im getting youtube adds for rentberry now almost all the time  its starting to become bit annoying tho i know its good for information spread about the project thats great advertising and help to find more investors  I dont say its bad its just a bit annoying im still deciding if i should invest here and maybe its a sign ?  Although not the first one to do this in real estate space. Rentberry has a good track record. I am looking forward to reading up about the business side of things.

The token sales obviously slowed down now. I was expecting Sophia to be in round 4 by now, but they are still in round 3. Maybe this round will not be sold out like the first 2 rounds
Less bonus there is and less people are going to invest at later stages. Some news about some partnership may change this maybe. What Sophia should have done differently is to give investors more time in stage 3, 4 and 5. Now there is only like 10h left for this round. It is good for already existing investors though, because they will get all the unsold tokens! Yeah thats a ico structure that favors the first,sadly this way we wont see new influx of people because ico discourage the new contributors from investing :/ |

Hardware Ledger are one of the ways to store crypto coins. I wouldn´t relie on things people say about feature and function, only from the maufacture of the device. I just like that i dont know my priv keys and i dont give them for things like ether delta when i want to trade and i like that its offline from the grid |

What happens when the last block is mined?
It is clear that you have a misunderstanding about how bitcoins works. "Miners" (or mining pools) earn a block reward. That block reward consists of the sum of the current block subsidy (new bitcoins created) PLUS all of the transaction fees of all the transactions in the block. At the moment, the subsidy is 12.5 BTC and the sum of the transactions fees is less than that. However, over time the subsidy will slowly decrease (it will be cut in half approximately every 4 years). And as bitcoin gains popularity the value of the sum of the transaction fees will likely increase. Eventually at some point in the future, the value of the sum of the transaction fees will be higher than the subsidy. There will still be a subsidy, but since the majority of the revenue will come from transaction fees perhaps we will stop calling them "miners" and start calling them what they actually are, "transaction processors". Then the subsidy will continue to shrink until somewhere around the year 2140 ( more than 100 years from now). At that point it will shrink to 0 BTC and the entire cost of mining will be sustained through the transaction fees. So u think that price of tx will only increase in time? |

If you are putting serrious money on that ledger I would strongly recommend to read the vendors manual.

In a Ponzi schema people send money and the owner pays dividends with new money coming in from new investors. Here the money coming in from investors will be limited to the ICO phase, then we will allocate money from the vending machine. To be a Ponzi scheme, we should reopen a new ico to pay dividends to old investors.... quite unusual in the crypto sphere. to reach x20 is difficult but not impossible depends on if there will be many investors if the hard cap will be reached and if once the token will be listed on some exchanges, the price will rise or fall only time will tell, just wait for the launch of the mainet in february 2018...
x20 is only the beginning. This project will x2000 in 2 years just like Ether did. Well, if only 50% of my expectations truly happen I will be already happy. Profits like x2000 or even higher are very hard to achieve this days. Market is starting to get saturated so you should lower your expectations Thats idial word to describe market of todays , icos are poping like shrooms after rain so its hard to filter shit from grains im starting to focus on projects like sophia who planing their own chain soon or subjectively new concepts of business that enters blockchains or tokenization |

The platform is the easiest part here. hardest part os customer's and renter's security and facilities. How will you guys ensure the quality checks?
For something you can use pictures along with personal review by both parts. But is not very easy to manage it. There will be some sort of scoring system for both tenants and landlords. I'm not sure about the details, but I agree that quality checks are crucial here. And it would be cool if this scoring system will be registered into the blockchain to make it immutable . I'm sure you can write a smart contract to don't let tenants/landlords abuse it Yeah but it will be complicated because people can write bad reviews about concurents , it should be made in the way that only renting people can vote and still that can be abused and used for wrong intentions , so i doubt this is likely |

As how rates for eth and dct are going on stage 2 it's better if you contribute with bct. But it's not devs' fault if this market is the most volatile out there
Btc should dip on future lauch at monday so dont know how good is your advice mate ;/ Invested with ETH saw no problem or loss by doing that |
