Is the second round of sale staring in few days?
I see on Faba's telegram, the ICO ends in May 2019, 2nd round of ICO sale will start in March 1st, 2019. I see the highest bonus offered by Faba in the 2nd round is 20%. So there will be bonus afterall?All this time i thought that price will be $1.3 per token,without the bonus. |

I found about Faba today and I like that team is very experience and from Europe.I see that you have few good partners already and are oriented towards sustainable energy, ecology, young startups that look to improve something in this world.

You can promote FABA by joining bounty campaign that is going on at the moment. Does that count for videos on Youtube too or only for signature campaign? It counts for all parts of their campaign,accounts younger that 3 months cant join,unless you are Jr.member account.point of that is to prevent multi account abuse,that you can find in almost all bounty campaigns so this is a good rule. |

I see on your roadmap that ypu plan to invest in startup up until 2023.So that means after that you wont invest at all in new companies,or that is still possible in case some some good opportunity?

Im certain FABA team will keep majority of the tokens for themselves, thats the safest way for this idea to suceed as they are well experienced investors ,so they will work in best interest of the company.
Most probably the team will do this. The team will be the majority shareholder to implement what is in their mind. Also I believe that this is a good decision. Because they are more trusted than any other one by the community. Will there be some other use for FABA tokens except for voting rights when they decide about where to invest? |

Minimum won't go down, because Faba wants serious investors to invest and I think it is a good move.Better then to have a bunch of investors with 100 USD investments. Remember this is not a utility token. Reaching soft cap will attract more big investors,and all those positive news lately. In case hard cap is not reached,what will happen to unsold tokens?Usually those are burn but since its security tokens is there any diferent approach because of that? I would like to know that too? The number of tokens sold pretty much translates if they are successful in selling this project to the investors. Are they going to disclose the amount collected so far? All we kow so far is that soft cap has been reached,i dont think that exact amount has been disclosed so far.Most important goal is reached so far,that means there wont be any delays with development. As far as I know, they won't announce the money raised before end of the ICO. They have only announced reaching the soft cap to make the investors confident about the future of the project. Yes i understand that exact amount is not revealed other than that figure is over soft cap,i was just curious on the amonut of tokens left for sale. |

Reason for having higher minimum might be fact that soft cap is reached so team is mostly focused on bigger investors,who could maybe even afford to get enough FABA to have voting rights,as you need $2000 worth of tokens for that.

Thing is, to get listed on big exchange like Biinance it bittrex you need working product. Will Faba have that by Q3?
Well they don't have to get listed on one of those and that does not have to happen in Q3, Q4 is also very good time to be listed, like end of November is a good timing. Everyone wants to be listed in the big exchanges. With the market the way it is, I believe that it doesn't have the right month to be listed, for example, the end of last November wasn't very good for many projects, it is impossible to predict. It is clear that with a product in operation, the conditions are more favorable but don't guarantee anything. I hope that FABA will get some decent exchange.I dont think need top exchange right from the beginning as those can cost few million dollar.Its better to get some medium volume one and then work from that. Let the ICO ends first. The ICO will be live until June. As long as the ICO has not ended, cannot find any information about listing on exchanges. What is now important is the money raise and also developments of the project. The ICO is quite long, but I hope to reach the target to raise funds as targeted, because FABA has a good development team. Most of the ICOs in 2018 and now in 2019 have longer last loner because market situation is not good,so it takes some time to reach soft cap,let alone hard cap. |

I have been checking the road map and what interests me is if we will have to wait until 2023 or longer for first returns of our investments?
In 2023 they will start with selling shares of companies.Investors will start profiting much sooner than that. So 2023 will be earliest that shares of company will be sold?For example,what if some company is developing really good and price rise alot in 2022,can investors vote to get shares sold? I believe team might react faster,if they are satisfied with the profit,so maybe they might cash out sooner. |

How much tokens are allocated to team and advisors? How much will be set aside for financing marketing?
From what i could find in whitepaper, 40% tokens will be allocated to the company,with vesting period of 2 years.Pretty long vesting period,that means team is sure in the success of the project. |

I dont think it makes much sense to burn toekns as they will have to make more LYNK so people can exchange lbd for lynk. That is true.Usually its more convenient to burn the tokens,but in this case its not needed as max supply will be 500 million,so if they burn some tokens that means they would have to make more. |
