"Japan: No Bitcoin Tax, Thousands of Stores to Accept the Cryptocurrency"

article published July, 5, 2017
https://edgylabs.com/2017/07/05/japan-no-bitcoin-tax-stores-accept-cryptocurrency/

"AirRegi is a widely used, tablet-based point-of-sale app in Japan. Currently, around 260,000 establishments, stores, and commercial facilities use this proprietary app to accept payments from their clients."

It makes sense that a transition to accept bitcoin would be underway for more US-based stores.
Next ten years I think. There are now many stores that are accepting bitcoin as a daily payment. Like in Japan. The Japan nowadays are using bitcoins as their daily payment and it seems that some businesses there are going to use bitcoins also.

1224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins good for trading? on: September 27, 2017, 09:41:36 AM
I wanna try trading but I don't know what coin to buy so that I could start with my trading. Can anybody help me and give me information on which tokens to invest in. Thank you.
Invest your money to the ETH. ETH is now very popular in the cryptocurrency world. It seems that it will become more stronger in the following years. Try to invest partial of your money.
1225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to increase BTC? on: September 27, 2017, 09:04:10 AM
Hey guys.

How can I increase my bitcoin money? I am a bit curious to those people who can easily make money “btc” grow fast. How do they it correctly?
Can I ask a bit of advice on how to manage it like what you do?
Of course I know many people here want to know too.

Maybe it is good to share a little of it. It would be great if we grow together.

Try to do mining. For sure that you can increase your bitcoin very much or just try trading, trading is also profitable job in the cryptocurrency. You can earn many bitcoins but trading is not easy.
1226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: September 27, 2017, 02:53:04 AM
Yesterday I just lost 1.8k USD, maybe in USA or in West Europe that's doesn't much, but here in my shitty country that's a f* big amount of money. Here the minimum wage is ~ 300 USD / month. So that's like 6 month of work if I cut my bread and water and live on air. Half of my saving were other investments, but anyways... I'm feeling shitty right now. Oh, and I break my laptop. So yeah, that's another - 500 usd.

I though I can trade. Buy low, sell high. Sounds good, doesn't work.

Looking at the charts and candle sticks and watching old bitcoin values, and huge spikes (pump, I saw here how people uses the pump word, daaaamn...) I was... yeah, I can totally do that. I'll just buy when it's low, and sell it when it reaches the top. Well, I was wrong. You can't see the future, otherwise everyone would be a millionaire. That would be true if you would have a delorean from '85 with Emmett Brown and Marty Mcfly and you could f* travel in future and see the PUMPS!!!1

So anyone who will read this message (noobs like me) if you don't have any trading experience, don't do it. There are expert traders who know how this market works, when to buy and when to sell. Don't assume your skills by watching youtube videos and reading "daily indexes and predictions" of how the price will rise or go down by shitty sites. That's just dumb. You don't know what's gonna happen. Maybe a little bit of luck, or I don't know.

So yeah, from now on, I'll just leave the trading area for experts and I will invest in bitcoin by buying every 2 week or monthly and saving into my wallet. And one day (I hope so) the price will rise and I will buy for my self a delorean.

Cheers!
If you don't have a good plan, for sure you will lose in the trading. We must have always plan beforr trading and also we must have a wise/good decision for use to earn money in trading.
1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: September 26, 2017, 11:47:11 PM
Why use Bitcoins ?

I keep seeing threads on “why don't people” ? The real question to me is Why would they ?

-The average consumer will go way out of their way to save money. Bitcoins cost more.
-The average consumer will usually pay a little extra to have convenience. Bitcoin is less convenience and more hoops and complications.

I just cannot see any reason for the average consumer to use Bitcoins. Until average consumers start using Bitcoins they will just be an experiment and a small speculative bubble.

