I've been using binance for long time now and despite how much I hate centralized exchanges and their privacy-invasive policies, I doubt they would block someone's account just like that without a valid reason!
They blocked my account before but they quickly unblocked it after I contacted their support team and provided them with all the documents they requested and answered all their questions.
Not sure, but I googled OP's nickname and I found he posted the same question on a Russian forum so maybe this gives a hint on why his account got blocked!

هذه هي المعضلة الحقيقية في الواقع و التي لم تجدلها اي منصة حل فعال و جذري.
كيف يمكن للمنصة ان تتأكد بشكل لا يجعل مجال للشك ان المستخدم قد وصله التنبيه و قرأه او اطلع عليه! الحل الوحيد هو الاتصال مباشرة بالمستخدم، مثلا عبر الهاتف، و تطلب منه التأكيد انه استلم التنبيه. طبعا هذا أمر غير ممكن عمليا نظرا لعديد الأسباب منها التكلفة و الوقت الذي يمكن أن يستغرقه القيام بذلك و غيره..
هناك حل اخر لهذه المشكلة لكن سيسبب في مشاكل أخرى للمنصة و المستخدم على السواء و هو أن تقوم المنصة باعطاء عنوان جديد للمستخدم لكل عملية ايداع. بهذه الطريقة سيكون على المستخدم ان يدخل إلى المنصة لطلب العنوان الجديد للارسال اليه و عندها يمكن أن يجد التنبيه بكون عمليات الإيداع متوقفة للصيانة.

You can't. In fact, in most lottery games you don't even choose the numbers. You just by a ticket with some random numbers on it (usually the numbers are hidden and you need to scratch the ticket to see those number) then wait for the result to be announced to see if you were lucky and bought the winning ticket. I suppose this is done to avoid collisions so there will be only one winner if any. Anyway, I believe it's a misunderstanding as I don't think he meant to say "select the right number" but rather "buy the lucky ticket". |

كل المنصات و مقدمي الخدمات يحتاجون لإيقاف بعض خدماتهم بشكل مؤقت من أجل الصيانه و هذا أمر مهم و لا يمكن تجنبه لضمان تقديم خدمات جيدة و مناسبة للعملاء.
ما قصدته هو أن هناك خدمات حتى أن كان إيقافه يمكن أن يسبب ازعاج للعملاء الا ان ذلك لا يمثل اي خطر على عملتهم و ممتلكاتهم. عمليات السحب تندرج ضمن هذه الخدمات. و كما ذكرت عمليات الصيانة الدورية او المفاجئة امر لا بد منه و لا يمكن تجنبه.
خدمات الإيداع تختلف تماما و هي من الخدمات التي يمكن أن يتسبب إيقافه في مشاكل حقيقية للمستخدمين. اصلا من الناحية التقنية، لا يمكن للمنصة منع المستخدم من القيام بإرسال عملة معينة لعنوان في حسابه. و بالتالي ان لم تقم المنصة بإضافة المبلغ الذي تم ارساله إلى حساب العميل فان ذلك سيسبب مشكلة حقيقية.

.. I bumped the fees 3 times and still no go because the fees keep increasing.
I then decided to go ahead and just send $8 to X wallet now and the remaining $4 some other time in the future. BUT!!...the transaction is stuck because...you guessed it...again...low fees.
So now I have transactions stuck at multiple fronts.
My question...
How can I remedy my losses.
In those three times you tryed to bump the fees, did you also use CPFP? If this is what you did and I'm getting the situation correctly then you now have four unconfirmed transactions and each of them is paying more fees than the previous one! Imo, the best thing to do is to cancel the first transaction sending from wallet 1 to wallet 2 and replace it with another one paying higher fees. This will cancel all the other transactions (child transactions). To do this, click on the transaction in your first wallet's history tab and select Options->Bump fee. |

No matter what I do, I get an error that says:
Cannot create child transaction:
The output value remaining after fee is too low.
Is 0.00546 mBTC the "input amount" or the "output amount"? If it's the "input amount" then you will not be able to broadcast the transaction even if you manage to create it. Other nodes will reject it as any output amount smaller then 546 sats is considered a dust amount. What wallet are you using? Because, afaik, Electrum will alow you to create the transaction but you will get a different error message when you broadcast it. |

ان أكثر ما يزيد شكوكي بشأن عدم صدقية نوايا هذه المنصات الجشعة هو انها اثناء القيام بالتحديثات توقف عمليات السحب و لكنها لا توقف عمليات الايداع، و لم أسمع مرة أن تحديثات تحصل بموجبها تم الابقاء على عمليات السحب مع ايقاف عمليات الايداع. يعني جميع تحديثات الانظمة و المحفظات تحصل على السحوبات و لا تحصل ابدا على الايداعات؟ ليس للأمر اي علاقة بالأمر بكونها جشعة او لا. على العكس هذا دليل على أنها منصة يمكن الوثوق بها. اي منصة تحترم نفسها لا يمكن أن توقف قبول الإيداعات مهما كان السبب و خصوصا عند قيامها بعمليات التحديث. تخيل حجم الخسارة التي يمكن أن يعاني منها المستخدمون في مثل هذه الحالة. على العكس، إيقاف السحوبات لا يمكن أن يتسبب في خسارة ملحوظة للمستخدمين مثل ما يمكن أن يتسبب به إيقاف الإيداعات. هذه نقطة تحتسب بينانص و ليس العكس. و على فكرة، انا لست من داعمي المنصة لكن في هذه الوضعية تصرفوا بشكل مثالي. |

