One cannot complete say holding crypto currency is not good because a lot of people has made huge sum of money from holding their coins over a period of time while others must have lost while holding at a wrong time. For me, the time to buy and hold for a period of time is now.

Keep holding your ethereum and if possible you even buy more since ethereum market value is very cheap at the moment for there is hope for ethereum to recover from the current downward trend in the future. Am in the situation with you mate as I can't afford selling at lost particularly at this current market value of ethereum.

Trading Forex, crypto currency and stock exchange require  a sound knowledge of what influence their movement in both upward and downward direction. I Have seeing people who have reasonable amount of money from trading via the above mentioned and there are so many other people who have lost reasonable percentage of their capital via Forex, crypto and stock exchange trading.

Well I don't see those levels as the real bottom because there maybe further decline as many will sell cheap for just out of panic which will contribute to further decline in the market value of Bitcoin and other altcoins within this period.

It will need some thing extraordinary to happen in the crypto currency market, just like the way it happen late last year. Although, it will be difficult at this time for such a thing to happen reason being that, so many people bought Bitcoin when when its market value was so high, and any little increase in value now, Bitcoin hplders will prefer to sell than to buy. And is only buying orders will contribute to further increase in Bitcoin value.

I have been holding some amount of ethereum since its peak of about  $1,400 late last year till date. I accept the fact that holding for that long period of time was not a rational investment decision considering the fundamental issues surrounding my investment plan. My decision would have been rational only if I sell half of my investment in ethereum at the time its value appreciate to around  $1,400. Now ethereum market value is below  $200 as at the time of this post. Fellow crypto ethusians, will ethereum value ever return to the peak of  $1,400?

I  feel your pain man! Although in every investment decision one has to have it behind his/her mind that there is a probability of losing your capital. And I see you as one of those who buy Bitcoin when prices are going up when you suppose to buy when price are on the downward direction, then sell when price are going up and not to sell when price are going downward.

Yes of course, positive news always affect Bitcoin price positively and we have seeing it happen last year and i believe that it will continue to happen in the future. Although, there are other factors that usually affect Bitcoin price positively which may not be in the news stream.

If you to sell your Bitcoin at the this time that the its value is on the decline direction, you will still be at profit base on the fact you bought your Bitcoin when its market value was below  $3,000 and you have already sold half of your holding at its peak value late last year.

Despite the fact that anything can happen in crypto currency market, the market value of Bitcoin reaching  $24,000 might be difficult this year because of the set back Bitcoin has experience in recent time of the year.

Op, you can only lose your money when you sell at the current market value of Bitcoin, but if you continue holding, i believe some day to come the market value of Bitcoin and other altcoins will bounce back from the downward movement at the moment.

There is no doubt,  this is the right time for every  rational investors to buy ethereum at a cheaper rate. So many will be affriad of buying ethereum at this point in time because, many are of the believe that it might not recover from this current downward trend and this is because, they have forgotten so quick that ethereum value was far below its ICO price some time before it went to the pick of about  $1500  in December last year. So, in my opinion I will encourage everyone to invest in ethereum at this point.

It  will only happen when most government of the world appreciate and adopt Bitcoin and crypto currency in general as the means of exchange for goods and services. In addition, the stablility of the market value of Bitcoin and other altcoins is another major factors that may lead to massive adoption by the government and private institutions.

The importance of economics cut across all section of the society in the world and it will good for everyone to little knowledge of basic economics as its important in uour effective decision making cannot be over emphasize.

Well, to identify scam crypto related project it is some thing difficult because many of them have a good whitepaper though they have a very bad intention against investors who must have trust the project base on the quality of their whitepaper.

I sell most of my Tokens mainly because study has it that after the lunch on the exchange there is high probability that their market value will decrease significantly as compared to what there value was during the ICO. Although not just study but I have learn a had lesson from holding Tokens for a long period of time in the recent time, and that is my reason for selling my Tokens.  

Well, no one know the total amount of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto is holding is his wallet and even if he decided to sell some amount of the Bitcoin in his possession, it will be very difficult for any of us here to know.