I have my personal reasons, I am interested Bitcoins them as a tech person, speculative investor and person that follows evolving treads and markets. I am just struggling to see any.. benefits for the average consumer at this stage.
We should use bitcoins because it is our future money and also bitcoins created many jobs for us. Bitcoins is the best way for us to become rich person. We should use bitcoins in our daily lives.
1228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regarding China on: September 26, 2017, 05:54:42 AM
Nice opinion but i think china is the largest bitcoin miners country but they cant stop its price going to the moon or getting dump because it depends on supply and demands and mostly the world is moving on digital world like crypto currency so it will be more valuable currency in future.
I agree , china is indeed one of the top countries that uses bitcoin and yet there the one whom considered that bitcoin is decentralizing and lowering its value. They are not the ones who control the value of bitcoin and other coins that is part of the bitcoin industry.
1229  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I do ? Your suggestions please. on: September 26, 2017, 02:51:00 AM
I thought that there was an instantaneous decrease in ethereum with bitcoin.and after these events I thought of as a momentary decrease, I got 50 ethereum  from 260 dollars. I can not decide what to do with certain levels. Of course, it is not right to make sales like this.my mind came up with the idea of joining an ico or a going ico as an idea. I thought maybe I could save the damage in this way, but I'm not quite sure. what should i do to you? Should not I?I've been loss since the day. I do not want to loss any more, but I can not find a solution. I am delighted to share your ideas in this regard.

Its your choice and you do have the decision if you can able to take the risk on joining ICO but in my point I wont join as of the current state on where News is everywhere specially on ICO banning we cant really assure if those ETH we do have would able to recover or would lose even more.If you are on hesitation or doesn't sure on joining ICO then its better to hold off your eth than to possibly waste those amounts even more.
It is true that is risky in joining in different ICO because some of the ICO's today are now scam. The real reason why ICO is created because all of the developers and creators want to become rich.
1230  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 26, 2017, 01:57:42 AM
If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?

Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage.  Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm.  On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
One of my dreams to the bitcoin is to buy a house. I know that we can buy a house by working hard to day. Bitcoin is created for us to have a bright future and become rich person.
1231  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Best investment in 2017? on: September 26, 2017, 01:13:57 AM
Well you forgot one thing dude. It is now almost at the price range of diamond, 1 carat of diamond.

Investing in bitcoin is for long term. Because the price of it is increasing up to the point of comparing it to the price of 1 carat of diamond. So its really worth to invest it now and its never to late. By the next couple of years bitcoin might be reaching the 2-3K USD or more. And mass adoption is also there so its better to invest in bitcoin because its gonna be worth in long term.
If you want to be among The richest people on earth before 2020 then buy bitcoins now and hold. The way price is pumping up this days I think very soon maybe some where before the end of 2017 bitcoin might be trading above $2000. May the gods of bitcoin be among us.
Many people prove that bitcoin can be the reason for us to become successful person. We must invest our money to bitcoin because for sure the price will become $10,000 and above.
1232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is mining and TRADING THE SAME on: September 25, 2017, 10:53:32 AM
Do I need a lot of GPU for trading like mining? And mining and trading is different right. So How will I learn buying a PC? because I only got my laptop here no desktop. Which is the easiest way to earn? Mine or trade?
It is really different. Mining and trading are not same. But both of them are risky because you need to start big capital in order to do trading and mining. I prefer to you just try to trade.
1233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I invest (safely) in Bitcoin for the long term? on: September 25, 2017, 01:08:31 AM
Today price of bitcoin is 3800 dollars so if you want to buy bitcoin now you can do itm but invest only you can afford to lose . Bitcoin is good for longterm and for sure if you hold bitcoin for few years you can earn a lot of profit because maybe next month the price become 5k dollars and it will continue to increase again. You can store your bitcoin in coinbase they  base on Us dolllars and this wallet is very safe.

Coinbase has major security issues. Trading is difficult enough. Hackers stealing your Bitcoins on a daily basis is too much for me.

