221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where will we stand at the end of pandemic? on: July 15, 2020, 11:01:35 AM
If the situation worsens do you think we will get more investment from newbies who might by switching from their traditional investment to a crypto as none of the businesses are going to prosper during this situation so there are chances we will get more investment into crypto or else there are possibilities of massive cashout if crypto decline as the existing players would switch to gold atleast to keep their investment intact.

Actually, we already have seen the worst*. The fact that some businesses are slowly getting back in shape, we can see that the world is now rising again. There are countries that already declared COVID-free and some have successfully managed to decrease the numbers of confirmed cases.

But for let's say, things have gotten more worst, I don't see that most newbies will switch into crypto as they aren't into the purpose of holding it. Quick money is necessary during the pandemic (different situation per country).

I advise not to think too much. Bitcoin is already tested in the worst times. The pandemic will surely end and everything will get back on track.
I think the worst is yet to come if there will be another wave of covid-19. In my country, the pandemic is the reason why many businesses are still not open and why many people lose their regular jobs. If there will be another wave on my country, we are done because our government have now high debt and cannot give assistance anymore to its citizens that are really affected.

But the good thing is, there is now major business not only in our country but all over the world are starting to operate again. The re opening of different economies are important.
222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: July 15, 2020, 09:25:49 AM
Bitcoin has decreased significantly within last days. In some of the local group I am active, some people are trying to sell their Bitcoin, some are looking for what's happening and it seems to be little panic here.
If the price continue to decrease, I think it will create more panic which will bring capitulation, will not it?
I recommend using trading bots for trading on cryptocurrency exchanges, since it is almost impossible to predict the BTC rate.

Impossible to predict but if you are careful with your trades then provably you will earn with it but if you trade with no proper thinking or lets just say you are greedy then I think you will lose the capital for your trade and although trading bots is helpful in short term still doesn't give any guarantee to you to continuously earn and I prefer to do manual since I can study the market on what path it will go today.
Manual trading is much more preferable but when on times like these where market is somewhat stagnant then automate trading isnt really that a bad idea.

Price is indeed impossible to predict thats had been always the question since from the beginning.Lots of factors that would really affect price movement
neither news or technical stuffs.Panic is just a casual thing thats why as a trader or investor you should really be careful on doing trading decisions
and never ever make greedy decisions basing up on rumors or false calls.
Trading with ourselves or what they called Manual trading is more good to use than any types of bots. For me the other traders have a mindset of getting rich quickly and it is the reason why they prefer to use bots than to trade with their selves. There are now lot of past studies saying that bots are not profitable.

