Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leaving your coins on exchanges
|
on: October 25, 2022, 10:17:14 AM

I've kept some of my coins on Binance for like three years and I haven't lost any. However, I knew what I was getting myself into by doing so, they could've locked my account for any reason and could've ended up losing my assets. I think some of us are addicted to convenience even we know the risk. Those who stick to " not your keys not your coins " rule are usually people who've had a bad experience and have lost a lot of money by trusting a third party.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We are group of long experinced traders try our Free signals

We are different and while everybody try to guess what the btc and crypto market will do its just better to follow our signals becouse we have our own capital of USDT to move our coin Desired Direction Even If btc is not moving at all.
This actually a bad advice and won't come from an experience trader. Asking people to follow your signals blindly! and wow you also claimed to have enough capital to impact the price of a certain coin, it doesn't add up, If you have that capital you won't be here offering such an amateur service and giving this kind of advice. In general, relying on trading signals is a terrible idea and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Instead of wasting your time or money, learn trading so you know what you're doing.

Economy / Services / Re: Looking for IPTV
|
on: October 25, 2022, 09:00:39 AM

Do you know anyone offering good cheap IPTV ? Also if there are any free IPTV services.
There are some free IPTV services that you can find on some forums. However, they don't last more than a day or two, a month if you're lucky. I can only vouch for Xtreme HD IPTV which I've been using for the last three years, it comes with over 20000 Channels ( All Major Sports Packages & PPV ) and costs $11 if you paid yearly. It doesn't matter where you from, their service is international. No free trial though ( $3/ 36 Hours Trial ).

Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [List] Gift cards providers

I'm looking to buy a Netflix gift card and I've noticed the difference in prices between Bitrefill and Coinsbee. Bitrefill's prices seems reasonable, so I'll buy from it since OmegaStarScream vouched for it.

"SIM cards as private keys?" This doesn't seem a good innovation where security is of utmost consideration.
No, your SIM card isn't used as private key. Phone number of that SIM card is used to login on their centralized service. But obviously it has different security concern. It's not used a private key as of yet, but The article says he is looking for a way to use SIM cards as private keys because the current service works against the Bitcoin ethos of “not your keys, not your coins.”. Personality, I wouldn't trust anything that is controlled by the carrier to hold private keys.

Economy / Trading Discussion / what top traders are thinking of bitcoin price | 10-11-2019

Tone Vays : He doesn't trust this uptrend " from $3000 to 14000 " and he thinks it's just a dead cat bounce. As for today, he's watching how the candle on weekly timeframe is going to close. Alessio Rastani : he's bearish and according to him as long as bitcoin price remains bellow weekly 21 EMA, sellers have control. The moon ( Carl ) : he's bullish and he's accumulating at current zone even though he knows that it's risky to long bitcoin at the current price. Kirby : ready for both scenarios, however he sees a move to downside has high probability. Watch the video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICnkmihAucg. They are all watching the candle on weekly timeframe and how it will close.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency?

You forgot the most important thing which is to buy the dip and not the top because even if you invest in the coins that are the top 100 in coinmarketcap, if you got them in wrong price you will most likely end up losing half of your capital and wait years for just have your money back, specially for someone who is an investor and not a trader who has knowledge to act quickly to safe his money when the market is about the crash.

Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Turn Old Phones Into Cold Storage Crypto Wallets

on: October 08, 2019, 05:33:46 PM

I've never heard of it before so it must be a new app. I think the idea is nice and can be helpful for those who can't afford to buy a hardwallet and have only a small amount to store. however I don't think is going to ideal solution because phones are heavily and no would carry two phones instead of just buying a small device like ledger nano and have a piece of mind.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Compare Your Trading ideas with others ?
|
on: October 08, 2019, 05:07:16 PM
|
I do my own technical analysis before checking out what others traders are thinking of the market because I don't like to be dependent on others or influenced by them before I make my own analysis. For the paid signal group or even the free I don't use them, I'd rather listen to someone on youtube giving his own thoughts on market than receiving a signal to buy or sell.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects?
|
on: October 08, 2019, 04:45:54 PM

The trust between ICOs and investors has been broken, Any team that want to create a business, they need first to fund the project by themselves and achieve some progress before launching their ICO as a way to expand the business. People stopped believing in ideas and piece of paper after seen what happened to all previous ICOs projects. A good idea and a fancy whitepaper is not enough even if the team members are legitimate.

Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks?
|
on: October 08, 2019, 04:09:22 PM
|
Well, it's possible but it's not gonna happen. instead banks will start using the blockchain technology to provide a modern service to their customers. The same with governments, at some point they start using this technology by creating national cryptocurrency and most of the current coins will die and get replaced. Giant companies will also launch their blockchain. For bitcoin, it will be like gold and it will be used a reserve and international currency. This is the realistic scenario in my opinion.

If you bought a token and you are thinking of yourself as real investor that need to wait a long time in order for business to generate a profit, let me tell you that you are deluded ! you have only a token that gives no right in that business, and only way for you to make a money is by selling those on exchange as a trader. The project that takes your real money for exchange of tokens and didn't do real effort by paying money to get listed immediately on a proper exchange is a scam and if you wait for them to deliver the product you will end up on loser's side. Just do a diligent search and see what happened to those who did what you are suggesting. They lost their investment and it's worth nothing now. The real winners were those who acted quickly.
