This is a concern, they are also currently having a little difficulty improving their current defense even though the target productivity for attack is quite good but their defense is still a little weak at the moment.
Milan are still the favorites but that doesn't mean they will win easily in their current situation and Pioli still has to prove his worth.
Excellence on paper does not guarantee the final result of the match, sometimes the final result of the match will be very different from what we see from their overall statistics. AC Milan won't win easily in this match, but they have more enthusiasm to catch up with Napoli. This is a big chance for them before facing a stronger club than Salernitana.
They are 8 points behind Napoli. If they win this match then the distance will be even less by leaving only 5 points. Moreover, Napoli also got a very tough opponent now, namely Inter Milan.
As I said before, it's a little difficult for them, especially seeing their actual game, if you say a little monotonous, in my opinion.
Salernitana are not really a strong team but they are always a pain sometimes but Milan have to get through this no matter what they need to win.
Their points are already far enough behind Napoli and they are still very likely to be overtaken by Juventus.

It was a clear victory by Manchester City indeed. They completely deserved this 3-1 win.

The first half was under the control of them completely. Leeds started to find more chances in the second half but this didn't prevent Manchester City from winning this game comfortably. Haaland was again superb with his 2-goal performance. He is giving his 100% for the team no matter what tournament they are playing in. He is just focused on his game to do always better. He has scored 20 goals in the league already.
Actually I quite like the Leeds defense in the first half because they were still quite good before finally Manchester City were able to score a goal in the final minutes of the first half but for the second half they made many mistakes themselves, especially for City's second goal, it was a fatal passing mistake I think.
Manchester City don't want Arsenal to be comfortable and stick with this win.

20 minutes of running time, the match already belonged to Manchester United thanks to a goal from Rasfford. It's great to see them with the advantage of possession and 1 goal at the moment because maybe this will make them more confident to play the match now.
Varane, who was said to have not been able to play the day before, turned out to be back and in the squad while Martinez was still not there even on the bench.

The last 3 matches of Salernitana before the world cup break didn't go well, but seeing Milan's condition in attack, this is a bit of a consideration.
In plain view, this is an easy match, it should be just that with some of Milan's current conditions that are not very good, of course this is a bit of a real problem for them. As I said in a number of previous posts, even if Milan wins, it will only be a narrow win.

Bottom teams can be a problem for AC Milan. I often see blunders made by Milan when dealing with lower teams. I don't know what caused this. If Milan repeated the mistake, while Napoli could win the mtch, then the gap in points would widen and this would not be good for Milan. After that, maybe Milan will compete for the second positions with Juventus not for title again, because it will be more hard for Milan.
This is a concern, they are also currently having a little difficulty improving their current defense even though the target productivity for attack is quite good but their defense is still a little weak at the moment.
Milan are still the favorites but that doesn't mean they will win easily in their current situation and Pioli still has to prove his worth.

Manchester United will host Nottingham, for ten Hag it should be an easy opponent, so I think that Manchester United will score two or more goals and expect a goal from Rashford.

Nottingham is not a very weak team and playing against manchester united I think that Nottingham even has a good chance of winning or drawing in this game, manchester united has bet a lot on having a good defense, something very good, but their attack does not inspire me confidence, for this game I see manchester united with a 50% chance of winning the game, it will not be an easy game for manchester united

Seeing their status as a promoted team and their current position, this is actually still an advantage for Manchester United in any case because they are really far away now.
Even though there is a chance for Nottingham Forrest to be able to pick up points, I think this is a fairly small possibility, especially as Manchester United clearly want to get full points in the first match, especially when they play in Old Trafford.