بينانص،حتى لا ننسى، هي من أكثر المنصات التي حاولت عدم الانصياع للقوانين الغربية و خاصة منها تلك القوانين التي كانت تصاغ على مقاصها. لكن بعد كل المحاولات ما كان على المنصة الا الانصياع لما يملى عليها او سيكون مصيرها الاندثار.
بينانص هي في الاخير منصة ربحية و مهما كانت قناعات أصحابها فإنه لتحقيق الربح عليهم الانصياع للقوانين.
المستخدم عليه قراءة القوانين و الحكم اذا ما كانت تتلاءم معه أو لا.
بينانص هي منصة للتبادل وليست لتخزين العملات. حينما يعرف المستخدمون للمنصة هذا الفرق وقتها لن يكون للمنصة القدرة على التحكم بهم او بعملاتهم.

حسب قوانين المنتدى يمكنك انشاء اي قدر من الحسابات قدر ما تقدر. الحالة الوحيدة التي تمنع عليك انشاء حسابات جديدة هي أن يكون أحد حساباتك
قد تم حضره.
يمكنك أن تشير إلى أن هذا الحساب أو ذلك تابع لك، لكن ذلك ليس ضروري.
يمكن أن تحصل على تقييم سلبي في حال استعملت عديد العضويات لمصلحتك الشخصية، و كمثال لبعض هذه الاستعمالات:
- تبادل نقاط الجدارة بين العضويات التابعة لنفس الشخص
- إعطاء تقييمات إيجابية لعضوية تابعة لك
- التفاعل بين عضويات تابعة لنفس الشخص كان تسأل سؤال من احد العضويات التابعة لك و تجيب من عضوية أخرى تابعة لك.
بالمختصر، انشئ قدر ما استطعت من العضويات لكن لا تستعملها للتحاليل على قوانين و أنظمة المنتدى.

The fact that they didn't respond to your report immediately says a lot!
According to what you have said, those are critical vulnerabilities since they allow attackers to withdraw money. They should have taken your reports more seriously.
Saying that they didn't reply because it's the holydays is not an excuse, tbh. They should state in their bug bounty terms that you should expect to receive a response within three working days.

To be honest, most exchanges apps that I have used are super easy to use and figure out how they works, especially binance and kucoin apps. Even new users can use them to trade or exchange coins without any problems.
The only problem I had with binance app for mobile is it's high consumption of data and other resources. I always get a notification from my phone alerting me the binance app is consuming a lot of power even when running on the background.

Unfortunately, I couldn't check the match details from the betsapi.com link the support agent has provided. It asks me to sign in then it redirects me to the home page!
Obviously, there is something wrong as a handball match can't last that long. The support agent should have known this and double checked with the team to figure out what's going wrong instead of rushing to close the chat without providing any logical explanation.
In the other hand, you said "you would have won", so why did you cash out? You could have waited and you would either win or get your money back in full if the bet gets voided.

First of all, why would anyone want to leave the lottery reward unredeemed to the point of expiring, this is something that I don't think will likely happen at any time because, for someone to have won such a reward, he or she will have likely made adequate desperate attempts to be able to grab some lucky win, and that is what pushed them into buying the lottery ticket in the first place, so they may and will never leave their winning rewards unclaimed and if they do and the time expires, then that is on them and should be ready to bear the cost of the chances of the rewards.
Are you fir real!! People may get sick, they can be travelling abroad, .,, There are so many legit reasons why someone can't claim a ridiculous reward. Day trading is also a type of trading like the swing trading also, the difference being that the traders only close their trades on a daily basis, although there are chances that a particular trader can span into the next day but its still considered day trading.
.. Who said otherwise! OP is more about comparing day trading to gambling not comparing day trading to trading! There are few similarities between day trading and gambling tbh although I don't want to admit this. Day gambling is too risky and it's most of the times it's based on luck. The reason why I said this is because there is no way to predict the price of a coin in the next moment no matter how experienced you are in technical analysis or whatever trading technic you use. |

New gamblers don't need any treatment or behavioral treatment as they are not showing any sign of addiction. They are just some random people having fun while placing bets. If we are going to talk about preventive measures to avoid addiction then this a different matter. Prevention is totally different from curing. Prevention usually focuses on spreading awareness about the side effects of compulsive gambling. But when we have to deal with addicts then there are other measures to be taken. |
