In the end, the energy of nature is stored in the form of Bitcoin, that is, the value is stored. Bitcoin mining is not free, it has cost, it needs to consume physical mining machines, it needs to consume energy. The energy consumption process is the process of energy transmission, being converted into stored Bitcoin, which happens to be the value support of Bitcoin. Based on this, no other cryptocurrency can replace Bitcoin.
What do you think?
Those are interesting points that you raised. I always have this notion that mining costs too much energy and power due to the amount of electricity needed to power and charge those CPUs for computing. That is why, most miners placed their equipment strategically in a place where air and breeze are continuous in order to prevent releasing too much heat. Though the process of mining (like you explained) costs energy, the output of such is valuable than what it is compared before. Miners will always be relevant as long as there are cryptocurrencies to transact with. Without these miners, no one would be able to send one BTC to another wallet.

More programs like this can help people have a responsibility to themselves and help them manage the budget and time to avoid the worst scenario that can happen to them.
Any program or activity launched to combat gambling addiction can bring huge amounts of support to fellow gamblers or aspiring gamblers in general. The problem with most gamblers is that they feel they have no support towards their addiction. It is crucial that these gamblers have to feel that sense of security where they know someone would reach out to them and support them with their addiction. Though this depends also on the part of the gambler and their willingness to be helped, the fact that these programs exists is definitely beneficial in the long-run.

In fact, there are still many people who always say about regretting not investing Bitcoin from last year or others. This may be a choice but when we have done about it, just never regret it. just think about what we can do right now and prepare to do for the tomorrow or future. Sometimes, regret will only make us feel bad and bad again every day. And this may also lead to some panic when we are really triggered to buy Bitcoin right now without any analysis and cosndieration. And if we really want to invest in Bitcoin right now, make sure that we are really ready, not because of the hype that will lead us to follow other people to inevst In hindsight, people should have invested into BTC 2-3 years ago when its price was stable around $4,000-$6,000. But who would have thought that its price would skyrocketed to what it is now? Like what I previously mentioned to posts like these, the best time to enter into cryptocurrency is the time when you first discovered about it. Every single day that passes, a person misses the opportunity of taking advantage of BTC's price volatility in the market. Whether your goal may be short or long-term as long as you have invested, then there is that potential of doubling your profits in the few years to come.

That race was very thrilling to watch from start to finish! Well at the end, it was still Lewis and Verstappen for P1 and P2 respectively; and Sainz was the one who was able to retain his position. I think what separated Lewis from Norris is the experience during a wet track. Lewis was able to control the car on the corner on lap 51 which resulted to Lando's losing on his position. Nevertheless, there is indeed a great future ahead of Lando but congratulations for Lewis Hamilton for reaching 100 wins on his F1 career! 1 1image taken from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jjw1x6xQo7s

I don't see any harm using bitcoin as a legal tender besides the fact that bitcoin might've come from illegal activities and was used so they can disposed of it immediately. Other than that, I don't think that there's nothing bad having bitcoin as a legal tender.
I share the same thoughts. When we mean by 'legal tender' it does not necessarily mean that it should be the universal accepted form of payment in the country. It just requires that our respective banks recognize it as an alternative mode of payment in the payment of debts where you can compel a person to accept such. Bitcoin, as a legal tender, can be very promising but what needs to be balanced is its volatility since it can be prejudicial to the person accepting it. But as a form of alternative payment, I do agree that it would bring more benefits than harm to the community.

The problem with vaccination is that lots of fake information are being spread all around the media which creates a bias among these anti-vaxxers. Though calling them 'stupid' is far fetched, the right term for them is that they are badly 'misinformed' about the efficacy and effectivity of vaccines.
Since the government cannot compel its citizens to get vaccinated, it may, however, and in the interest of the general welfare, provide incentives for people who are vaccinated. In addition, the government can also impose strict mandates that relatively limit the movement of people who are unvaccinated that would somehow compel the latter to get vaccinated.
This is one of those news that the government provides incentive for people who are vaccinated and I hope countries would pattern this example out.

I just want to figure out how many accounts per one user are allowed? Is there any chance to use multiple accounts for the user for bounties? God Bless You!
So you joined the forums without even reading the rules stated? Though most users have already mentioned or linked the forum rules, I highly recommend you to read the forum rules about alt accounts and their respective participation on campaigns or bounties. Another thing, if you wish to join a bounty, then make sure that your post quality will not suffer in the process. Most newbies that I have seen from participating bounties often share spams, plagiarized content, and/or repeat topics. Make sure that you improve your post quality in order for you to rank up and help the forum at the same time.

