1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Avantis Be the Hyperliquid of Base? on: Today at 02:15:02 AM
Man, it's gonna be wild west for DEX perp from here on. From lighter, avantis, and now CZ with aster and honestly whether one of these gonna be the next hyperliquid or not, I have no idea because I'm sure in the future there will be fragmentation of volume since people choose favorite DEX perp of their own.

But guess what, I think Avantis gonna have volume increase because BASE just announced TGE and this could be a good reason why people gonna start increasing their on chain footprint using avantis.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Begin Team Formation for a Web3 Project from Scratch on: Today at 02:07:51 AM
Usually for core idea it's just matter of NDA like stated by other people here.

I think for building a team you can try your luck in X but be sure to avoid scams, there are many people building team from there, even some founders are KOLs.

or you can simply visit devcon and meet other devs, maybe there are some people with same vision as you.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins give more room for manipuations on: Today at 02:03:42 AM
Binance removed BAKE and HIFI after conducting an evaluation that revealed several issues, such as declining volume. Furthermore the developers were deemed to be showing no significant progress or an active roadmap. This removal has a significant impact on users, and it all stems from greed, driven by the lure of greater profits. I personally wouldn't dare make decisions on projects like this because such coins are often subject to manipulation.

From the cases of HIFI and BAKE we can see the oddity that these coins were indeed scams that were ultimately removed from Binance. If you pay attention, there are oddities that indicate this is a genuine scam they pumped heavily just before the removal. This is clearly a very crude scam, and it's their last straw before they disappear.
This sudden pump just making it obvious that the coin is better getting delisted by binance because if they can manipulate now they definitely can manipulate before delisting.

Just hoping that binance can have some countermeasures such as big announcement to prevent people doing something silly like shorting a highly manipulated coin at delisting day.
Because there are many such people.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT TRON address with 30k+ usdt blacklisted of frozen need your help on: Today at 02:01:17 AM
There's two possibilities here, either you get a fake token with its transfer functionality uprooted because well, it's a fake token or you are really getting blacklisted by tether.

If you happen to get blacklisted by tether mistakenly, you should contact their support and make sure you got necessary records of your transaction. I don't know how long it will take though.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be able to replace traditional banking in the next 15 years on: September 18, 2025, 05:17:10 AM
It quite possible that bitcoin could replace traditional banking in the next fifteen years, talking about the concept of peer to peer electronic cash. With the look of things there is 85% possibility that bitcoin will replace the role of traditional banking systems in some nation of the world.
Maybe traditional banking aren't being replaced but evolve. Eventually they might adopt bitcoin and become bank of bitcoin.

But such scenario where bitcoin can replace bank might be possible only if every countries or at least the relevant ones recognize bitcoin as legal tender.
Even then there's possibility that people don't want self custody and use custodial wallet, like what happens right now in other word there''s chance for bank for bitcoin to appear.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum holding strong while Treasuries are pressured on: September 18, 2025, 05:14:55 AM
Standard Chartered recently noted that digital asset treasuries are under pressure, but Ethereum seems to be holding strong solely due to staking yields and network activity.

It made think about Bitcoin because unlike Ethereum, Bitcoin doesn’t have native yield mechanisms except some new Defi projects, yet it continues to be seen as the most valuable treasury reserve. You know while some insinuate about Ethereum ecosystem derailing, it continues to show how strong its ecosystem is.
Bitcoin doesn't even need staking mechanism and it's already among the highest ROI asset this year because it's the most secure crypto.

On the other hand, if ETH doesn't have staking mechanism and burn mechanism, I doubt the price could be this high since ethereum have uncapped total supply.
Completely different thing to compare in the first place.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WLFi market insight on: September 18, 2025, 05:09:31 AM
The FDV is already big enough. I was invested in WLFI and cashed out after 10% gain. I just don't think going up will be easy knowing the liquidity but I can be wrong after all if the project is hyped doesn't matter much the FDV is it can still go up.

Those whales that you mentioned probably knew something but I'm not betting on that though. Maybe if in the future the price is lower I will rebuy again.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is CZ Suddenly Shilling $ASTER? on: September 18, 2025, 04:46:41 AM
I just think that he can't ignore hyperliquid and he knows sooner or later perp dex will become mainstream.