As the defending champions so much is expected from them in the Champions league this season. Their success in the Champions league this season will depend on how much resistance they can show against any other opponent in the tournament this season begining from beating Liverpool in the next knockout round. This is a difficult task for Real Madrid and facing Liverpool for the third time I'm sure Liverpool will be looking for revenge this time.
Real Madrid always have the advantage when they meet Liverpool and the 2 times they have been in the final 2 times they have also beaten Liverpool.
Right now it's still fifty-fifty but with the condition that they are always ahead this can still be used as a reference and added value for them so they can continue to do the same thing to Liverpool even though this is indeed a difficult opponent but looking at last season Real Madrid also always faced tough opponent and they can overcome that.

Being in the champions league spot this season will be something very hard to attain this season in England,we now have a big six, probably a big seven or eight and no longer a big six, because so many teams have joined the elite teams.England is so tough and competitive, most teams dive in the transfer window to sign players in England, and that gives them an ample opportunity to challenge the elite teams in England.
Now we have Mancity,Liverpool,Arsenal,Chelsea,Manchester United, Tottenham, and now Newcastle. The later have surprised me this season, losing just one and drawing either four which makes them sit third on the league table. Qualifying for the champions league spot this season will be a hard nut to crack, and I'm sure with the way Newcastle are playing,I am optimistic they will qualify.
Newcastle have played very well this season but i have still doubt on them qualifying for the champions league. Despite the position that they sit currently now in the premier league table, i just feel that before the season is going to end i just feel like their are going to miss out on the champion league spot. The premier is about to kick off the second half of the season  today and Newcastle will be facing an inform Leicester side which will poss a big threat today for Newcastle to win. I think Newcastle and Leicester game is going to be a draw game today.
There are still quite a lot of games now and as for qualifying or not I think it's still a very good achievement for Newcastle this season to make a splash.
Even though there are many who still doubt Newcastle's current condition, but I think with their current performance, don't be too sure about their condition, they won't finish in the top 4 because the chances are still big, but even if it doesn't happen in the top 6, replacing Leicester's position, I think that's also very good for them.

Inter Milan's players are showing great skill and driving their team forward. And in a little while they have their next match. All Inter Milan players have already returned to training. They are planning very well for the next match, hopefully we will see a great Inter Milan in the next match.
I think you have to read more context because what I'm talking about now is not Inter Milan but AC Milan who will face Salernitana in their opening match after the long holiday.
I have no words for Inter right now even though they also actually have a lot of gaps that need to be fixed because the focus is still on AC Milan right now who is having a little trouble with his condition.

Facing the Salernitana won't be so easy for Milan, even if it's a very easy game for Milan on paper, they have to take into account injuries and few alternatives in the attack department. Salernitana plays well and is not afraid of the big teams, already shown against Juventus. For AC Milan, unfortunately, losing could be fatal and seeing the disadvantage stretch even further! on the other hand, however, there is a big match Inter vs Napoli and I think milan will be rooting for the cousins of inter

Even though this is quite a big loss, of course this should not be used as an excuse to make them feel that losing Gabriel is everything.
They still have some talented young players, and with their current compactness of course the hope is very big that this can be something good for them.
Hopefully someone can replace Gabriel's position properly later.
Arsenal will certainly make purchases of players strictly in this transfer market because Gabriel Jesus is one of the core players who is highly relied on while other players are not necessarily able to do that,
so it is certain that Arsenal will look for replacement players who have the same expertise as Gabriel Jesus.
But until now this kind of thing still looks cliché and there hasn't been any progress in this regard.
Let's hope Arteta can find the right players in this regard because it would be better if they move from now on.
The current condition is Nketiah and Martineli can still be used as options but Martineli is also needed in midfield as a second striker so I don't think there is a need to gamble with that and they have to put Martineli in a normal position.

Arsenal have improved even more by this season. They are fighting for the league title which they haven't been able to do for long years. Maybe they won't have Gabriel Jesus but I still expect them to maintain the same effort. It isn't the first match they didn't have his contribution to the team and they were still doing good those times as well.
Even though this is quite a big loss, of course this should not be used as an excuse to make them feel that losing Gabriel is everything.
They still have some talented young players, and with their current compactness of course the hope is very big that this can be something good for them.

