701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space? on: October 30, 2019, 12:59:52 PM
Scammers are keep deceiving others for their own sake. It is also the reason why ICOs have now bad image. Many people saying that if they hear the word ICO, the forst thing that they imagined is the scam word.
702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: hardware wallets safe? on: October 29, 2019, 04:36:04 PM
I personally think it is safe as an offline wallet offers the highest level of security for storing crypto is it involves storing the funds in a secured place that is not connected to any network. This type of wallet can also offer good protection against computer vulnerabilities. The hardware wallets are the best type of offline wallet that offers very high security and ease of use. Also, as these wallets allow backup, you can easily recover your funds if you lose this device.

One such example of a hardware wallet is Trezor. It operates as secure cold storage. You can easily transfer bitcoins to the device using the Trezor interface, which is accessible from macOS, Linux, Windows, and Android. Its interface is quite easy to use that lists your coins and recent transactions.

Trezor uses a 12 to 24-word seed for protection and recovery and a user-defined PIN. You can also add an encrypted passphrase to your wallet for an added layer of security.

what say u?
Most of the long term investors are prefer to use it than using online wallets or an exchange to store their coins. I have a hardware wallet that I bought last 2 years ago. All of my coins are in there because I know that I'm the only one who have access to it.
in security, hardware wallet is the best reference because in management only you can do it without any other part and you are responsible for securing your wallet in accessing, checking data and backing up data. and if you want to use a third party wallet you should use a wallet that has high security and trust
I have a trezor and I store most of my funds there. In terms of security I am sure that there are no hackers who can get my funds there. I only trust myself in terms of securing my private keys and even my family doesn't know about it.
703  Economy / Economics / Re: BEEN IN THIS GAME FOR 6 YEARS on: October 29, 2019, 02:56:39 PM
There are many people right now who complain too much because the price of bitcoin is still down. They do not understand why is it happening, the price of bitcoin is below 200 moving average so it can be considered that it is still in bearish market where the selling pressure is really high and it makes sense that the price of the bitcoin is still cheap.
still need time for Bitcoin to be at a higher level than this, some experts have given a statement that Bitcoin will be like gold, and that makes Bitcoin very popular,
especially now that several state governments have also supported it, this will be an interesting storyline for Bitcoin
Bitcoin is good in terms of mode of payment. Like what you said, there are now government whonare favor to use bitcoin in their economy. There is a research about how will bitcoin can solve different economical problems.
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your opinion about this investment strategy on: October 29, 2019, 02:23:09 PM
An entirely list cannot all bring profit, most especially the altcoins on the list. Bitcoin in long term is more viable than any altcoin that is invested in. Although, there are some other altcoins I feel should be added. Not so many people are aware of the utmost potential that BCH has. The same is also applicable to ETH.
Your diversification is not good because you allocate your money in so many altcoins. It is better if you will only buy altcoins that you can manage. The potential reward that you can get from that kind of investment strategy is low.
705  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: October 29, 2019, 06:44:01 AM
Having knowledge about risk management can help us to handle our portfolios better. It is true that taking big risks can result big also but not always like that, you should know what are the risks first and tell yourself if you can handle it; if you cannot handle it then it is better to not make that.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: October 28, 2019, 11:38:10 PM
New wallets have the most low security at all. Most of the users of these kinds of wallets are losing their funds because of the low security. You should always pick hardware wallet in terms of storing your coins in a long period of time.
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: October 28, 2019, 07:36:47 AM
The investors first need to ask this question to themselves - out of the thousands of cryptocurrencies out there, how many of them are suitable for long-term holding? I have seen coins which once ranked among the top-10 list in coinmarketcap losing as much as 98% or 99% of their value in less than 12 months (a perfect example is that of Cardano).

Only coins that are assured of continued development are suitable for long term holding. And this is especially problematic, as very few coins would qualify under this criteria. Even Ethereum is facing a lot of issues right now, as the development has slowed down and the users are facing a lot of issues due to bugs. The rolling out of Ethereum 2.0 has been postponed multiple times (the last time I heard, they are targeting Q4 2019, which once again sounds unrealistic).
Long term investment is not easy as you they think, it requires a lot of studying and analyzing before you can do a successful long term investment. Most of the cryptocurrencies have a negative ROI and have a average of -99%. It is better if we will buy potential good coins if you will do long term investment.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: October 26, 2019, 02:19:37 PM
I read the thread and most of the answer is trading! Yes it is true that trading is really a good method of growing your altcoins. But not all of the times you can win, there are risks in trading and there is not trader even he/she is professional that are not experiencing losses.
Sure thing inside trading,it's not everyday win whenever you make your position, a lots of people loves doing this activities in hope that they can make a good executions and earned from this venue of investment.

