If you want a stable network you must setup a pool who accepts lower spec equipment. Now runs the whole network on 3 users, why should someone use his pricey equipment to mine a new coin.... Low spec users are waiting for new coins to mine.... and if someone uses his best equipment and this coin will be on an exchange they dump there coins and Electocoin is dead. think about it... good luck with this project! Sorry for my bad english It will be the same for low spec miners. It doesn't mean that low spec requirement equals HODL, quite the opposite actually. Best to cater to all available and interested miners to allow better network hashrate and network stability.

Wow!
This thread is alive? The mods should lock and archive this thread since the project is no longer active.

Looks simple and interesting bounty. Also the project is interesting for me. Reminds the beginning of NANO project
** Is there any requirement to put logo on prof pic? I couldn't see any term like that but İ see lots of users already wearing it
Nope, you don't have to use the avatar, nor do you get rewarded for doing so, as far as I know.
Don't know how this weeks signature campaign payout will be handled but it looks like a lot of people had their posts deleted by the forum admins. This will move post counts back and in some cases I suspect in some instances quite a bit back. This is not the devs fault, just a strange situation to be in...
It's starting to sound like someone has been busy reporting posts, maybe in an effort to knock out the competition, if you know what I mean... (ib4 everyone starts doing it, and we all go down a couple hundred posts and nobody gets paid ) It's an endless game of cat and mouse. We post they delete. We post more they delete more. Personally I have to catch up posting 20 posts if I would want to qualify this week.

Big claims that you are going to beat $BTC and $ETH. Although the project has some solid fundamentals, I'm not sure if it will get the project as big as BTC. I think it will be on the top 10 though.
When is the estimated release on this one?

One of the few Master Nodes project out there that has a great fundamentals and high potential for growth. Hoping to accumulate more while the price is relatively low.

As I understood, the dates of the private sales phase were slightly changed. Here is the information with the key dates of the ZED: Key Dates for ZED Tokens: Announcement ……………… 1/18/2018 TestNet Launch ……………… 4/30/2018 Private Offering Begins…….. 9/30/2018 Product Launch ……………… 10/30/2018 Private Offering Ends……… 12/30/2018 Public Offering Begins……. 9/30/2019 Public Offering Ends ………. 12/30/2019
Is not the private offering already going? There was information that the first and second phase of sales was already underway. Private offering is the first and second phase? Looks like it. The private offering, first and second phase will run until Private Offering Ends……… 12/30/2018. I don't think it is a good idea to have a public offering on a much later date though. Public Offering Begins……. 9/30/2019

For those asking about staking rewards. I've just under 11,100 $NIX staked. I'm getting around 4 $NIX/day from the 10,000 that gets split into two 5000 stakes for what ever reason.
so , for a 3500 $ investment ( if u buy in now )and stake 24/7/365 u r making 1.2 $ a day x 30 days = 36 $ a months or 432 $ a year / 12 % a year . i think you can get this sort of returns from the banks in some countries just check the interest rates . this makes no sense. lol Looks like a reasonable return. Slow and steady which is a good thing while we are still in a bear market. 12% per year is relatively low compared to MNs which promises 100% return in 1 year however weak the project fundamentals are. With $NIX you don't get this which will also filter most investors to those willing to hold longer term rather than dump at you at the earliest sign of pump.

Why only 8 millions from 100m in circulating? Where is the rest 92m coins? They will be airdroped as well or intented for mining?
you can see distribution on first page Development and marketing: 10,000,000 SEM Community distribution: 10,000,000 SEM Founders: 5,000,000 SEM and the rest is via dPOS mining Block rewards: 75,000,000 SEM 3 SEM / each block Community distribution - this mean airdrop? So only 2 mln left for mining? When mining starts? And for how many years mining will be avaliable? There is no mining. 75m are all block rewards for validators. See https://github.com/semuxproject/semux-core/blob/master/docs/Delegates-and-Validators.md for more info.

