1121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: February 19, 2018, 02:35:49 PM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.
Of course! Whitepaper is very important so I am reading the whitepaper of a specific project for me to know if the project have a good plan. There is some of ICO's have good whitepaper but not promising project. Be carefully when you are investing your money because there is possibility that you can lose your money.
1122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 2 altcoins to invest in NOW. on: February 19, 2018, 01:40:00 PM
The reason why investors are keep investing in different ICO's because of the profit that they can get. ICO's are really good way to grow your money, but there is something that you should consider about ICO's. There are ICO's that are scam so be careful if you will invest your money in ICO's.
1123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: February 16, 2018, 12:29:50 PM
Avoid, new precedent trying to be set, the more people the give in, then you'll have to give you info out for every single airdropped/bounty out there.
It's very dangerous for you to trust these non-reputable individuals with your information and for the future of cryptos as a whole, yet no one is discussing this.

You can blame Polymath for this, they don't want to work harder filter to filter puppets, so instead they want your ID.

Edit: There is probably nothing we can do to stop this, because the vast majority of people trying to do airdrops are very likely to hand over their info without a second thought. This has major repercussions, some of the worst repercussions we will see ever in crypto.

The best thing you can do if you're reading this, is to not give in to these new information whores, who are more than likely to flip your IDs on the darkweb for a profit.
You are correct. You should avoid projects that requires KYC because they can use your identification in bad way. If you want your identification not be use by other people, it is better if you will not join in airdrops our different campaign that needs your I.D.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: Positive thinking brings positive things. on: February 16, 2018, 04:52:53 AM
Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.
Positive thinking can help us to make better decisions. I always thinking positive because I know it can help me to control my emotion and my self. I can focus and I can make wise plan by always thinking positive.
1125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: should i buy btc now or sell? on: February 15, 2018, 07:13:09 AM
hallo guys, i am new to trading btc. and days before the bitcoin gold fork, i was advice to sell my btc (which i did) because it was suspected to drop in price few days to come. But surprisingly, from then till this very moment, btc has been on a continuous rise. now btc is at $7000+ and we are getting close to the next fork in mid-nov. DO YOU GUYS ADVICE I BUY BACK BTC AT THIS CURRENT PRICE OR WAIT for a possible drop in price?
You should wait. The best time to sell our bitcoin if the price of the bitcoin reach $20,000 per each. The current price of bitcoin is $9700 per each and it seems that it continuing to rise up. For me, this time is still the time that we must buy bitcoins.
1126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin on: February 15, 2018, 06:12:35 AM
I am sure everyone is aware about the rise of altcoins like ETH and Litecoin so I just want to know expert's opinion whether to invest in bitcoin or altcoins as the price of bitcoin is too high now for an individual to invest into it ? Do you think these altcoins will survive and pump just like bitcoin or its better to stick to bitcoin ?
Bitcoin is the most potential coin in the cryprocurrency. For me it is the best investment, but there are also altcoin investment that are profitable like ethereum, ripple and monero. Just stick to promising altcoins for you to earn profit.
1127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to preditct coin price? on: February 15, 2018, 03:28:05 AM
i really don't understand how the price increase or decrease?i saw that price coin changes randomly. If anyone help to know trading,I will be very grateful.
That is the question that most of the traders are asking. The reason why trading became a hard job because some of the traders can't predict what will happen to the coin. Try to research in the internet where you can use strategy for you to predict the price of the coin.
1128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in bitcoin if you don't know anything about it on: February 14, 2018, 05:47:28 AM

Bitcoin is a global craze. Even farmers, students, the older, housewives ... who are don’t know what is blockchain also buy bitcoin. Because there are so many new investors investing in it in the hope of making a big profit. But actually that is not investing that is gambling.  Roll Eyes
I do not prevent you investing to make money but invest wisely. Especially do not put all the property into bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Hope people do not blindly participate in this gamble. Grin
Many people want to make investment to bitcoin even they don't have enough knowledge about bitcoins. I think it is the reason why many people are experiencing scammed because they don't know what aos the investment that they are doing.
1129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: February 13, 2018, 02:30:02 PM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin
I saw my friend that he is busy searching about bitcoins. I ask him why he is searching about bitcoins. He explain to me what it bitcoin and what bitcoin can do. I became interested because I saw my friend that he is generating big amount of money because of bitcoins.
1130  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: February 13, 2018, 09:05:28 AM
The lack of financial education in general is a worrying problem. We teach students about literature, maths, science, ... and we tell them that those are the things they need to know in life. Yet usually, the largest single expense they will have on their lives is a house, and that normally comes with a mortgage. Yet, only a few schools will tell them what should they be expecting, the risks and the consequences of such a contract.