I see a lot of newbie traders complain about lack of trading capital. And I want you to know that you are focused on the wrong thing. Your attention should be on focused on the trading skills first before worrying about the capital. Trading capital is not the most important thing in trading. The most important thing is mastering the skills. No matter how big your trading capital is, if you lack the trading skill you won't book any profit and will most likely blow your account. On the other hand, if you have the skill set, you will be able to handle and grow any trading capital into something substantial.
It is essential to point out that every trader should always expect that profit is not always something that comes along the way. It is relatively difficult to trade cryptocurrencies due to their extreme volatility that could either make or break your trading profit within hours or days. Before trading, lower your expectation about profit and avoid being too ambitious. Another thing, in trading, experience is what separates a trader from an expert trader. That is why, gain as much experience as you need by starting low. Lastly, once you see a profit, avoid being too greedy and cash them out as soon as you see a profit.

In almost all instances investing for the average person would be more worthwhile unless you can fill a warehouse full of miners with cheap electricity and then you would be earning a lot more over the long run. The thing is with investing it bares a lot of risks and you have to time it correctly with mining its generated passive income all the time.
The problem with mining is that it needs to be set-up in a strategic geographic location so you can re-direct the heat from the mining CPUs working. In addition, tremendous amount of power is being used which may add to the cost of electricity in your country. That is why, most miners strategically place their equipments in locations where there is continuous airflow in order to prevent overheating. Personally, with the costs of video cards skyrocketing in the market, HODLing is the way to go. Not only you earn passively but you are also giving BTC the opportunity for its price to skyrocket without even doing anything other than investing the your initial capital.

Congratulations to Lando Norris for receiving Pole Position in Sochi! The first time in his career for McLaren. Hamilton crashed into the wall going into the pit which could of cost him getting there as it caused front wing damage. So it was fast enough. Now it gets exciting for tomorrow once more. Man, seeing Mclaren, Ferrari, and a Williams for p1, p2, and p3 in the starting position is definitely a sight to behold. The crash of Hamilton literally costed him the race especially that he was not able to get his tires hot for extra traction and grip. I am definitely excited in this year's Russian Grand Prix and I do hope that Lando delivers! In addition, it is definitely amazing to see two (2) drivers of such young age exploding with talent (Lando & Russel) as I do think that they will be the next generation of drivers that will dominate the sport very soon. 1 1 image taken from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jh_i1shy5k

Virtual currencies are the future and There is nothing to fear. More countries are adopting the virtual currencies. Hope this will become native currency in more countries like El-Salvador.
While I do agree with you that virtual currencies are the 'future' of money, this kind of shift will require all countries to adhere to such technology. From the outset, this would take roughly years in order to develop as this would heavily prejudice underdeveloped and developing countries where their focus is not on 'digitalizing currency' but on education, infrastructure, etc. In order to have this kind of implementation, it is imperative that all countries must accept BTC as a form of legal tender. With the recent announcement of China prohibiting completely the transaction of BTC, this would take a very long-time in order to see this happening.

I will deviate away from people way of thinking that slot is a game of luck but in my opinion, it still requires some expertise to play the game and slot just like any other easy to play game it's always going in favor of the house even in a most probably fair system.
Yeah, the process of pulling down or clicking requires extreme precision and timing as it will determine your fate and luck on slots! Joking aside, there is absolutely no knowledge nor skill required in slots. You just pull down the lever or click on the image and pray that luck is in your favor. That is why, I am slightly baffled on why you thought that slots require skill. On the other hand, games that do require skill are mostly card games (e.g. poker, blackjack) as it has the element of prediction based on the cards shown. That is why, that is the only application skill and luck compared to slots which are purely "luck" in nature.

Money or wealth is the dream destination of many people in the world
Religion is the total believe of a group people on a particular being. Most or everyone in the world today in which I am included believe in accumulating of wealth and making money.
I mean, I see no wrong here especially considering that you will not be able to function well without the necessary funds and resources. But, if you make money as the center of your life where everything revolves around accumulating wealth, that would transpose to being greedy. Earning wealth is normal especially if a person has monthly obligations to pay. Cryptocurrencies can be an alternative way of earning resources either short or long-term depending on your goal. But if a person devotes his life into earning money, that would sacrifice his values and compromise his morals to the point of making it as a 'religion' so we speak.

