Why do I often mined two blocks in a row? Is this a bug?
I noticed that the list and order of validators does not change, but many other validators also often mined two blocks in a row.
This happens when a validator prior to you didn't process a block so you take it's place, then after that block is your turn, hence the consecutive blocks forged by the same validator. I.e. (notice view is set to 1) http://semuxchain.info/block/45049and your turn: http://semuxchain.info/block/45050I think it should be some exceptional situation. But this happens too often. Is it normal when the network is operating in this mode (see attached screenshot)?  I just notice this also happened to my validator. Looks like the other nodes are not stable. They should check their machine to ensure that there is no problem that might prevent them from forging a block. |

Hi dev, i gound a "little" bug. Open wallet on Ubuntu - all was fine before i try to close it.  Standart Cntrl + C - don't help. So i shut down conlose, but client still working) Reboot your computer. |

Hi I moved from wallet version beta .003 to beta .004. I Imported the information from my last wallet, used password of old version to unlock the same, but when I try to unlock the same again, it gives error of "Incorrect Password". Please help. Thanks  Close everything. Restart. Open wallet and make sure password is correct Is there an online block explorer or something? Block exporer at http://semuxchain.info |

Hmm. Thanks guys, but how about compared to NEO blockchain, for example? It uses dBFT, so isn't that the same as SEM? Not seeing the difference here, but would appreciate your input on this matter. Thanks.
Haven't really checked NEO but if it's using dBFT then the concensus is similar. What set's Semux apart is the choice of language(Java) and the inclusion of 64-bit VM. It will be easier to create dApps since language is familiar with the added portability which is innate with Java. |