That is very clear, because just being the host doesn't mean that Salernitana will be very favored in that match. Moreover, the opponent is AC Milan, which is currently in second place in the standings so it is clear that AC Milan is the favorite to win in that match and AC Milan itself also sees the match as an opportunity to get full points so that it can continue to follow Napoli's points which are currently in at the top of the Serie A standings this season.
But in this match even though Milan is the favorite but still in this case they won't be able to win easily.
Their current condition in attack is not going very well so this is quite difficult even though the opponent is Salernitana who incidentally is not too favorite in this match.
I think even if they win in the end it will only be a narrow win for Milan even if it could be a draw even in the first game after the break.

It is interesting to see that there are still people who think that it was all just luck about Real Madrid's Champions League title in the previous season.

How can you win the biggest title in Europe with only luck? Real Madrid played amazingly well as a team. The team performance and of course Benzema's impressive scoring skills were the most important factors in making it to the title. Of course I accept that there were some times they had really big difficulties. The Manchester City matchup would be the best example for this. Real Madrid were nearly being eliminated by them. But that comeback in the last moments is still unforgettable as it was spectacular.
I think it's a mistake to still say this is luck.
At least we also have to be aware that how luck comes several times from the top 16 to the final. It's really cute.

They won the championship and that was their ability especially from the way they made an all out scheme in the last 10 minutes which they always did. It's not luck but mentality and experience speak volumes in this regard.

It makes sense what you're saying and I agree if pulling Mbappe using Ronaldo's pass it will obviously be even more convincing. At least so far, Mbappe has always wanted to play in the same team as his idol. I don't know how in the end, if there is nothing that can give Mbappe more traction, let alone hearing Ronaldo go to Al Nassr, Mbappe will continue to stay at PSG.
This remains a risk because in any case we also have to be aware that financial fairplay still applies and we can also imagine how much money must be spent when bringing these 2 superior players at the same time with a large salary, especially since they also brought Endrick some time ago with 70 million so it's definitely going to be very difficult and I personally don't really like schemes like this because it's just a waste of money.

For us at least it's just a waste, but for business people to spend a lot of money on luxury players then they won't think it's just a waste of money. Because in the end they will still give the market high sales so they will always get returns, and I think now there are a lot of big teams with lots of luxury players and they are still doing well.
Unless so far there are no big teams that have a lot of fancy players in their squad, then it can be assumed they still have the consideration to spend a lot of money.

But apart from that, I personally still believe that Mbappe will still play for PSG because their team-mates are also in top form.
So before things get worse, there's nothing wrong with Mbappe staying at PSG because playing for another team also still doesn't guarantee winning the Champions League title easily.
Will it be worth the expenses made from the purchase as well as the salary given? I think they also have to be aware of how much they have to spend if there is one club that wants two different generations of players to be brought together. Even though I admit that there will definitely be a lot of new investors or sponsorships but I think this is just to cover their expenses regardless of anything something like this will never happen.

As for Mbappe, I would be quite happy if indeed he did not go to Madrid, especially with the rejection he had made before.

There is a problem I’m going on in the football world which is people tend to hype up very young players too much.

it is normal nowadays.

With the following year's Premier League income equal to 7billions, how can Serie A, Liga(except Real), and Bundesliga can compete in the market?

They can't they need to go and gamble on young players otherwise big sharks will come and eat all (like real paid 70milions fo a 16yo players)
It's like a trend to bring in some young players who actually haven't been able to enter the competition at the senior club but are paid a fantastic price as you mentioned and of course this refers to Madrid Cheesy
But it is indeed another possibility that this will be educated so that they can develop in a better direction because there are indeed several players who have been recruited from the academy at this time and have even become the backbone. although like that 70 million for a 16 year old is really hard to digest and only a club that doesn't really care about money can do that.

