users account. So i am not sure actually why did they blocked your account.

Allowing crowd is quiet risky now and like other league authorities i hope they will try their best to keep fans and players safer from Covid-19. Although its really hard to follow all strict rules but in a situation like his there is no more ways to continue live matches.
