Remember when the Electra team said Maverick left for personal reasons?
Surprise surprise, they lied yet again. What happened to the days of transparency? You can't really blame him for leaving for another project though. It would be very frustrating trying to deal with an incompetent and deceptive business team. They've done a pretty good job at keeping people holding while the max cap and inflation controls haven't been implemented. Just a reminder for investors that the long-claimed 30 billion ECA max supply is actually false, and is actually unlimited until the hard fork is released. Also, don't forget that the recent business partners are run by team members. It appears that the most recent deceptive business tactics are to have team members create a new startup company, remove their faces from the Electra website, and announce a partnership. Let's not even get started on Tekin Akdeniz's admissions of spoofing/botting the charts on CryptoBridge during the previous dump. The SEC is going to have a great time with that one. This is endorsed shilling enabled by individuals such as Robert Bakker and Aykut Baybas. - Maverick joining new team. Also displays that he founded the company most recently announced on Electra forums. https://twitter.com/EvimeriaIO/status/1030467349365907458?s=19 Tbh I don't care about a dev who left for another project, it happens all the time on this space. The good thing is that the project was not abandoned and is still working and developing further. As about the max supply my personal opinion is that this is actually a good thing with no cap, because when you'll reach max cap and you won't get the 50% of what you hold, many people will sell and leave, because no one is staying here for just the fees which is only dust.

Everybody here is free to continue with the current UTC. Anybody here is welcome to step in and take over management and dev work on Ultracoin (and please set up a pool). Go for it. For myself I choose to follow a different path - that is the transformation of UTC. Please be clear - its not a simple fork - its a TOTAL TRANSFORMATION that we are working towards.
So will be 2 coins? One old, other hardforked? Time to get some more UTC After a hardfork (chain split) there will be always 2 chains so 2 coins, is like when ETH forked from ETC. After this will happen, the team will choose what chain to develop further so if they will develop one chain only the other will die with time just because there will be no more updates and ofc the coin will become worthless as it will die along it.

Is still CPU mining worth the pain sir? I used to mine this coin in the beginning, before the GPU miners were developed and maybe I will turn my CPU laptop on again to mine this. I have an i7 7700HQ, also I want to ask you how much ARO I can mine/day with this CPU, if of course is not an obsolete CPU. Thank you! Yes, please read my message above. I explaine in easy/few words how it works. You don't need a big GPU farm to mine, even with an laptop CPU u can mine and get ur coins. Normally you have like 1 blockchain where u mine, so when u have an laptop CPU you can do nothing against GPU farms (or asics....). With Arionum there are 3 different blocks to mine, Masternode, CPU and GPU blocks. We dont mine this at the same time, first (example) a Masternode block is running, when found it switch to CPU and when the CPU block is found it switch to GPU block mining. So everybody can take part in mining Arionum. So this coin needs all kind of miners in compare to many other coins. We need CPU and GPU and Masternode miners, however with ur CPU u also take part on the GPU mining system automatic OK man, thanks for the clarifications and the detailed reply. I will give it a try with my CPU to see what it brings to me. I also have some GPUs but some low end ones a 1060 and a 970. Maybe I will point them too to mine some more ARO as I believe in the project. Cheers!

Hi guys! I have this suggestion: why don't you try to get NOBT listed on crypto-bridge exchange. Tradesathosi is kind of dead.
Good suggestion, but to get NOBT listed on crypto-bridge exchange that's need 2-6 BTC. I think is a good exchange and the fee is not that much. If your team doesn't have the money maybe we can make a donation fund and gather the amount needed. Another cheap exchange is BiteBTC where you can list your coin for 0.2 BTC but the issue is that you will need to pass their KYC to be eligible to trade there. Also some marketing to get more exposure and rise up a bit the price will do the trick also. P.S. Trusted source: tradesatoshi website will be face-lifted/reworked so is good that NOBT coin is there. Also lets hope nova exchange will open its deposits for NOBT in the near future. All we need is some marketing, some volume to get us listed on CMC too for even more exposure. In my opinion nobt needs very good marketing first, btw we tried many person for this task without good result so far. I agree with you bro, Nobtcoin needs marketing. For this you have 2 options, either you hire a pro marketing team (for this you'll need money) or "hire" a marketing specialist from the community and pay him with nobt coins, as he will do his best to market the project since the coins he holds will gain more value doing so. Even promoting it on twitter, facebook, telegram, making some promotions, giveaways will do the trick even is not the same with hiring a pro marketing team as I've said in the beginning.