Do not also expect that professional traders are using bots because all of them are doing manual trading and they are constantly earning and making profit from it. We can handle panic in the market if we will do manual trading with proper risk management.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: July 15, 2020, 07:51:23 AM
The answer is always subjective because we have different plans and goals in life. I have ETH and my plan is to day trade it so I basically a scalper using 30 min and 1 hour chart to make profit in trading. I do not just hold my ETH, I keep growing through day trading. But for those people who are afraid to do it then holding is better for you because it just requires a lot of patience and a good mindset to do it.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: July 15, 2020, 04:33:17 AM
I think it's too high to expect ethereum prices to reach $ 1,400 until the end of the year the crypto market hasn't shown a positive sign yet but what happened to date ethereum prices have persisted and it is difficult to go up high as previously
It is really hard to think about that, as you above said ETH can not reach this price till end of the year. For ETH to reach this price the event of the market must change, BTC should rise up, and then some problems like Covid-19 must be solved. Maybe we can think about this price, no doubt it is impossible for this year.
For me it is not yet possible to see that the price of the Ethereum reach $1400 per each because there are too many resistance and the price cannot easily surpass it. The price of the Ethereum is also doing some sideways like the price of the bitcoin, its been a 3 months when its price is starting to consolidate but the good thing is it have bullish bias so any moment it can break the resistance at $250 per each and able to make new higher highs.
225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you use a trading Bot? on: July 15, 2020, 03:29:50 AM
Actually trading bots are just a waste of money, why do I say so? First it will not help you to become a wise and profitable trader because you are just relying on it so basically there is no improvement for you because you are not using your own mind. Second trading both have fees, you cannot use it if you will not pay some money on it. Third, there are a lot of traders who have low winning rate in using trading bots. It is still better if we are the one who will make the decisions and not the bots.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: July 15, 2020, 02:06:03 AM
I can't trust a project just because a legendary members post their announcements thread, he can be paid to do so and i don't think forum rank really justifies the guenuity and legitness of a person.
You are right. Legendary rank won't guarantee that the project announcement is legit or trustable. Yep, the project team can pay him to make the announcement. Also, the level of ranks in this forum has nothing to do with the quality of a project announcement. Even if someone has been a long time in this forum, it cannot be an indicator/sign that he is a trustable person. We also cannot measure someone's experience or knowledge by analyzing how long he has been in the forum. Keep doing analyzing on everything that has a correlation to the quality of the project such as the identity or track record of the project teams, project's MVP, the token's function/concept, the exchanges where the tokens are listed, and etc.
For those bounty hunters, if the manager of the project is in a Legendary rank; it doesn't mean that the project will become successful easily. They are just managing the campaign so there is no guarantee that the project will become successful. Back then, there are a lot of bounty managers in the forum that have low rank but they managed to become successful. What I am saying is we should base on the company facts and information and we should not just base our trust just because the campaign manager is a Legendary.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: July 15, 2020, 01:00:26 AM
There is no coin that I fully trust because I do not want to be attached in a certain cryptocurrency because for sure it can affect my goal and my current mentality, I trade specific altcoin not because it is popular but because I found a certain trading setups or strategy that I can use in order for me to make money. For those altcoin trader, the risk will be lessen if we will consider its volatility, volume and of course it’s DNA because in trading; history repeat itself.

228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading using someone else's funds on: July 15, 2020, 12:05:17 AM
For me it is okay to use someone else funds especially for those traders who doesn't have enough capital to start trading but the risks are too high especially if you are just starting out. Using someone else funds are okay just make sure that you have prior experience in terms of managing money and also trading cryptocurrencies at least 6 months. But if you still insists to borrow someone else funds then do it just be sure that you should be prepared to experience huge losses or even portfolio wipeout.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you trade if you won't leave your coins on exchange on: July 14, 2020, 01:20:46 PM
I think you are really confused, I will clarify the details for you. The reason why some of the people saying that don't leave your coins in an exchange for too long is because there are risks which is it can be hacked. I think you also aware that a lot of exchanges are been brought down by the hackers because of its low security. If you are a short term trader then exchange is what you need but if you are a passive investor then it is better if you will just save it in a safe bitcoin wallet.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are in a Bitcoin Rally, not an Altcoin Rally on: July 14, 2020, 11:04:48 AM
I agree with the trading volume of Bitcoin that has not declined, and therefore the price of Bitcoin is very stable now.
Then for altcoins, don't just focus on the top 10, because today's investors are getting smarter with investing in altcoins
which is outside the top 100. So many altcoins have a small trading volume but can pump high, because of hype coins
the little one. And the profit generated is certainly very large. Especially the DeFi projects are very high in demand.
I think before you suggest it, you should first tell them the risks that they will be face if they will make investment on altcoins that are not belong to 100 top market capitalization. If we will buy altcoins outside of the market capitalization make sure that we have a high risks appetite because majority of them are so volatile where there are always price surge.

When it comes to the price of bitcoin, it is currently sideways and many swing traders are most likely taking advantage of the price of the bitcoin.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin soon will become a boring investment? on: July 14, 2020, 09:58:54 AM
Will you be bored with money? Well, everybody has their own thought and opinions about the bitcoin investment. However, what about the boredom? Let's see from the start here:
1. What exact reasons should make us bored with the bitcoin investment? because of the down market as always? because of the volatility? Well, everybody knows that Bitcoin is always volatile because it is decentralized. We cannot make the price of the BTC stable because this is not a stable coin.
2. is there any example of the people that stop using or investing in BTC because of boring? Well, I don't think so. I prefer to think that many people stop from BTC because they have lost much money because of the lost investment, scammed, or event loss trading.
3. How can somebody bored about the precious thing? In my opinion, this is too strange if we are bored of something precious. Yeah, I consider that BTC is a precious and worthy thing. Therefore, I personally will not get bored of it.