It's a good news for me as well because I've been using perp dex for long and the more liquidity those perp dex have, the better it is and right now I think CZ just want to create competition for HL for on chain perp dex with aster.
After all, $2.7 trillion trading volume is massive.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 17, 2025, 09:06:34 AM
I never expected such from Juventus against Borussia Dortmund, from the look of things this Juventus team is a team to look out for now because the way they are playing now, they might likely be challenging for a trophy this season. I never expected that the match will produce 8 goals especially after the first half ended in 1 - 0 for the away team. Juventus made a late comeback to draw the game 4 - 4 FT.
My general though for this game is that i see a lot of positives from Juve caused by they scored much. Nevertheless, their defense must step up, and Bremer needs to get some rest. Apart from that reff is ruining their win by not to give a pen to the them. It was obvious handball by Dortmund's player, but not even VAR being used to verify that.
I wonder why the refeering is poor these days not only in the domestic, but european as well.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: September 17, 2025, 06:18:20 AM
So don't be surprised if Madrid will be conceded a lot when they fight the stronger team than Marseille. Without pens they would be losing. If they still playing like that in the bigger games, they will be humiliated by other big club. I know win is still win, but they can't always rely to the pens.
Their defense were often getting fallback, and create the space for Marseille players to make it until the 18 yard box. It's no way they're ready for the UCL. Just yet.

Olympique de Marseille performed far above my expectations. Some sports pundits predicted that it would be a total demolition of the French side. But they were able to curtail the attacking power of Real Madrid. The host was fortunate to get two penalties that were converted by Kylian Mbappé, they would have lost at home since Marseille was ahead. It seems Xabi Alonso has built so much confidence in Arda Güler. The Turkish youngstar is having more playing time and he has also proved himself a worthy attacking midfielder.

Pundits have too much expectation for Madrid while this is Xabi's first season in the club. I understand it consider they might see it based on the squad quality, but the fact that Madrid still performing quite poorly in this game. They got some big chances, but always unable to convert it. Like when Mbappe got an assist from Vini, but shoot it straight onto the goalie.
Anyway, their attack is still relatively good, but their defense is still meh. Always allowing aubameyang to freely chasing the long ball is not good.

There are so many things need to be worked by Xabi.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: September 17, 2025, 05:06:05 AM

so no reason for the club to wait for another transfer windows for him to fix it. The better for them to rip off their wound, sack him and find a new manager who has enough exp to handle their club. I'm not saying he's bad, but not a right man for the job.

Manchester United is taking a big risk by still keeping Amorim until now without sacking him in the team when he's done worse since he became the manager of the team, the statistics is clear that he hasn't achieved any good results upon his arrival yet they still have confidence in him despite his inabilities to effect any positive change in the team so I wonder why anyone should be defending him when the team is gradually going down every week because of the performance of the players under his management. Amorim is doing a bad job in the team and he doesn't deserve to be called a good guy, the club shouldn't wait till he takes the team to relegation zone before dropping him they should sack him and employ a better coach.

I also wonder why?I personally think he's not worthy to be defended. The good is that as per the latest rumor he has 3 games to prove his worthiness. if his club still perform badly, he will be axed from the club. We have Glasner, Pochettino or even SouthGate to be a potential candidate to replace him.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: September 17, 2025, 02:43:59 AM
The come back is always real when it comes to Real Madrid and with them playing from home, you just know ain’t no way they would be loosing to Marseille. Though, it took them two penalties to do it, not the way they would want to go but, sure they would like to keep any 3 points they could get. 2 penalties in one game for Real Madrid, that’s one way to gift a champ by the league 1 side. They certainly didn’t take advantage of the Carvajal red card situation.
So don't be surprised if Madrid will be conceded a lot when they fight the stronger team than Marseille. Without pens they would be losing. If they still playing like that in the bigger games, they will be humiliated by other big club. I know win is still win, but they can't always rely to the pens.

13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Matchday 5 - Premier League Discussion Thread 2025/2026 on: September 16, 2025, 06:37:23 PM

The goal machine continues to do his job!  Grin  A close call on another record by Haaland...

What do you think? Will he get close to the number of goals he scored in the Premier League in his first season again? 36 goals in 35 games...