As you rank up becoming seniors, remember your responsibilities to the community grows parallelly. I hope you will continue whatever good works you are doing in the community.
I agree! The greater the power, the greater the responsibility especially if you build your reputation in the forum! Congratulations for reaching "Full Member" rank where most users have trouble reaching. People who share their experiences and achievements of ranking-up are definitely a sigh to see. When the merit system was introduced, most newbies complained but only a few continued and ground their way to the top. Continue the momentum and continue to excel on your posting abilities.

I'm pretty sure this was just made for fun lol. I mean, who even refers any bitcoiner as a "Bitcoin crab" or a "Bitcoin octopus"? That's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure only "whale" and "no-coiner" are what's being used 99.9% of the time.
I do consider myself as a bitcoin "plankton" as the proceeds that I received from campaign signatures are miniscule- but they get the job done for long-term HODLING. But I do agree with you that these "ranks" were created by people purely for entertainment. Since "whales" and "sharks" have been used as terms for people who invest greatly on a certain aspect/investment, it's normal for people to be creative and create some other concept for relatively poor people like me. Nevertheless, I find this very amusing, at the same time, a slap of reality in terms of hierarchy.

<snip...>
Just to add on the extensive list that you created, never fall for projects that offer ridiculously high rates in a short amount of return, AKA "ponzi-schemes." I have seen lots of newbies who got attracted by the interest rates that ponzi-schemes offer and they usually attract people who are not that knowledgeable on how the scam works. Another thing, make sure that before you try a gambling website or invest in a certain project, always check their domain on whether there website is currently registered or if they are hosting it for free. It is also imperative to know on when their website was created and if such contained all the necessary information about their project. In this way, one can have a clear idea about the project whether if it is a scam or not.

Like what most have mentioned, the easiest and most convenient would be playing dice or slot machines. They require almost no knowledge as you just pray that RNG may be in your favour.
If you feel like you have the extra time to participate, then I would suggest playing card games (e.g. Blackjack, poker, etc.) as they are relatively fun on their own ways. Though poker might be a little time consuming, the chances of winning is not solely dependent on luck as you have control over your cards and the moves that you would be doing.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to explain coins to non-crypto people?
Well, explaining cryptocurrencies without explaining on how the blockchain functions can be quite challenging especially to people who has no interest in them. While it may take some time, you can refer to them videos on YouTube (e.g. TedTalk videos on BTC) that explain the fundamentals and basics of cryptocurrencies in general. At first, they would be confused as to how it operates on the blockchain but once they get to understand the principles, they would understand it easier. Another thing, do not force them to know such knowledge as it will only attract disinterestedness from your peers!

If you have a poll for this, you'll get an idea on what gamblers are favoring more, there are in favor of luck based and there are in favor of skill best and there are in favor of both, in my case I prefer luck-based I treated gambling as a luck-based game meant to have fun, skill-based is time-consuming you need to allocate time and exert a lot of effort to analyze.
I think based on what everyone has mentioned, the general consensus picks on convenience rather than risk. Poker, being a game that relies both on skill and luck is a time-consuming game. A round of poker would last roughly 10-60 minutes depending on your funds. Though you can leave the table anytime, I still think that the process is too complicated for a person who values time. Unlike in slots, you just pull down the lever and hope that the results would favor you.

Suuree it's to "wean citizens away from the vice of gambling" BUT "it does not include lottery or wagering or betting on horse races run on any race course within or outside the state." It's not for the sake of people, but for money, to keep the money flowing to lottery and horse races. #Feelsbadman for Karnataka slots players! I think you guys can still get away with a VPN, but DWYOR.
ROFLMAO seriously? Man, that bill is outrageous for not including lottery betting on horse racing. Well, since it is just a bill, I am pretty sure that once it goes through the process of their Congress, the bill would be deconstructed and add all the necessary details that encompass 'gambling' in general. I find it ridiculous that they singled out some activities in gambling while not including the other forms of gambling. This just goes to show on how their government did not think through about the whole bill. I do hope that once it gets deconstructed or fixed, it will be including all forms of gambling.