If you have time and you can do more effort to make good research before taking any action. Continue being optimistic and even you loses your position you can get back if you continue to try harder.
Trading is simple but it is not easy. Simple and easy are both different terms, it is simple where you can buy low and sell high in order to make a profit. It is not easy in the way of executing the trade and also the plan that you should do.
You need create a plan where you can have a bias. Do not trade a coin that you didn't yet study and you do not created a plan. There is a high chance of getting high rewards if you have plan before you trade a certain cryptocurrency.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin to invest excluding ETH on: October 26, 2019, 01:31:59 PM
very difficult if looking for a new coin of high quality and has a price below 1 USD, maybe I can suggest Cardano or XRP or maybe TRX, but all three coins are old coins, if there are new projects there might be good ones, but investor interest is a bit useless, the price will fall,
better to look for old coins whose price is under 1 usd, because the demand in the market is clear and a lot.
It is better to buy altcoins that are belong in the highest market capitalization in the market like EOS, Bitcoin SV, BNB coin and also Litecoin. You can build a good portfolio if you have these coins.
I have bags of altcoins and it includes Stellar, TRON, Cardano, XRP and Bitcoin cash. Those coins that I mentioned have potential in the market and that's why I keep holding. There are now signs of market reversal today.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be used in Money laundering and Terrorism? on: October 25, 2019, 10:42:31 AM
I think it is now happening in our world. Because of the decentralized characteristics of cryptocurrencies, criminals and person who doing bad are using this opportunity for them to make transaction safely.
711  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: October 24, 2019, 10:46:41 AM
Investments are better than savings, investing can help us to beat inflation while savings cannot. It is better to invest because our money is continuing to grow while in savings, our money are continuing to depreciate because of inflation.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BNB the Next Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2019, 09:57:01 AM
While the whole market of cryptocurrency has had a solid 2019, one coin specifically has triggered up to 300 percent gains since the beginning of the year. Binance Coin (BNB), the official currency of to the world's top ranked crypto exchange by volume, has outpaced both Bitcoin and the market with its huge increases in the course of the most recent month. Given how Binance Coin has, to some degree, taken over the market surge, Is BNB the new Bitcoin?
Now domination is still in the bitcoin market, I agree with BNB's coin growth, but BNB is still BNB. bitcoin remains irreplaceable, even if bad growth or value falls and binance coins are still alternative coins. BNB who developed blockchain technology with their concept cannot become bitcoin, if comparing markets is not easy because the market moves irregularly.
The dominance of the bitcoin is so high, it is impossible to take over the bitcoin by altcoins. BNB is a good token but it cannot surpasses the bitcoin. Bitcoin is still have the highest demand in the market and it is the reason why its price is now so high.
713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Selection of coins, your thoughts? on: October 22, 2019, 10:13:30 AM
I only buying a altcoin where I have a bias which means I have a trading strategies that I can use. Your selection of altcoins is not bad but you have also strategy in order to increase your profit.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN ETHEREUM KEEPS DISAPPOINTING on: October 22, 2019, 09:41:21 AM
It is your own fault why you lose your money while holding ethereum. It is better if you have stop loss strategy where you can minimize your losses. It is not good to hold coins in a long time if its trend is in bearish.
715  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does trading fees really matter ? on: October 22, 2019, 07:40:54 AM
Most of the exchanges have a minimal trading fees of about 0.25%
I see many people discussing trading fees here and there and that how high the trading fees is.
Does 0.25% really make a huge difference if you are earning at least more than 2% ?

People are trading cryptocurrencies for profits. While trading people are earning profits from 1-2% upwards and sometimes even lose some money as well. If people are earning 1-2% in profits why not consider the trading fees because the higher the trading fees the less money people can make. Trading fees really matters Cool
Our profit also depends on trading fees. Yes, we need to consider this important cause it affects our ends. This is why trading must look and often to used those trading platforms that could provide them lower-cost fees and giving a more favorable price to their traders. If we are a smart trader we know that kind scenario and making a sense that we are just to gain profit and not just for fees.
I'm a practical trader so I consider the trading fees when I using an exchange. There are exchanges that have high fees and I avoiding it for me to minimize my expenses.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: October 22, 2019, 06:51:26 AM
I have a good portfolio where I hold most of profitable cryptocurrencies like bitcoins, ethereums and xrp.  Having  good can in our portfolio can less the risks that we are facing and increase the possibility of increasing our investment.
For us to create solid portfolio, we should pick altcoins that belong in the top 20 cryptocurrencies in the coinmarketcap.com. Those top 20 cryptocurrencies are the most highest market participants in the market so it is good if we have coins in our portfolio.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: October 21, 2019, 06:16:46 AM
According the report in the article https://medium.com/@sherwin.dowlat/ico-quality-development-trading-e4fef28df04f more or less 81% ICO turned out scams. This is data from 2018 year but to be honest trend is predictable.
Higher percentage of ICO scam above 81% ICOs project listed or not on exchange market are scam, some ICO scam without listing with exchange market and woner have run away without give feed back for investor to get profit, almost ICOs project scam by listing with shit exchange and have lower price than ICOs. How long you hold ICOs coins price still down and never touch how price on ICO time.
Low volume altcoins can be considered as scam altcoins. There is no market participants and it is the reason why we should never buy altcoins that you think a scam. The result of our wrong decisions is a loss.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: October 21, 2019, 03:32:10 AM
Buying in IEOs can help us to save more money because of bonuses. There are still people who increasing their capital through ICO investments but we should be careful in choosing project.
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: October 21, 2019, 02:30:03 AM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.
If you are newbie in the trading world,  it is better to invest small capital for you to not lose big amount of money. Practicing and studying  will help you to become a profitable trader.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date on: October 20, 2019, 01:39:44 PM
They are newbies and it is one of the factors why they lose their private keys. When I was newbie, I always double thinking about my decisions for me to protect my funds from scammers and hackers.
