Nice library to use for C# programming. I am looking something similar for Python and PHP. Is it available for one or both of the languages.
I actually planned to create one on my own but I have not find the time yet.

https://bitbucket.org/kod_5/nemapi

If anyone wants to have a go developing something with c#, I've written an api library that can use any nis safely. You don't even need to set up the connection if it doesn't matter what node you connect to, it auto connects to trusted Dev nodes, all you gota do is not pass a connection to Accountfactory and the connection will set itself up. Its also a single line job to bounce between test net and main net.

For now I would advise only using on testnet until I update the fee structure and do a few other things, I just don't have time atm. Should have it done soon tho.

I tried to make it as simple to use as possible so once the library is imported you can literally copy paste the code in the read me into your project and it will work.

Hello.
Maybe this simple scripts could be useful to you:

https://github.com/NemProject/php2nem
or
https://github.com/NemProject/nodejs2nem

you should be able to do any call described in this documentation:
NIS * http://bob.nem.ninja/docs/
NCC * https://github.com/NemProject/NemCommunityClient/blob/master/docs/api.md

bye.

Pozdrav,
 ja imam debitne kartice;
VISA (xapo.com) i MASTERCARD (https://www.e-coin.io/).

Djeluje kao svaka druga kartica;

otvoriš račun (sign-up) na wirexu, uplatiš btc u protuvrijednosti 16USD i naručiš karticu.

Kako se nadopunjava;

Nemam BTC-a.
Moran punit karticu!
Wink

Hvala.

586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Internet 2.0 - Blockchain Based VPN and Cryptocurrency on: September 09, 2016, 01:53:06 PM
I had this idea:

Make a cryptocurrency which functions both as a vpn and
as an altcoin. It would use cryptonight to encrypt packets of internet data but also validate the block chain in the same manner and both a validation and packet of data would be indistinguishable between each other.

The internet user who uses it for a vpn would have a revolving door of unique public/private keys so it would sustain perpetual anonymity and function as a true vpn.

One concern would be that the sheer volume of data would be unsustainable so a cache purging system would have to be implemented. Perhaps after a given amount of time an abbreviated verification of funds is appended to wallets and addresses that have coin while others (packet data) are flushed.

Besides all the technical overhead I believe an altcoin of this sort could easily overtake bitcoin by value and tangibility. Before this coin were to be made its purpose  would already have been desired.

What are your thoughts?

587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: August 27, 2016, 04:53:32 PM
Hello.

Can someone explain the difference between synereo and other
already existing similar projects of decentralised social networks
like this ones:
https://prism-break.org/en/all/#social-networks

Thanks.

Just read the link they give, and the one we give.

Draw your own conclusions.

synereo.com

Attention economy incentives, smart contracts, scalable blockchain, concurrent global transactions, etc, etc.

I see now there are more things and not only a decentralised social network.
Thank you.

BTW:
Nice cartoons you have there. Wink
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: August 27, 2016, 03:51:47 PM
It seems to me that this thread is only about the price and speculation and nothing more.

I' m interested more in technology and I would like to know what does synereo solves?!
What human problems can be solved with synereo?

Now you will tell it will decentralise social media but
I would like to know compared to other projects of that kind what it could do that others
are already not doing?!

Please refer to my previous question here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=995987.msg16006015#msg16006015

No answer so far as everybody in this thread are busy with price!! :-(

Hello.

Here is one information/question for the XEM devs.
Could the concepts used in this coin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1583719.0
be implemented also into NEM to improove further
the NEM blochain technology and to reduce the size of the NEM blockchain?

Bye.

591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: July 31, 2016, 12:58:24 PM

It depends how you installed the nis.
But usually the logs can be found under

$HOME/nem/nis/logs

Thanks, to point me to this fact. I will try to lower the -XmX to 700 and try to run it again.

Where could I find the right system logs? I am using Debian Linux on my VPS.

Installed a NEM node on my VPS. The node is running a few moments then the NIS server is terminated with the following message

Quote
./nix.runNis.sh: line 4:  5334 Killed                  java -Xms512M -Xmx1G -cp ".:./*:../libs/*" org.nem.deploy.CommonStarter

My VPS has 1 vCore and 768 MB RAM.

Any suggestions?

Probably the kernel Out Of Memory Killer killed your NIS (info about that in your system logs).

Parameter -Xmx must be lower than your RAM

Has your VPS  any swap space?

I haven't harvested since Block #688188. I'm starting to think something is wrong... so, about 4 days or Any thoughts?

What's your importance? Are you harvesting locally or remote? If the latter, did you check if you are really harvesting or not (the remote might have restarted NIS)?

My importance is .6 and I'm doing remote harvesting via AWS. I'm trying to boost the importance thru buying NEM.

I had this happen alot with delegated harvesting, if the node goes down, you have to reconnect, to another node, or else you can give the node operator your harvesting key to keep on the server so if it goes down it will keep harvesting when its back online Smiley

THANKS! Will look into more Friday when I have time. I gotta get these NEM before the demand gets real crazy!!!!!!!!

I've got 4-5 days without any harvested block to. My importance is higher than yours. Think this is normal.

If you use delegated harvesting on a remote node it could be problems with the remote node
that mean not only you but all the accounts harvesting on that node could have similar problem.
If the node has gone down and is restarted you will have to restart your delegated harvesting.

I had similar problem with the supernode.
Last week I have noticed that my node was failing almost all the tests for one and a half day.
I have dacided to restart th node  and after that all the tests were successfull.
Previous to that my node was running more then 2 month without problem failing some tests sometimes
which i consider normal.

Possible solutions to this harvesting problem could be:
- select another node for delegated harvesting
- if you have your local or remote node
restart your node and after is in sync again activate your local or delegated harvesting.

593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Illegal Content on STEEM on: July 26, 2016, 05:02:31 PM
Yeah, that's what they are doing right now. The curators/users are getting praised for downvoting illegal, immoral, or copyrighted material, oh, and spam.

But just because it gets buried don't mean it's not there.

Still don't get where this content is stored?
Is it stored within the block chain or on this steem centralised website database?!

how secure is the web wallet? - http://nexthorizon.github.io/hz-source/

i think its the most secure as you can get with webwallets because the source is loaded from github

You think github can't be hacked?
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized blockchain-based blogging systems? on: July 22, 2016, 01:35:48 PM
I expect for the other developers to copy Steemit and organize an ICO in order to collect money from the public. Maybe there will be another 4 or 5 projects just like this one. This is really disappointing because there's no more originality. Why not create a project that involves something else like a bittorrent social media platform where everyone can share all the movies, music, books, games and everything else. Like Spotify but for the cryptosphere.

Using qora you or anyone else could create your own web space on the block chain and share torrent links or any other content on it.

im buying at 28000 and now 54000!!!omg omg!!

This is not a natural growth. the coin is being hyped and pumped
I watched the price for few minutes and it went from 59000 to 80000 in less then 10 minutes.
Now is back below 59000. A lot of people could get burned.
Is better to stay away!

599  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Bitcoin ATM dolazi u Split on: July 11, 2016, 08:16:21 PM
Pozdrav ljudi,

Zanima me koju Btc kreditnu karticu koristite i gdje ste ju Izradili?

Još uvijek nema Bitcoin kreditnih kartica, samo debitnih. Ja koristim Xapo, naručiš ju online preko njihove stranice.

podaci ispravni i kako oni to provjeravaju?