Whatever my opinion, this is probably the only opinion. You can have your own thoughts about it. This will depend on your destiny and also a goal in Bitcoin.
Maybe the reason why he is bored is simply because he cannot make money on his own investment. As a investors, of course you will feel grateful especially if you are earning huge amount of money. I do not feel bored after because I can make money even if the trend of bitcoin is in bearish trend. For those who are bored in bitcoin investment, be careful because you can incur huge losses especially if you are really bored to study and improve your skills as a trader and investor.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For airdroppers who can hardly relate on: July 14, 2020, 07:34:07 AM
Hahaha lol, yeah this thing happen to me 2 years ago when i participated in airdrop, they asking KYC bla bla, and after that the project is scam and they change the group name. After that i carefuly to choose airdrop that i want to participated, if they asking KYC i will give it up especially in new projects.

LOL so true! I have been in the same situation. I have to admit that bounty campaigns and airdrops back in 2017 is a good way to earn money. It's not anymore. Now, I carefully choose which bounty campaign and which airdrop to join in because I don't wanna waste my time on a shit project. Especially with airdrop, whenever they ask me to do KYC, I quit immediately without thinking. It's most likely to be a scam project.
The airdrops are worth it back on 2017 but now, majority of it can be considered as worthless and scam. Why do I say it?  There are now a lot of data available through internet that most of the airdrops nowadays are scam and it is probably a waste of time if you will try to join. There are also a lot of airdrop that are focusing to get information and not to give altcoins, there is a news before that a certain project are getting information from the public and selling it to dark web. We should be careful especially if we are joining airdrops that requires KYC.
233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchange for day trade? on: July 14, 2020, 06:21:44 AM
Binance and Bittrex are the best exchange for me, it is only my opinion especially the Bittrex exchange because it doesn't have any past hack issues. If you want to do scalping, I prefer Binance because they are offering high leverage and it is up to x125. The short selling is also available in Binance and you can make money when the price is dumping. Choosing exchange is a matter for day traders but what most matter for me is the strategy that we should use in order to make profit in short period of time.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance upcoming delisting on: July 14, 2020, 05:06:31 AM
Listing in Binance is no guarantee that tokens will be successful, returning to the developer how to manage and bring their project in the right direction. Binance only provides large markets with large liquidity, market mechanisms will work and investors will be keen to see which projects are good. Failing at Binance will undermine trust in the token
I think it is a misconception whenever a specific altcoin is listed on Binance, they thought that every coin listed on Binance are good and promising and they are not aware that there are also shit coins there. If you will choose an exchange make sure it is reliable and trusted like Binance but if you will look for a coin make sure that it is not a shitcoin and it has a good volume and liquidity. Those coins that the Binance delisting are probably the coins that doesn't have high daily volume and the liquidity is not good.
235  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: July 14, 2020, 03:24:44 AM
If we do trading, there are only 3 results that we have and these are: win big, win small and lose small. What I do not want is to lose big and it is the reason why I have good risk management skill. Of course it is frustrating whenever we lose big that is why we should have stop loss strategies in order for us to avoid losing big amount of money. It is okay if you earn small profit because it is still a profit, do not push yourself in the things that you cannot control.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: July 14, 2020, 02:05:33 AM
I used to have 14 ethereum but I got caught in the web of FOMO and I lost over 10 ethereum because the project I invested the ethereum on have dropped marginally, is this the end of the road for me? Or I still have hope? How can I recover?

It was really an awful experience to lost more than half of your Ethereum and it will surely feel bad on your part for experiencing that. But it will never be the end for you as long as you are still willing to work on earning Ethereum or any other cryptocurrencies you do want. It will take time but still it will be worth it. Experiencing lost is a part of every crypto users journey because admit it or not, we all do have experience like that because there is no such perfect trade or investment specially when you were just starting. It will be some sort of trial and errors and with that experience you would grow up as an individual and could be better since you have gone through that experience so you will already know what to do once you have come up into the same situation again.