Got more deletions this AM. This time a message that was posted on semux thread and it had to do with reporting an error when launching the client. It should not have been deleted as it was not spam at all.
Same with me. I was answering on an error reported and giving steps to take but still my posts was deleted.

Woke up with multiple email notifications today. When I check it says 20 of my older posts have been deleted. Wow! This is my lucky week on semux signature campaign. Hopefully I can post the same number of posts before the end of the week.
I just read the deleted posts and I cant find any reason those posts are spammy. Any mod we can talk about this?

The SEM price currently is the next one roughly traded in November last year on OTC. I will start to accumulate strongly now! Until then, only the signature coins I was saving.
Why not start accumulating now. SEMUX has been traded at very low prices. It is one of good time to buy the coin, accumulate more coins (cheap ones) in more than one-year history of SEMUX. Buying cheap sems now. Vote and earn more sems.

What common problems are you referring to? Please give us specifics.

I am proud of not having received this week's airdrop, as to receive it I would have had to spam the forum with useless posts (I have almost nothing to say at this time) to recover the 20+ posts which have disappeared from my global post-count this week. This was caused by the deletion of some old threads which contained all those posts of mine. If the forum administrators will keep deleting old threads I may have to abandon this campaign, since I'm not willing to start shitposting to compensate.
This is a signature campaign. The goal is to have participate and spread the word about semux by wearing signature on the post that people will make all over bitcointalk. Semux has been very relax to it's requirement since only +1 post from your total post count is required. It is your responsibility as a participant to monitor and ensure this to get the reward by the end of the week. Now if you're older posts were deleted by Mods then it will be an opportunity for you to make more posts to spread the word about semux. We don't encourage spamming the forum just to get the required post count since that is counter productive. There are plenty of ways to increase the post count without resorting to spam. Help the newbies, comment on the project progress, ask help on wallet issues, request a feature, discuss the past performance and future prices. It's up to you.

Week 11 payments: 389065,Voidcrafter,Sr. Member,446,250,0x52cc7fb919f170f2f1311dad07c597b09cbc012c
Good day! I'm new to SEMUX I need your help. In the table you see yourself, but if you check through semuxchain.info I don't see the transaction. Tell me am I doing something wrong? how to check the receipt of SEM coins? http://semuxchain.info/account/0x52cc7fb919f170f2f1311dad07c597b09cbc012cIt says Week 12 participants NOT Week 11 payments. Looking at the signature campaign history, this is the first week you will be qualified for the campaign. I you are able to increase your post count by the end of this week then for sure you will get reward. Week 12 participants:

Anyone find out criteria behind post deletion or thread where we can find out criteria. The base criteria for the post was that it has to be meaningful and not spam.
I have no idea how they are selecting it. What I noticed is that they will delete older posts containing spammy words or phrase. Also quoted messages with few words following it are being deleted. It's possible that the mods are slowly adjusting their parameters in deleting posts and many of those affected are older posts that hit the criteria. Always be on the lookout.

I did not get my reward yet, even my name is on the list and my post is still there... So what is going on?
That's because your week 11 post count is less than your week 10 post count. Week 10 405440,crush,Full Member,248,100,0x9a222739622df80b804db1694fb3266da089973c
Week 11 405440,crush,Full Member,244,100,0x9a222739622df80b804db1694fb3266da089973c
Most likely the bitcointalk mods deleted some of your posts(recent or older). Make sure to check your total post count before end of week.

Is there a time frame for a total reduction plan?I don't know if the 100 million total is too much, but if more exchanges are listed, it can diversify the supply of transactions, and a single exchanges doesn't tell the whole story.
Does this mean that there is a plan to reduce total coin supply? I didn't check this detail, but I have noticed that ober 90% of total supply is still not circulating. This is one of the things the team has been discussing internally and will like to put more thought into. If in case we decide to push forward with this idea we will let the community know. For now no decision has been agreed regarding supply reduction.
