As our patent consultant "Lunati e Mazzoni" explain us, the PCT is a process that involves 2 phases, the first is registration phase in which Wipo receives the documents and the payment, after that, they issue the certificate I sent you.
The second phase is pubblication, for this phase we need to wait some times. The publication of our PCT is scheduled for July 4th.
For this, and to be trasparent I sent certificate.
You can easily verify this procedure information by asking one of your trusted patent consultants, or by trying to call Wipo directly.
Saiterm website registration:
The registration of Saiterm website was carried out by the CEO, in his name at Aruba. If this helps, we can contact them on Monday and ask to make more data available to the public.
Linked in:
As already mentioned, Saiterm is not yet incorporated. However, the Linked In page was created by the CEO, founder, inventor and patent owner. Our team, not working yet in Saiterm because it is not yet active (as always and everywhere declared), so they can not declare on Linked In to work at Saiterm yet, they will start working when activity start. If this will help, we can find a way to have a closer connection between the profiles and Saiterm Linked In page. |

The PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) is a multilateral treaty managed by the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) based in Geneva.

These numbers are different from those at the document I received through Telegram:  I cannot find your patent at https://www.wipo.int/. Can you point it out for us all? Also Saiterm is at this moment not a company. It is announced to be registered in the Netherlands but Saiterm or Saiex do not occur yet in the Dutch registration base. So investments would at this moment not go to a registered company. Also the registration data of the Saiterm website is kept private. What is the reason for this?  None of the mentioned team members mention Saiterm in their LinkedIn profile at the moment. So basically the ICO is at this very moment executed incognito. As an investor I would be very carefull with this project untill there is more proof of authenticity. |

In the beginning people could be fooled by the fud that Credits is a scam, but we are past that stage now. Partnerships with IBM and Lenovo, IBM blockchain director putting Credits on his C.V., a public 1.3 million transactions / second test, official code audits going on...No objective person will affirm Credits to be a scam at this stage. Only fudders that hold different coins, like yourself probably, will. And I got to know you are one of the CREDITS Liers marketing team member..... ANd check your profile Trust score is -4  Gosh scammers here too. Trust: -4: -2 / +0 Warning: Trade with extreme caution! Lol dude stop playing with people's money. You guys have already scammed a lot. DT trust and merit are manipulated by Theymos and a certain clique of DT scammers on a regular base. I went from -2 to 0 to -4 in only a couple of weeks. I cannot help that kind of account manipulation. Of course I could have chosen to open a new newbie account before posting... Just like you have done! Let me refute your nonsense. Or better; Let IBM itself refute it. This is IBM's opinion about Credits:  Are we really to believe that IBM would advertise scam projects on their website? And in an interview with Crypto Insider IBM blockchain director Nitin Gaur mentions Credits as follows: "So, I look at the economic viability, I look at speed, and that’s why projects like EOS or Credits. You know Credits is a project coming up in Singapore, and the team is spread across the globe, in London, Russia and so is EOS, again, a global project. These projects are aiming to solve some of the scale issues, which makes it ubiquitous. Until we reach ubiquity it will always be a romantic encounter with Blockchain, I think."And this is how the technical cooperation between IBM and Credits really looks like:  Besides that you forgot to fud the Lenovo-Credits partnership. In fact Traductio is a Dutch translator himself with other accounts. Whenever he sees other Dutch translators getting good projects he gets jalouse and fabricates accusations against these translators. In the past he used his Hero account klaaas to back his fabricated accusations because as klaaas he gained Lauda's trust through trade. That's how I (and FIEX) got falsely accused. However klaaas experienced his karma early and his account got hacked. And now no DT member cares about Traductio's fabrications anymore. Thus he starts bumping his fabricated threads as if they were his (imaginary) girl- / boyfriend. About the quality of Joadinho's translations and the accusations: The proof of use of Google translate is this time pretty clear, although as a native Dutch speaker I don't think that it affects the quality of the Dutch text much. |