Bitcoin and alts is another case in which people are carefully kept in ignorance by the governments and lobbies.

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?
We really need social institutions like the sector of educational institution. There are still many people in our society that are not attenting in schools and universities. I think the government should focus on creating more schools for many people who are not yet have enough knowledge.
1131  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we totally eliminate all the banks in this world? on: February 13, 2018, 07:13:55 AM
What is the future of cryptocurrencies when all the government need to do is to close the bank accounts of businesses or exchange?

https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-businesses-face-bank-account-closures-in-singapore/
Bank is one of the financial institutions in our society. Banks have many purposes and many benefits to our society. Banks will never disappear even the bitcoin become more popular.
1132  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: February 13, 2018, 12:13:20 AM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.
You must buy first your needs than your wants. You can save a lot of money if you will allocate your money properly. You should create a wise plan for you to manage your money properly. I prefer to you to do not spend your money so much for you to save your money properly.
1133  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade - Which is Better? on: February 12, 2018, 03:06:36 PM
Having seen the massive rise of cryptocurrency prices in the previous year, I have seen that if one gets a coin at the right time and holds it before the prices pumps up, there would be huge gains. But then, the frequent bearish attitudes of the markets also affords one some gains.
Among these two strategies, which is better and which d you recommend?
50% of my coins are good for holding and the another 50% of my coins are good for day trading. It depends on your coins if it is profitable in day trading or it is profitable by doing long term investment.
1134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: February 12, 2018, 07:32:34 AM

1135  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: February 12, 2018, 06:02:12 AM
Hi all,
I have a really simple question or so seems to me cause i am a crypto noob.
I really do not understand why almost everybody suggest to hold when there is a dip or correction.

With my simple noob logic i think that when there is a dip someone could sell at the start of the dip or do something else (e.g. buy tether y i know the rumors or something similar anyway) and then buy again later when the correction has stop or decrease.

Obviously no one knows when there is a many days dip and when it will end in order to buy but even so one can save much money just for sell and buy in between even without predict the absolute start and end of a dip.

I hold as everyone suggests but i now realise that if i had sell even a couple days before even yesterday-and not right after the start of the dip and buy lets say now i would have save a bunch of money relatively with what i am doing now which is hold.

I really must be missing something since i am crypto noob orelse i cannot explain why everyone suggest hold while i fear that real pros are doing the oppossite.

I would like to ask only experienced people who know what they are talking about to give their opinions cause i am fed up reading pseudo crypto pros everywhere around. I bet many of you understand what i mean. Everybody has become a crypto pro . Well i am a crypto noob and i need your heads up.

Thank you for your time reading this and excuse my lame English.

Regards.
The term HODL existed because many people became rich by holding bitcoins. The bitcoin is becoming more valuable so all of the people are prefer to hold their bitcoins.
1136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: February 09, 2018, 03:12:58 PM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
I will not sell my house for bitcoins. Think about it, where you will go if you will sell your house for bitcoins? You should consider all of the risk by doing bitcoin investment. You should focus first on your basic needs and not on wants.
1137  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 07, 2018, 08:40:02 AM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
I will choose bitcoin than gold because I know that the value of the bitcoin will increase more. I know that people will choose gold than bitcoins if they are not aware to what is bitcoins.
1138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: February 07, 2018, 07:46:44 AM
For me, people who quits in cryptocurrency market are losers. I prefer to you to not quit in trading because trading can make you rich. You can overcome all of your loses if you will continue to become trading.
1139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: February 07, 2018, 04:41:45 AM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.
All of successful traders and investors have the characteristic of risk taker. They are always positive so they don't have fear to lose their money. We should become a risk taker for us to overcome our fear of losing money.
1140  Other / Off-topic / Re: How Bitcoin Can Change The World? on: February 06, 2018, 02:25:44 PM
How Bitcoin Can Change The World?
Bitcoin can change the economic system. I am sure that many people will use digital money as their daily payments. Cashless society is one of the goal of the bitcoin. There are big possibilities that cashless society will happen because bitcoin is becoming more popular than before.
