This is a bit strange indeed and if I'm not mistaken this is the only online casino that restrict Nigeria, at least this is the first one I know of! Their explanation that they need to comply with laws and regulations doesn't make sense since gambling is not prohibited in Nigeria.

On another note, I believe the main page is a bit too loaded which makes navigation a bit slow. Not sure if anyone else experienced the same thing or it's just on my side!

In that case, if you break one of the rules out of ignorance and the casino bans your account or confiscate your money then there is no one to blame but yourself.
The good thing about casinos is that they have pretty much the same terms except minor differences. So when reading the ToS you have to focus only on what concerns you and what you believe might be different from the casino's you are familiar with.

Not reading the ToS is not an excuse.
It doesn't matter why you didn't read the ToS of the service, but if you are going to be punished then you should assume it. The terms where there in front if you and you signed with the service and acknowledged that you agree with its terms.
If they find you guilty of breaching those terms then there isn't much anyone can do. You are at fault here and you should assume your responsibilities.

If the casino is a reputable one then after talking to their customer support and provide all the documents they request, am sure your account will be activated again and you will be able to withdraw your balance without any issue.
They will always tell you that their decision to block your account is permanent, but believe le, there is always room for negotiation

I'm not trying to defend betcoin.ag and I've nothing to do with them but, unfortunately, it seems like some people are trying to get advantage of the freedom of peach this forum is offering to attack their competitors. I hope this is not the case here.

The error message us self explanatory : you are trying to send more than you own. Depending on the wallet you use, this is either because you are trying to send more than what you have (usually because you don't pay to the wallet's default unit), or because your wallet doesn't deduct the fees to pay from the amount to be sent and you have to do that manually.
Usually, you aren't supposed to face any of these problems with reputable wallets.

Glad that your issue has been resolved (according to the new title). However, although BSc and the alike chains are centralized, it's almost impossible to cancel a ~30 dollar transaction after it has ben confirmed. If you see that the transaction has been confirmed on one or few blockexplrores then the coins/tokens are supposed to be in your wallet. If you don't see them on your wallet then the problem us mist likely on your end (sync issues, wrong receiving address..).

I don't quite agree with this, tbh. You can check the scam accusation board and you will see that most accusation threads are against licensed casinos. Many victims have reported those casinos to their licensor but nothing happened, their licenses are still valid and they are still providing their services.
Unfortunately, having a license doesn't mean much when it comes to protecting customers' rights (talking about Curaçao licenses and the like).

This is exactly why casinos have this requirement coupled with almost all the bonuses they offer. They set high wagering requirement to be sure you will be at lost before meeting the requirement and being able to withdraw. You can't blame them, though. They run a business and we all know they don't give free money.
The only benifit for users is that bonuses money allow them to play more and extend a bit their gambling seessio.

I don't think this is the cause of the problem.
If a country restricts access to a certain website or if a website bans a certain country then residents of that country shouldn't be able to access the website at all. This is not the case here, since OP already stated that he can access the website and log in to his account. He just can't click the roll button or withdraw his winnings.
The problem is on the user's end or something is wrong with his account on freebitco.in (like being under investigation).

I don't see any reason why OP should remove that quote! The topic in question was removed and if he didn't quote it, me and many other members, wouldn't understand what this thread is all about.
Besides OP clearly stated that this is a scam attempt and no one should sign up on that website. If someone signs up on the website after reading this topic then, sorry! It's his mistake not OP's.

لكن للأسف لاحظت ان الاغلبية همهم الوحيد هو الكسب بدون بذل اي جهد سواء للتعلم او لإفادة غيرهم.
اخي ان كان هدفك التعلم فقم بقراءة المواضيع المثبتة و تابع اخر النقاشات كما نصحك الأخ اوميغا. و ان كان هدفك الربح و لا شيئ غير الربح، فبالتوفيق لك، ليس هناك الكثير مما يمكنني مساعدتك به في هذا المجال..

بصراحة اخي kavelj لست متأكدا ان كانت هذه الطريقة هي الأفضل لحفظ بيانات مهمة مثل كلمات العبور او الكلمات اللازمة لاسترجاع المحفظة.
التخزين على حامل محمول يواء كان ورقة وغيره لا بد منه لكن التخزين او الحفظ على حوامل إلكترونية أيضا مهم و ربما يكون أفضل.
برأيي افضل طريقة هي حفظ الكلمات بطريقة إلكترونية مثلا على فلاشة و حفظ نسخة أخرى على حامل مثل الذي ذكرتة او حتى على ورقة يكون كفيل بالغرض. الورقة يجب تغليفه بغشاء بلاستيكي لتجنب تعرضها للتلف.

This is why you shouldn't trust all services when uploading your files.
Some casinos, most of them are reputable ones, use third party companies to verify customers identities.
If you trust the casino you are playing at, can you trust the third party companies they are dealing with!
As I said in one of my previous posts: the moment you upload one of your documents, you should consider it as compromised regardless of the service you upload it to.

Gambling is a leisure activity and an entertainment activity. You need to spend money to enjoy this activity, it's not for free. But think of it as going out with your friends, going on a trip, having a dinner on a VIP restaurant.. To enjoumy any of these activities you need to spend some money. The same things applies to gambling.
The only problem here is that gambling is an addictive activity, so you don't know when you are spending more than what you are supposed to.

Unfortunately, it's not only newbies, but many veteran members do not read the rules and don't know how this forum works. Many of these veteran members have been scammed here but they didn't have the guts to talk about it in public.
Any one with small knowledge about forums would realize that the scammer's account is a new one with no reputation. Any reasonable person would've realized that such account can't be trusted.