I have just finished reading the article in Fortune.com (Hacking Coinbase: The Great Bitcoin Bank Robbery)
http://fortune.com/2017/08/22/bitcoin-coinbase-hack/

Coinbase was successfully hacked 30 times in a month. That is an average of once a day.

i have been Googling Coinbase.  They are having appalling reviews about not paying customers, blocking access to their accounts, and not responding at all to emails or phone calls etc.

Some customers are saying that any big deposits are blocked from withdrawals and then the customers are blocked from accessing their accounts.

No Coinbase for me

What the hell I supposed that is the last exchange that will be hacked, I'm afraid if coins.ph also will be a victim of that hackers or they will turn a hackers themselves, at any rate this will not solve the issue I think it is better to just save your BTC for a really long term like holding 10BTC in 14 years and exchange it someday when the exchange is righteous.
Well you may be right. But I think this will not be an easy job to do. For me, buying the Bitcoins and keeping them in my wallet is the best way to hold the coins for the long term. I think your coins will be safe and sound in your own wallet. Just wait for the right time and sell your Bitcoins to have desired amount of profit.
I store my bitcoins in online wallet (coins.ph). All of my bitcoins are in there and I know that it is safe because it is very trusted wallets. I can easily cash out and convet my bitcoins to fiat money because of that wallet.
1234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for Taxi on: September 24, 2017, 12:30:43 PM
I think it would be great if you could pay your Taxi-drive with Bitcoin! U agree with me?
I hope that many business will accept the bitcoin as payment. I want that my country to become like Japan because in Japan 100,000 + of  are now using bitcoin as payment.
1235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin mining becomes illegal world wide? on: September 24, 2017, 10:43:38 AM
Will that be an end of bitcoin? If all mining operations becomes illegal all over the world. Why authorities are against bitcoin mining?

Lets discuss
If the bitcoin becomes illegal worldwide the value of the will extremely go down. But I think it will not happen because many governmentsin the world are now legalizing the bitcoin.
1236  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: September 24, 2017, 08:34:29 AM

Today many countries accept bitcoin as a virtual currency, is it because bitcoin is so high that they think bitcoin can change the country's economy, or because the country has many bitcoin users already?
Maybe, Bitcoin is like a gold. The economy of the country is depend to how many golds/money are in there. I think bitcoin can improve the economy of every country. It is true that many country that have bitcoin users already.
1237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: September 24, 2017, 05:03:52 AM
Hello, as we all know that Bitcoin is heading straight to the moon. Me, as an employee, do also invest with this cryptocurrency, and I kinda need to divide all of my salary for my needs, and on how much should I invest in? Let's talk about percentage. Anyone?
When I invested my money in the trading, I divide my money in to two for me to invest both in bitcoins and altcoins. I know that both them are profitable so I divide my salary. I think the best percentage is 50%-50%.
1238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better investement right now, bitcoins or Altcoins. on: September 23, 2017, 09:05:42 AM
If I planned on buying some coins today. Which would be the better long term investment, and why?

Bitcoin is very good for long term investment because it's more stable compared with altcoins and tokens. There are also some promising altcoins which could give you more profit than bitcoin. The problem here is finding the right altcoin because there are tons of them out there. If you want to be in more safe side, you can choose bitcoin or you can diversify your money into bitcoin and nice altcoins like ethereum, waves etc.
It seems that you are correct because the bitcoin is very good investment in long term investing because the bitcoin is continuing to become more powerful and it will become more popular worldwide.
1239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: September 20, 2017, 09:22:20 AM
Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!
I think they are. Banks are really afraid to the cryptocurrencies. That's why they declare war against bitcoin. I know that they will lose many money if the bitcoin became more popular.
1240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency? on: September 20, 2017, 08:51:30 AM
would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency?
assume that you're living there and get paid also in bitcoin. do you think it's possible to live in a country when one day the currency go up or down in 20%?
Yeah of course I will live in that country. That is one of my dream, to live in the country that use bitcoin as official currency. I know that my dream will come. It is now near to us. The bitcoin will now use by all citizen all over the world.
