To be honest with you, I don't think that having an announcement thread here means the casino can be trusted and there are many contre examples. Sure, having an announcement thread will give experienced members the opportunity to test the casino and then write their honest review and what they think about it (if it can be trusted or no). Unfortunately, this is a common practice among online businesses. They close your account and seize your money but will never tell you the exact reason why they did so. They will just tell you you violated their terms and refer you to their ToS page and there isn't much you can do about it.
None of us here can know if you really did breach the terms or no, so we can't comment on that. But what is unacceptable is seizing your money. Even if you are at fault, they can close your account but they should let you withdraw your money.

هذه طريقة ممتازة لإضافة طبقة أمان ثانية عن طريق إضافة كلمة سر أو كلمة إضافية للبذرة وحفظها في الذاكرة أو في مكان آمن منفصل عن البذرة وبهذه الطريقة لن يتمكن السارق من استرجاع المحفظة حتى لو كان يملك البذرة.
فقط ملاحظة اخي حتى لا تختلط عليك الامور: الكلمة الإضافية التي تضيفها انت للبذرة التي ولدتها المحفظة تعرف ب passphrase, و هي مختلفة كليا عن كلمة السر او pin الجهاز. كلمة السر تستخدم لحماية الجهاز من المتطفلين مثلا او في حالة الضياع او السرقة. الكلمة الإضافية موضوع اخر. مثلا الجهاز ينشئ بذرة متكونة من 12 كلمة تحفظ على الجهاز. ستقوم انت بإضافة كلمة من عندك تضاف للكلمات السابقة. بهذه الطريقة ستحصل على محفظة مختلفة تماما لا يستطيع غيرك الوصول إليها حتى لو تحصل على ال 12 كلمة المخزنة على الجهاز. ارجو ان تكون توضحت الفكرة. |

البذرة seed هي كل ما تحتاج إليه لاستعادة محفظتك و الوصول إلى عملات و التحكم فيها بشكل كامل. إذا تمكن اي شخص من الوصول او سرقة البذرة الخاصة بك فسيمكنه بكل سهولة سرقة كل ما تملكه في تلك المحفظة. كلمة السر في هذه الحالة لن تنفع في حمايتك. كل ما تقوم به هو منع اي شخص من استعمال محفظة الهاردوير بدون علمك.
يجب عليك الحفاظ على البذرة في مكان آمن لا يمكن لأي شخص غيرك الوصول اليه.
هذا الأمر ينطبق على كل أنواع المحافظ و ليس محافظ الهاردوير فقط.

The good thing here is that you realize that this is your own mistake. So, whatever decision duelbit takes regarding this matter, no one can blame them especially that they made it clear on the deposit page that any coins sent to a wrong address will be lost. That being said, I believe duelbit should help you (a loyal customer) recover your money. After all, you made the mistake while trying to deposit on their casino to play there. $2400+ is not a small amount and it's worth the risks associated with the recovery process. It depends on what he is lying about and why he had to lie.
For example, if a random person asks me about my gender, where I live, how much btc I have.. then I may lie to him (in most cases I would simply ignore him because that's none of his business. I this case, lying didn't cause any harm and it was necessary to protect my privacy.
However, if am selling a product or offering a paid service and I lie about the qualities of that product/service with the intent to deceive the consumer then, in this case, a red tag is completely justified.
