Well, i don't believe that ripple will be the global currency in the future but i strongly believe that its value will appreciate significantly in the nearest future. Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? Op, the best decision to take at a time like this up to you as to whether you should sell or keep holding your coins. It is better to learn from other people's mistake and not yours because once you learn from your own mistake you have failed already so try to learn from other people's mistake and not yours. It is said that we can make money in trading when the market is up as well as when the market is down. Right now, the cryptocurrency market is experiencing a big bloodbath (though there might have been bigger ones before) where some are estimating that we lost around 40% of the market value so far. Though I personally believe that this is just temporary and very historical (it happened in the past on the same period), it is still sad to see what we have already gained just wipe out in some hours and days. This is just the way with cryptocurrency market...
Under this dire situation, are you still trading or you are pausing for a while just waiting for the right timing when to buy coins and tokens again?
I Believe that majority of rational investors and traders will buy more coins and tokens as a result of the low in their market value which was as a result of bad news coming from North Korea on crypto currency exchange. Well, at the moment my Bitcoin dollar's is depreciating and i have full hope that the value will appreciate in time to come. Am not loosing money at the moment because i am not a panic seller because i believe in Bitcoin that value will bounce back from this current decline as a result of North Korea and China FUD. It is only people who sell at lost that will be counting their lost and not because Bitcoin and altcoins value are depreciating in dollar value. |

Well, 2017 was not just only for Bitcoin alone but other altcoins such as ethereum and so many other altcoins had the fair share of the same success story to tell about 2017. Although we all believe that 2018 will be better as we have seeing from the beginning of this January. Who ever become millionaire through Bitcoin or crypto currency investment deserves it because i refer to them as real risk takers. They are not afriad of the negative outcome on their investment in Bitcoin and altcoins and they invest their money with the hope that Bitcoin will grow to its current market value is something that they deserve from their investment. Some time those people who know more about economy or business use to be afraid investing like Bitcoin or crypto currency in general. |

Op, you sound greedy because crypto currency is some thing that you keep holding forever for reason been that its value will continue to increase day after day except if you don't have much financial responsible to take care of at any point in time soon. Some of my friends who invested in some business opportunities and hold on to the investment longer than necessary lost the whole of their money as a result. I have seen so many alt coins that were cheaper and I was holding on to ETH thinking it will pave out. I wish i bought altcoins with it as that would got me some profits.

I was watching VERGE xvg recently when it was less than 1 cent. today it is 25 cents. I wish that I had invested in it when My gut instincts was for it.