Hi Beave162, Same old same old. Someones may think its ultrafast as Ultracoin is. Relative ... Relative to what? Hi Beave162 - are you still here? Have you used BTC lately? UTC is ultrafast compared to that at least. Cheers - usukan I am pretty excited to see how fast is or will be the new UltraCoin but it all depends on the algo and block spacing. I know that nist5 is very fast, there are not many algos out there that can beat it unless is a second layer on top of the UTC blockchain like Bitcoin's Lightning Network. And about the BTC comparison.. well is a 10 year old tech, compare it with something newer.

Hi! Anyone knows how much is the best input size for best staking performance?
it dont changes... it would be better to let it on only one input with all the balance. if you have 1 billion or more, it would be nice to split on 500 million. Well I hold a good amount of coins too, first the "problem" is that you can't send more than 100M IFLT coins in one tx. The second "problem" is that the input splits apart in 2 inputs when you hit a block (stake). So I think maybe the core devs will add a new feature to the wallet so the inputs doesn't split anymore or to allow more than 100M to be sent in one tx so the users can make use of the coin control feature.

The wait is going to pay off big time, I'm glad to see the devs talking about solid work they've been doing, can't wait to see the working platform, is there an exact date for the announcement right now?
I can't wai too, but it seems that is taking ages, also we didn't saw any developement, apart from @usukan statements there is nothing out there to make investors wait even more time. With all due respect if you're tired of waiting then just dump your coins already. As it currently stands UTC is already rock bottom on price with extremely low volume being traded, dumping your coins makes absolutely no difference at this point. With the price as is currently and the minuscule volume being traded I see no plausible reason why Usukan would be lying about the fork, there's no profit to be made off a long con on an already dead coin with no volume... especially when its cheaper to just buy the coin than mine it. So you either trust the fork is going to be delivered or you don't. My personal opinion is that dumping now would be idiotic and you're going to regret it if you do. Well I won't sell, at least now as the price is only at aprox. 75 sats sice I bought my bag last year in the begining of July at 210 sats, this will make my BTC investment turn 3 times less than it was more than a year ago. I trust that the the fork will happen but it seems that is taking ages, if the UTC fork will happen in 2 years, what's the point of it? anyway the tech will be outdated, as this space is developing at lightning speed.

I would love nothing more than to give everyone more info and describe the new tech under development for Ultracoin.
As I have said many times before - I cannot because this is a closely guarded secret and I have given my word to the group that I will not divulge any further info until everything is ready.
Again - there is no roadmap or timeframe - or release date available. The devs have as much time as they need to develop things properly with no pressure to release a half baked platform to conform with some arbitrary date we might pick.
It will come - but the choice for anyone here is:
1 - To wait 2 - To move on
Cheers - usukan
We can understand but if you don't give as at least a time frame, for example this year, 1st half 2019, 2nd half 2019 not a fixed date, this can be interpreted something between next month and summer 2020. Don't get me wrong, but this is taking already to long, I think in december you said this year will happen this year, if I'm not wrong. Now we are not sure about this anymore so I think I'll go for option 2. Good luck all!

Is too early to say that they are a scam exchange, since there are coins traded there, we can't say this yet. EDIT: It seems that some users of our community got verified since there are some BIS trades over BiteBTC See here: https://bitebtc.com/trade/bis_btcIf there are doubts it is perhaps best to stay away for the short term. Crytopia seems to be working fine so my guess is most people will stick with that for now. Kyc for a small new exchange is a bit of a worry. Seems unnecessary for small crypto to crypto transactions. I agree. As for the KYC procedure, is not about the size of the exchange, is because you need KYC when the exchange offers fiat trading pairs, which implies deposit/withdrawal of USD/EUR/etc... all exchanges that work with fiat work with banks and this means only one they have to play according to the laws of this market. and who is indignant just go to another exchange because violating the law immediately to them the feds will come. Yes, the trend is that all the exchanges out there, at least the big ones will need to align to the rules and get accredited somehow by the countries where they are registered, if they are. This is indeed not anymore anonymous but if they want to continue the business they must do this. Also in the future I think the traders will need to be verified also, so the illegalities with crypto to stop.

If you want to bring MVT into more exchanges, please feel free to take the initiative. Then if necessary Dropper or somebody else can assist if necessary. Ps. Today is one year that this thread was opened and we are still here, happy birthday for the Movement You can submit the request to list The Movement to shardax.com which is a Decentralised Digital Aset exchange. Every month there will be a winner, only 2 places left before their launch, you can vote every 24h, with a good comunnity support you can make it to the first place. This is the link: https://shardax.com/listing