I believe Frankfurt are getting close to the end of their journey in the Champions League. Because Napoli are just a way stronger team than them. I know that they showed good performances against Sporting, Marseille and Tottenham in the group stage. But I don't think any of these teams seem stronger than Napoli for now. Napoli are a team that destroyed Liverpool in a group match as you remember. Apart from that, they have had a wonderful run not only here but also in the Serie A.

It only depends on how quick they will get their usual form back after the end of this break. If they keep the same level then Frankfurt will say goodbye to the tournament most probably.

There is no doubt that Frankfurt will be far behind when compared to Napoli. Napoli are very strong this season. But Napoli are likely to lose form after a long break. They lost 4-1 against Lille in their last friendly match. If Napoli's performance deteriorates, it will be challenging for them to win against Frankfurt.

I don't think the Frankfurt team is strong. However, it is very difficult to predict their performance. They often surprise everyone by performing well against big teams. They will try their best to win against Napoli. If there is any weakness in Napoli's performance, Frankfurt will make good use of that opportunity.
But if you look at their performance last season, I don't think Napoli should still feel that this will be easy.
Frankfurt was a club beyond expectations last season and even Barcelona became their victim before they won the Europa League, so even though Napoli are the favorites to win now, they still can't make it look like it's easy because sometimes underestimating opponents in the end always ends in a loss.

Jurgen Klopp seems to be focusing on the Champions League Zone not focusing on the championship, because the point difference which is very far from the top of the standings has made that hope disappear, The Reds' golden age has indeed ended after Mane's departure to Bayern Münche, it is very clear that the difficulties of their attackers are  is no longer young like M. Salah, the game is clear that this player has declined, of course Liverpool will have to buy several new players in the next January market, in order to help Liverpool's attack power this season, the presence of new players will make Liverpool stronger  on the defensive side want their midfield players and attackers who have a goal machine..
Now they are also focusing on the EPL champion in vain because indeed they will find it difficult there and it is only possible to be in the top 4 so they really need to find another target.
The problem for the Champions League is also a bit difficult because of course Madrid is a real wall and they always get hit when they meet Madrid in the Champions League.
499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 23, 2022, 01:24:47 PM
Mbappe played very well in the World Cup, but I do not understand why there is so much hype about him. Yes, he is a great striker even before the World Cup, but his results in the finals were only due to two penalties. The rest of the time he was no better than the rest of France's forwards. Of course he's better than many and worthy of playing for Real Madrid, but I think there's a lot of unnecessary expectations around him now.
In the end the desire to see Mbappe and Madrid will still be very difficult to happen. In fact, I still have faith that Madrid will not again bid for Mbappe in any case.
The previous rejections caused all kinds of reactions and of course Perez also reacted quite a lot at that time so I don't think something like that will happen this season even though many want Mbappe to Madrid.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 22, 2022, 06:12:07 PM
Seeing from the development of La Liga, Atletico's actual performance has looked chaotic from the previous season and indeed now it still can't be said to be something good for them, especially with the condition of their game, which this season looks boring with its defensive strategy.
I think it would be great if Simoeone did something more tangible in the schematic change now. their players were actually above average but the state of their attack scheme wasn't very good.
This season is truly the antithesis of Atletico Madrid. Instead of being a challenger to Real Madrid and Barcelona, they are now a loser. Now Atletico Madrid fans are starting to doubt Diego Simeone's capacity.

Diego Simeone is one of the highest paid coaches in Europe. He has created a legacy at Atletico Madrid since coming to the Vicente Calderon in 2011. However, it seems that Simeone's golden era is beginning to erode. He was several times inaccurate in making decisions and it seemed that management had to evaluate them immediately.
This has also been the case from last season in how many doubted Simeone but he still persisted and said he was capable even though it seemed like a waste with his current condition.
But interestingly last season how bad they were in the end third place is the most comfortable place for them and right now it's not impossible to come back like that regardless of anything I feel right now there are only a few clubs that have the potential to be in the top 4 and of course it rules out Sevilla in terms of this.