I wonder whether Arsenal will be able to stop him at the weekend. His job will be more difficult at Emirates. But no matter what he is always a dangerous striker.
Arsenal knew very well how to stop him, and they often sent two CBs to always marking him. The question must be how can Haaland leaves from being guarded by Arsenal's CBs?  Roll Eyes In the previous game against Arsenal, Haaland was always feel so difficult to find the free space. I expect the same thing to happen again.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: September 16, 2025, 06:27:16 PM
I've been watching Arsenal vs Bilbao for 70 minutes, and finally Martinelli scored for his club. Arsenal leads one nil. Yeah Martinelli scored, but his finishing is bad. Other than that, it's quite depressing to watch their gameplay in this game.
It's also not usual to see how Arsenal played defense and always doing long ball when they got it from Bilbao. The good thing Martinelli was there and doin something. i see him as someone who who care enough to create differentiate in his club.

There are still 25 minutes remaining for the game, and i belive they will be putting entire players into their 18 yard.  Cheesy Cheesy
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: September 16, 2025, 06:06:29 PM

If you guys are still defending Amorim as MU's coach. I dunno what to say to you guys. Having the worst stats(below 40% wins percentage) ever in the history of MU is one of horrible achievement. I'm sure he's not going to get better from here. His stubbornness and ego can’t be changed. He signed the players to play the system he wants to play, but still doesn't work
so no reason for the club to wait for another transfer windows for him to fix it. The better for them to rip off their wound, sack him and find a new manager who has enough exp to handle their club. I'm not saying he's bad, but not a right man for the job.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: television awards on: September 16, 2025, 03:01:53 PM
BBC sent me the news notification yesterday about a teenager that won an Emmy award, but that was the first time I heard or know about what is called Emmy award. How is it different from Oscar?
Oscar is being awarded for the movie, while Emmys is oscar for the TV shows. Oscar is much more prestigious than emmys caused by emmys is more inclusive compared to the Oscar.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 16, 2025, 02:48:46 PM

Unfortunately, this match didn't go as you expected. The result ended in a 1-1 draw. I think this result was quite surprising, as we know Como has spent a lot of money to buy many great players for their squad. But the results haven't been significant so far. In Serie A this season, Como has only managed to win once in three matches. So, with that in mind, I think Como could be considered unlucky at the moment. After buying new players, their performance seems to have declined.

I don't know why this happened, but it seems like the players Como has recruited are having a hard time adapting. With that in mind, I think Como needs to improve their team chemistry. If they can't, I think Como will struggle to survive in Serie A this season. Basically, they're struggling to compete with teams like Genoa right now. So, we can imagine if Como played against a stronger team, I think they would lose. That's why Como really needs to get their players to work together better. I believe that's crucial and will be the key to improving their performance.

Spending a lot won't always guarantee Como to always get three points even when they fought against a weak opponent. Nico Paz helped Como to lead the game, but sadly they conceded due to their fragile ego. There is something has to change from their team is that their mentality. I saw how weak their are when it comes in controlling their emotion after they conceded one.
They were not focusing on how to score more instead played a harsh game until full time. So that's why they got a red card in the late game. I do agree their chemistry is not yet good, but they must also try to bench Morata who being so clueless the entire game. I hope he resign from football soon.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 16, 2025, 01:24:22 PM
Even when we're not at the transfer window, but so many news are still coming.

1. Amorim has been offered by Benfica to take the job as a head coach if he gets sacked by MU due to the poor performance.
2. Bernal is being targeted by Chelsea, Everton, and Brighton. He potentially to be the next superstar and ez to flip for double profit. That kid is technically good, no doubt many clubs wanted him.
3. Nuno is being considered as a replacement for Potter if Westham keeps perform so poorly. It's obviously a sign they will sack Potter, right? I hope Potter to finish his job as a football coach caused by he's not good in coaching a club.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: politicians gambling on: September 16, 2025, 01:15:24 PM
Politician will always be politician. We know very well on how hypocrisy their are. Just like in my country, many politicians were getting caught by doing slot during the live meeting and still trying to get away from their mistake by said they were only played game. Meanwhile, they're discussing about the draft to prohibit gamble.
Enough reason to never try believe them. It's ironic to see them do that.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which can be more addicting? on: September 16, 2025, 08:40:40 AM
It's obviously placing small bet everyday. Since gambling is Intermittent reward. When you are placing a bet, it will provide you a rush in the question when will the reward come. It will addict you with the question if you're just doing one more time, you may able to get the reward. It will force you to keep gamble again and again to answer the same question. However, doing big gamble once in a year not also guarantee you free from addicted to gamble.