It will never be an end for you as long as you will not give up pursuing your goal with crypto. Also, always remember to invest only amounts you can afford to loose. Imagine 10 Ethereum have been lost in just one investment you have done. If you are not sure of anything, just give it a try first with small amount so that whatever happens, it would be fine because what you have spent is just a small portion of your total earnings.
There is always a way in order to recover it so we should not give up easily. Most of us have regretful decision for sure but it doesn't mean that we are failures because it is only part of our journey. If we cannot move on to this, how we can face the present time and how we can create our future? By accepting what you have done is really important process for you to learn a lot of things.
237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we invest in a bitcoin exchange? on: July 14, 2020, 01:02:27 AM
I think there is a misconception, if you are planning to make investment in bitcoin for a long time then do not use an exchange because of the risk. There are now a lot of exchanges that been hacked before so it is a proof that we should not keep our bitcoin for a long period of time. It is more good if we will just open an offline wallet then we should place it there. But if you are planning to do short term trading then reliable exchanges can help you.
238  Economy / Economics / Re: How in the world we going to restart the world economy ? on: July 14, 2020, 12:04:44 AM
Definitely in the near future will restart the global economy. That's right, I agree that countries have stopped developing simultaneously. Therefore, we will come out of the crisis together. Strong countries will begin the process of overcoming the crisis and pull up the weaker ones. Let's hope that this process will happen very soon. The growth of production, the restoration of individual industries will help us to develop further.
Firstly the pandemic has to be overcome to be able to think about economy and once the pandemic is under control the government need to encourage their citizen by rolling out jobs and policies that make people work hard. It can be either encouraging talents like giving them subsidy or help with them taxation like reducing taxes for new and individual businesses.

I don't think it will be easy to come out from the hole that is already been created but for sure there are possible ways to recover and the economy of growing countries is the worst affected because some Asian countries were on the rise and now they have to start from base again as all the trades outside country are halted and slowed down.

The reason why the businesses are now allowed to be open again because the government want to make sure that the economy will not die, it is true that majority of the Asian countries are really affected by the virus and the unemployment there really increased so high. It is so sad to see that there are a lot of people that keep suffering because of the pandemic. The economy for sure will recover like before but we should not expect that it will take a short period of time only.
239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Overcome and Handle Your Mistakes in Trading? on: July 13, 2020, 01:05:39 PM
People are not afraid of losing and that is the scariest thing to me. You should be afraid of losing, you should not get into a trading with "I am going to make so much money!!" type of mindset, you should go into it with "what if I end up losing a lot of money?" mindset. That would allow you to be protected against horrible loss and you would always be careful.

People who get into trades with making a profit guaranteed in their minds will end up losing money most of the time because they don't know what they are doing, however people who are scared of losing money will make a lot more profit because they do not get into all trades, they are afraid of them, they only get into a trade only when they feel comfortable and certain about it. Which is why I believe people who are afraid will make more money.
Those that succeed at trading are the ones that take a defensive approach to it, many people began their trading career thinking about all the profits they can make and they lose all their money in less than a year, in my opinion someone that is able to trade the markets for months and only lose a small amount of his capital has way better chances of eventually becoming a good trader since it is obvious this person should have learned the correct usage of different tactics like money management and stop loss orders, after that the only thing such a person needs to do is to wait for the market to go up significantly and get some easy profits.
A good trader have a mindset like this "I trade to win and not to avoid losses". There are traders who doesn't want to lose and that is why they are not also winning. We should accept that losses are inevitable and it is part of the process of success. If we avoid to not lose, we will not learn because there are a lot of lessons that we can get if we lose in trading. I do not say that it is better to lose, I just want to clarify that losses is also a good thing for us.
240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is Best Trading or Freelancing? on: July 13, 2020, 11:54:46 AM
well, trading and freelancing have different bases. You can do both without choosing one. however, freelancing works without relying on the company, it can be said that it is someone's start before becoming an entrepreneur. Well, for the beginning, from those two things, I prefer to trade now. Well, I see the potential to trade more than doing freelancing.
It depends on the preferences and certain habits of a certain person, if he goods in technical analysis then trading is more suitable for him but if he goods in editing skills, photography skills and many more then choose freelancing. Your skills will become your foundation and it is better to choose something that is suitable to our personalities and skills. If you have skills to do both then why not do it, you just need a good time management and good discipline.
